The worker who helped us was great. He helped us find the right screws for my daughter's license plate and put on her new plate too. He was friendly and polite

Some of the staff need better training/refresher on the register. The guy had trouble applying the amount to company account. Had to wait about 10 min for someone the get a chance to help him, they was a little bit busy at the time of my visit.

I had went to advance auto parts and the man told me no ma'am there's no way for me to look up the part for you, just (go all the way back home) pull the part and bring it back. Instead I went to o'Reillys where I should have went to begin with. The employee named Carl, was so very helpful. He referred to books to look up my part and when it didn't provide marine parts, he referred to his computer and was able to find me the spark plugs I needed, at the cheapest price!! I was a very satisfied customer and I appreciate you Carl, thank you !!!

Great people that work here, treat customers like they are family and know how to help with what your looking for without pressure. Best deals and better quality parts than you can get from other part stores. Being a very experienced mechanic and been to other part stores I can only recommend this one!

It's hard at times for a woman to maintain their vehicle but at Oreillys the entire staff is extremely helpful. Will come out to make sure of exactly what u need n will walk u thru step by step. Awesome business!

I usually dont go to O'Reilly's auto parts store. I usually went to auto zone, but I think that O'Reilly's auto part store is fair with their pricing and the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you in any way possible. Whether you need cleaning products to use or batteries, jumper cables or just simple oil to change out they will help with your make and model and find the right part or material you may need. They will also ask you to make sure that you want that product depending on sale or price of what you are purchasing. Very good service, employees know their parts and if they dont have something you need they will always have it within the next day if not then they will personally call when your part is in store for you to pick up. Overall very satisfied with my service and they help install windshield wipers, batteries and do diagnostic work. Great place. Friendly atmosphere and easy to get in and out of parking lot.Thank you,LaTashua

Great service. Needed alternator checked and they were able to verify it was bad on thier bench tester in minutes. So far seem to be very helpful and knowledgeable

I drove all around looking for rain guards for my wife's car. Oreillys in Madisonville had the cheapest price but they had to order them. This was December 19th. They told me they'd be in on Christmas eve and to come back then. Well... I go back to get them today, which is Christmas eve and not only do they not have them yet, but they don't know when they'll be arriving!! Needless to say, I got my money back and thanked them for ruining my wife's biggest Christmas gift. They lost my business permanently and I told them so. I will make sure all my family and friends take their business elsewhere as well and I wasn't shy in telling the assistant manager this. Thoroughly upset at their incompetence.

It s no wonder the parking lot is so full all the time!! I am a total rookie when it comes to auto repair but the employees were all very friendly and helpful. This means more to me than anything. Thank you so much!! I ll be sure to tell my friends!

They have a great staff there's a tall bearded guy named kris he's super smart and helpful this crew has it down to a science i highly recommend this auto store more than any other well done guys y'all are incredible

My son sends me on many trips her for truck parts. I usually have no clue what I'm getting, but that's ok. The staff at this ORileys is always on top of things. I always end up with the right parts no matter what that might be.

Guy behind the counter talked me into buying the wrong paint. Some they had mixed for another customer. When I went back to try to exchange it for the right paint they said no refunds on paint. I'll be going to NAPA from now on.

Rented tool to press out my lower ballpoint the tool was broken they said they would have me another by 11AM but instead I called and no tool. Now my work truck is down
