Went there just to get my tires changed.Ordered them online and made an appointment.20minutes of my time dropping off the car. Because of the computer or person operating it. .... I've already done paid online. I felt as if I was being detained.I asked that we just take my full spare tire off and swap it with the one on the back.Why even go back?

Very satisfied with my visit! QUICK service. Took less than an hour. (Started on my car around 2:30 on a Friday. So take that into account.) Reasonably priced for me, too! I came for two front tires for my 2010 Toy Corolla and Chris took care of me and answered all my questions. There was a young guy, I believe his name is Woody who came to give me updates about something with my hubcap, lug, or rim. (Not sure what it s called. I know very little about it.) but it was potentially going to break and they wanted me to know what was going on and answered all my questions. I m on the road traveling for work and a bit scared and tired and they made sure I was at ease and taken care of. Super thankful for them! When you come, just remember to be patient and if you don t understand, just ask questions. He never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked. lol I hope you come when Chris is working. Older man with a soft voice soothing voice and great with customer service!

After purchasing 4 tires here at Madison store in 2023, in Feb of 2024 I get a flat tire and assuming I could get help at same store I limped in asked the guy at register if they could please get me some air "I have a flat" he went in the back came back out and said "no we're not taking anymore walk ins" I was shocked after buying tires there I couldn't even get air in a tire. Just sayin ! Don't go to Walmart for help.

Poor customer service, they didn t have the tire in stock and wouldn t order the tires, they wanted me to use the Walmart app to purchase tires

Very courteous. She explained there was a 2 hour window wait time but she was so nice it was worth the wait. It did not take them 2 hours to complete the job.

I arrived at 4:45 pm informed there would be an hour wait agreed. It is now 7 which is the time they close. They have a very nice older gentleman doing majority of the work and he is not the fastest. If you come here make sure you drop your car off and dont have any time expectations. I gave them a 1 star simply because I could not give them a zero.

I dropped my car off for oil change while working. Less than an hour later they texted me and said it was ready. So far, they are the fastest and most reasonable in price.

Seriously, Google... You did NOT just ask me about Walmart Auto Care! These folks walk around like they have glue on the soles of their shoes and cold syrup in their trouser legs. Dropped my old pickup off for an oil change at 7:30 am. Thought I'd do some shopping while they serviced the truck. 45 minutes later, they still hadn't pulled the truck into the shop. And now the lot is full. I canceled the service - got it elsewhere in under twenty minutes.Now, as for the inside of the store... They had only one register open with several customer with full baskets already in line. I don't do self checkout, not without an employee discount. After all, I'd be doing their job. I should reap some of the benefits. Altogether, the Madison location lost a $40 truck service and another $80 sale inside the store. C'mon, Walmart. You can do better than this!

First enteringI waited 20 minutes before someone approach the desk. When the man got there I told him I need a simple balance and rotation. He stated he had a headache and its going to take 5 hours because the other techs are gone to lunch. He said I shiuld take my car somewhere else. Rude is all I can say. Don't waste your time..

I took my car in to have a simple tire patch done. Nail was in the middle of the tire. Technician said he "didn't feel comfortable patching it cause it was so close to the side wall." I took it somewhere else they patched it no problem. I drove it 50+ miles with a nail in it and the tire was fine. Not sure if they were trying to sell me a tire i didn't need, or their technicians don't have the knowledge and experience to patch a tire.

I was worried about going bc of reviews but with pending weather and my tire sliding on dry land, I was desperate. Not only were they friendly, courteous and helpful but they went above and beyond to help me in a tight pinch. Steve was absolutely amazing and has the biggest heart. He, especially, was a wonderful and kind person. I cannot thank him enough!!

