These guys are great! They treated me very well. They took care of my tire issues quickly and professionally. I have bought trailer tires for my RV and they fit perfectly and well balanced. I highly recommend.

Titan Auto Sales only needs 2 words to describe there service. Truthful and Reliability. Anyone dealing with the headache and lies of most used car dealers need to get to know Farzad and the team of employees at Titan Auto Sales. Titan Auto sales is such a professional company. We bought a car there a couple of months ago. We had some troubles with it and with my other car. It only took them a day to fix my car. Would highly recommend to buy a car here!

Paid over 5,000 on my car was told the car was in GREAT shape they made me aware of absolutely NO damages to my 2014 dodge dart. For some reason the day after i bought the car it started over heating in which i called the shop and they assure me it was something minor. I ve gotten the car less than a month ago and haven t been able to drive it in two weeks. Which is absolutely ridiculous! Went out of town and told me he couldn t help me until he got back which is the end of November so i got a mechanic to look at it and he assured me i had a MAJOR issue as far as a cracked gasket which is a possible $2,000 fix. So 5000+ for a car to drive for less than 2 weeks just to be left with no car while they have my money. Definite lawsuit coming their way!

Be very careful if you decide to purchase a vehicle here. My husband and I bought a car here last year when we were in a pinch, and it was one of the worst decisions we've ever made.We chose a vehicle that needed a few obvious repairs, and were made to wait for the owner of the shop to return (so we could talk things out with him personally). This seemed reasonable, and we waited since he would be back "any minute". We ended up waiting close to 5 or 6 hours until he finally showed up, at which point we were exhausted and very close to the close of business (we were afraid to leave and do anything else in case we might miss him). I now suspect that this was a tactic used against us to make us more likely to agree to whatever we could get. I made the owner aware of the problems I was noticing, and he agreed to shipping in a part to fix one issue, reassured me that another issue was nonexistent and that the car "just needed to be driven more", and semi-agreed to fixing the final and biggest issue (via sketchy wording in the contract that really got us in a bind later).This last issue was that the vehicle had no catalytic converter, so it wasn't even legal to drive. We tried to ask that the owner install one as a term of purchase, but instead settled for "guaranteed to pass emissions". In hindsight, we never should have agreed to that wording. But we were both tired and on thin ice with our employers from having only one car and similar work hours. So we agreed to the terms and took his assurances in place of any Carfax or equivalent (like the gullible idiots I now know we were).After a couple of weeks, we were prompted to bring in the vehicle to drop off for the repair. The owner was out again, but the receptionist was left with instructions to send the car to "the shop next door". When she called to verify, "the shop next door" stated that they don't do catalytic converters, so we were directed to a business across town that specialized in emissions. We dropped our car off with the mechanic to be fixed after lunch, then we got a call from Titan Auto. The receptionist told us that the owner didn't want us to get our car fixed at this business, and that we were to go to "the shop next door" instead because suddenly they do catalytic converter installations. We told her we weren't comfortable with that, so she told us we needed to talk to the owner about it. We informed the mechanic of the situation while we were waiting for our call to be returned, and he seemed very agitated and pulled us aside to quietly warn us about checking for rusty parts. Hours went by before we were finally able to speak with the owner over the phone. My husband argued with him for a while before the owner finally got angry and told us to bring our car to Titan Auto where he would be fixing it himself. When we brought the car to Titan Auto, we noticed that the building next door where cars were being repaired had no sign indicating a business name, so we asked the receptionist if she knew anything about it. She told us she had only ever known it as "the shop next door".After that, what was supposed to be an overnight repair resulted in our car being held for repairs for a little over two weeks. When we finally picked up the car, it had the worst welding job I've ever seen in my life, rusty parts (go figure), and handled very differently than it had before. I took it in to my mechanic friend (who had looked at it beforehand when we'd originally bought it to suggest future repairs), and he suspected foul play. However, there was no way to prove that anything had been done wrong since we hadn't taken any photos before we brought it in for repairs. Suddenly, the car needed a long list of repairs that would cost us several thousand dollars, old parts that weren't the correct size, and after a few weeks the vehicle stopped moving entirely and never turned back on again. Sadly, since we couldn't prove that this had anything to do with Titan Auto there was nothing that we could do.

Family owned business. I purchase my Nissan Versa from them 2 weeks ago. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had a few things I wanted fixed before purchase and they fixed them. I also lost a hub cap less then 24 hours after purchase I stopped in to see if they had a spare one and they gave me another one for free. I spent a lot of time sitting in the office and talking with Farzad, I believe these guys are worth trusting. They are a hard working family business, and by no means dodgy car salesmen. Moving from Australia I was scared about buying a car on my own, but these guys made the process so much easier. I feel safe to call them and ask for advice if I happen to have any issues with the car in the future. Well trusted. Thanks Farzad! *****

Very very great place to get a vehicle. I walked in to ask others who paid on their car the same and they HIGHLY recommend the same. I had the WORSE day and time getting things together even being under the wrong impression when I got there Farzad helped out tremendously amongst be being upset he never got frustrated or dismissive. He always smiled and did everything possible to help. I now have a car and I m very happy with it. I will be shopping with him ONLY unless it s a luxury car he don t have. Hands down the best person I ve talked to and did business with. Don t hesistate to do business with him. Very worth it.

I had a wonderful experience with Titan Auto Sales. All the cars were clean as well as the establishment and the overall process was easy and knowledgeable. I was very confident with the decision I made and I like the fact that they wanted to know what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me a car. I m already looking forward to my next car!

I got a car from there i have had it 3 years with no problems. It is a Chrysler 300 2006 with low miles clean inside and out. Love this car and titan auto sales is a fair and affordable car lot. Will be getting my next car from them for sure

My son saw a car on this lot that he had to have! I was very apprehensive about it, but the owner took his time and didn t pressure me into buying. This made me feel very comfortable. The few minor things that were wrong with the car he help us fix, and was very nice. We had a great experience! I would recommend this lot!

When going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle they showed me great customer service they went over all of the ins and out about the vehicle in which I was purchasing they were very nice and their delivery they didn't pressure me to purchase a vehicle they were kind and courteous even after the sale was made as far as me following up with any of the things that I felt that I needed with the vehicle they provide it for me just was a great experience all the way around the table I am completely satisfied the vehicle is in excellent condition and is very nice to have I greatly appreciate it doing business with this dealership

These people are crooks! They do not even get one star but would not let a review be written without a star. Purchased 2007 Ford Mustang in March that had an issue, which was fixed by this dealer. This dealer kept the car over two weeks, and switched motors. This is our daughters car that is now sitting on the side of the road needing a new transmission, motor, harmonic balancer, and so on. We were not present when purchased, if we had been, they would have been reported immediately. Do not ever do business with these crooks!

Bought used tires that looked brand new. After having them installed, noticed terrible vibration. The vibration continued to get worse. Brought my vehicle to another tire shop, to have them rebalanced, and they would not rebalance them as the tires were bad and defective tires. Needless to say, wasted my money trying to save money on used tires, and had to buy brand new tires. Lesson learned!

CROOKED! Repairs were promised to be made on a car being purchased. After leaving with the car it broke down and after taking it to a mechanic the repairs that were promised had not been done or just enough had been done to mask the issue enough to get it off the lot. After asking for help none was given and told not their problem. Now said car has been sitting with too many repairs to be made and there are still payments outstanding. A Liar, A crook! Please do not do business with this company!

This place is awful. Unfortunately, the owner Farzod (MORE LIKE FRAUDZOD) is a scammer and shamelessly lies to customers. The cars here are cheap for a reason, too...they're unlikely to run for very long. Stay far away!
