Roger is either incompetent or a flat out liar. We took our truck to him to install a flow master exhaust. My husband specifically asked him to keep the stock exhaust intact when removing it, because there was nothing wrong with it and we were going to resell it so we could purchase new tires. Roger acted like that would be no problem. When we picked up the truck, not only had he completely installed the new exhaust pipes crooked and sticking out way too far, but he had cut the old exhaust into several different parts so that it was completely useless. He never even attempted to call us or inform us of this beforehand. When we called to ask him why he did that, he got all defensive and hung up the phone. Any good business owner would have called first to inform us if they could not do it and not just destroy property that isn t theirs. Shoddy work and unprofessional . He s only in a good mood if he thinks he s able to scam you.Service: Exhaust

These guys are awesome. While visiting, our car started losing coolant and overheating. The issue was diagnosed as a bad fan that was causing the engine to overheat and coolant to leak out under pressure. They had it fixed in a few hours for a good price. Roger and his team are exceptional at auto repair. I own a Ford F350 and brought it in to repair the tailgate which would not open. Roger fixed my problem quickly and at a reasonable price. This was my first experience with this business. From now on, Tellico Auto is my go to establishment for all my auto needs. Look no further, just call Roger if you need any auto repairs. Thanks guys!

We were taking a trip from Michigan and the car broke down. We had to be home that day. I called Tellico auto and he said he could get us in right away. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 3 hours and we were back on the road. The price was extremely fair and the job was done well. Sorry I took your pry bar! I didn't find it under the hood until I was 9 hours away from your shop. Not sure I'll be back in the area (would love to return though its beautiful) but would come back if I needed automotive work done.

Took my vehicle to them to fix an usual noise that was getting louder.Charged me $300 and did a little work on vehicle that wasn't even going to fix it. $300 later I was told that they couldn't find the source of the noise so they did the specific things that "might" have caused the noise.Needless to say I'll take my vehicle elsewhere.

The guy my neighbor told me to ask for was very rude. He kicked the door shut in my face when I said I was referred by her saying he didn't have time he was busy working. I will drive to Athens or try doing work myself. This place doesn't deserve a star but I had to give at least one to post this