Let me tell you something... DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT take your car to get an oil change here. They are ridiculous and quite frankly I can t wait to speak to their manger. So it all began with what I thought a simple oil change... the following week later I noticed my oil sensor kept going off on my Dodge Charger.. soo I take it back. There was no damn oil. They replaced it again. My oil sensor once more in a few days kept going off! We take it to a shop and have it checked out, they said there was no leakage it was the sensor. I spent 100 bucks to get the sensor fix. A month out.. my car engine lights up and car is acting funny take it to jiffy lube and find out my plug was not tightened and put back on properly! Are you serious??? No wonder the poor car doesn t want to start . I literally have no oil and every time it s put back in it just comes out!!!!!Incompetent mechanics. Do NOT for the SAKE OF YOUR VEHICLE get an oil change from these damn people.You all are terrible and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Whatever u do ! Do not let Walmart change your oil ! I gave them two chances !I figured since they messed up changing my oil the first time, why not give them a second chance! Well I went back there again and they messed up my oil change and referred me to someone else! These workers are not properly trained. This is ridiculous!!! Also, before I was able to get a oil change...they turned me and others around saying that they are not doing any oil changes because they don t have a pump ! I gave it 4 days and went back and the worker told me they ordered a pump but it didn t come in so they are not doing any oil changes! Again !!! I m tired of giving y all chances!! I would rather go some place else and pay high prices ! I won t never referred anyone to this location again

Went in to get my tires replaced, only had 1 tire in my trucks size (245/70/16). Was going to have them put on, waited nearly an hour just to be told that they couldn't because their bead machine wasn't " strong enough" to push the bead on. I work on cars and am going to college for auto body and I know that tire machines arent just " too weak". He probably just didn't know what to do. I then asked to get my tires rotated and the SERVICE MANAGER told me no because the tread was too low. THATS WHY YOU ROTATE TIRES!!! I then had to walk into the shop to finally get my truck because they took way too long. Spend the extra money and save your time and drive down to midas on Madison which is absolutely what I did.

I went to get 2 new tires and they broke the tpms sensor. I was never told anything was wrong with my car. When I left I noticed the low tire pressure alert was now ON. I went back in to ask what was wrong. They told me it had to reset. A few hours later an alert comes up that "tire system needs maintenance". So I come back to Wal-Mart and they tell me the sensor was broke before I came in. The manager refused to admit their fault.I took my car to a real mechanic and they confirmed that sensor had been DAMAGED.

This is a very bad place to take your car .i was talk to very bad about my car tied that i had brought from them. Do not buy insurance from Walmart .he said it was not a good idea .i had insurance on my tide and he wants me to pay more for my tide now then i pay the first time. So what good about the insurance then? Do not buy insurance at Walmart. I go to Walmart all the time but I will not go to the Auto.Dep anymore.

I called ahead of time to see if they had a car battery for my car. They told me yes they did. So I drive to Wal-mart after getting a boost my car and cannot cut it off. I get there and the guy says that they do not carry battery or any batteries for Nissan Versa's. So unam at Nissan the maker of the car. So I know it will be done right! And it's the same price as Firestone where I normally go. I was not happy at all...i had someone following me to make sure my car did not cut off.

While replacing two of my tires they broke both my tire pressure sensors and one caused an air leak and I had to get the tire replaced a month later. The wal-mart in Chattanooga replaced the tire and reimbursed me for the one sensor. I took it to get calibrated at the dealer ship and they said my other sensor, on the other tire wal-mart replaced wasn't working. I replaced that on my own because I would rather spend $112 not to have to deal with them again. He tired to tell me everything was ok and that, "I got you" when he broke my car and didn't own up to it. The coward who was working early in the morning on January 6th should be fired!

Tires, batteries, and many other vehicle supplies including rv & diesel def etc. They have service techs/shop also. Basic oil change (pit crew) $20.00 affordable repairs on the services they offer.

Won't ever go back there....needed a simple tire repair they take my info, give me one of their ticket things, I'm there for 40 mins walking around, I go back to the auto center to wait, then they tell me they don't have a tire tech???? I have already wasted 40 mins waiting now you're telling me??? How the hell are you an auto care center and don't have a tire tech available in the morning???

Only had 1 tech to change oil and told me I'd have to wait 3 hours! Then the rude older black lady at the register told me there were other places to get my oil changed and basically told me to leave.

Dont take your car there because they get grease in your car and they listen to your music. My car ONLY NEEDED A OIL CHANGE AND IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF. THEN THEY GAVE THE CAR BACK ALL DIRTY, GREASE ALL OVER. .
