Fantastic help and service. We had to get a new battery while on a long road trip, and the staff at this location were incredibly helpful, and got is back on the road very quickly.

Needed a broken stud remover. They did not have the type I needed. Ended up returning the one I bought from them.. I never used it.. didn't even take it out of the package. Got the correct one from O'Reilly about a block away. And it was a cheaper price.Advance needs advanced management.

They had what I was looking for and the employee that helped me was nice to boot. Plus with another auto parts store almost right next door Advance auto parts had what I was looking for and I was helped right when I entered the store which is a major reason that I always go to Advance auto parts first.

Didn't have the item I was looking for neither did the stores in surrounding counties.The part was an inventory item but between 5 stores were out of stock on it.

Helpful employees, they always have what we need. The cheapest price in town for the specific brand oil we need for a motorcycle. My favorite attribute is the clean, well lit parking lot. You can tell management takes pride in their storefront s appearance.

Jennifer and Sandy have gone well above and beyond for us today! Very friendly and knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful in finding "outside of the box" solutions to help us through our 06 Pontiac G6 GTP radiator and cooling system repair! Top notch service and an amazing atmosphere kept tensions minimal and propelled our parking lot repair to a successful outcome. Heading home now, thanks to this great team. Keep up the great work and continue to be your wonderful selves.

The guy Greg was working and was just genuinely nice and didn t try to talk me into something not needed.. He was jus a real consumer as well!! Excellent customer service. Actually I ve never received bad service here come to think of it! Thnx y all!

Tonight we had a great bunch of young men install a battery that was being very difficult. The two I can remember were Curtis and Sam. Very professional and sweet.

Not only is it a great store with friendly staff, and well-stocked, Advance Auto Parts offers veterans a 10% discount with ID. Plus it's a UPS drop-off point!

Service was awful. Went in with parts numbers already pulled up and knew exactly what I needed. Was told repeatedly that the parts weren't available or in existence. While trying to deal with the counter person, the manager and other counter employee sat and chatted without offering any help. Very poor customer service.

Very quick, prompt courteous service. Coty installed a new battery in my mother in law s car. He was totally professional, friendly, and quick. I checked terminal and hold-down brkt nuts afterwards, all good & secure.

Looked for what I needed couldn't find it. Waited 20 mins for the guy at the register to figure out what wind shield wipers a customer needed. Finally got some help. Then needed to borrow a multimeter to make sure the part would do what I needed. I was informed if they let me use one then I wouldn't buy one. Well they don't have to worry about me buying anything there again.

Thank you for helping me with my windshield wipers! I know it seems silly but with two thumbs that have been dislocated twice, my grip strength is horrible. Your willingness to change them out for me is greatly appreciated.

Bought the wrong size battery for my 'new' bike. They took the time to make sure I received the correct size when I returned. Being a new motorcycle owner, I'm still learning and they were only MORE than happy to make sure I was able to enjoy the ride!! Thank You!!!!

Great place to go when in a bind, need a battery replaced they ll help, or even a check engine light come on your dash they can look it up very helpful and can save a bunch of money knowing why before bringing it somewhere to get I fixed.

Very good my husband funnels the old used oil back into the empty jugs and I take them to Advance Auto and they recycle it and the old filters too.
