This company and it's employees are awesome. I waited most of the day for a tow truck(s) to arrive through my auto insurance. Yes, the first one never showed at all, and they could never "contact" a second one for me. But I called MD myself and they had a tow truck with a wonderful and very gentlemanly drive at my house in under 30 minutes. I could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Car towing

Dwayne is the best! We were stranded with our F350 and 40 flatbed trailer. We called MD Automotive and Dwayne was there to our rescue in no time! He was very patient and knowledgeable. Broke down on the side of the road near Walmart. They had great reviews so I called them for a tow, they were there within 10 mins!! Matt was fantastic! Very friendly and fast working. Th owner was very generous and kind and gave us a low price for towing and storing a truck after my boyfriend got arrested for driving without a license. However, I can only give them three stars because the license plate on the truck got stolen while the truck was in their possession. So either not a very secure storage area / impound lot, or he has a dishonest employee who stole the plate. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, I would use this company again.

AAA left us stranded for hours and gave us the runaround. We called M D Automotive and had a minimal wait time for M D Automotive to arrive on Saturday, 3-12-22. We were treated with excellent care and respect and our truck was safely towed to home. We highly recommend M D Automotive to anyone who is in need. They will not let you down. MD automotive is the only towing service we use personally and for our business. Any time your vehicle quits, it's stressful and you don't want to be stuck somewhere for any amount of time. Every single time we've needed them they've immediately came to pick up our vehicle. The prices they charge are very reasonable too. We will never use anyone else!

My truck broke down 2 and a half hours away from home, I called AAA nothing got done till the next morning (18 hours till someone was sent). I took matters into my own hands and called these guys. Within 15 minutes Brandon pulled up and got my truck loaded up and we were on the way! He was very professional and probably the coolest guy I have ever had to deal with in a situation like this. 10/10 would recommend this company for any towing needs! Awesome people! This is the place you want to call if you need towed! Took my truck here to get it fixed after a deer hit me and I was extremely PLEASED! They are amazing! Highly recommended

Wrong towing decisions, damaged bumper for no good reason! Obvious path to getting unstuck was forward and to the left. Perfect heavy duty stump there too. But no! Backward into the big hole was his choice. Cost extra time and money! What should ve been an hour job turned into 3! How convenient! This is not a 250$ an hour for a medium heavy tow truck driver!

I had need of a flat bed tow for my car. The gentel man who answered was polite and respectful. He arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and quick. I have the highest regards for this business and will use them for any future needs.

I m going to say hands down like they re the best we waited on martins to come tow us and waited over two hours I canceled with them and called these guys and I wasn t even off the phone but maybe close too ten mins and boom they showed up like they re so awesome thank you guys so much we greatly appreciate it especially considering it was a Sunday thank y all so muchService: Special vehicle towing
