I kept getting flyers in the mail from this shop. I did my own search on them and found them to be good. I made the call and set up an appointment to have an oil change and some other things done. I was greeted by the receptionist and she took my keys and offered me to wait in their great looking waiting area. I met Mike the service manager, he give me the price for my other services I wanted my rear differential fluid changed. Great service on my first visit. Great prices and great customer service. I would highly recommend this place for all of your auto needs. Thanks again!!

Excellent customer service! Rivergate Muffler & Auto Repair took great care of my car today and I m very happy with their service. The customer waiting area is large, comfortable, clean and the staff is very friendly. I called on Friday to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the following Monday (Today). My wait time for an oil change and tire rotation was very quick. Thank you so much for taking care of my car today!

It was my first time getting work done here and I have to say I am very happy with the results! Paul made sure to call me with the estimate for the work that needed to be done and even took the time to help ease my concerns and help me understand how my car was not leaking oil. They did have to replace my serpentine belt and tensioner system for which I am grateful that they inspected my car and found those issues before I broke down on the road. My car was also fixed the same day and the price was very competitive with other places I have been to. The difference between Rivergate Muffler and Auto Repair was the fact that they were organized, their reception and waiting area was clean and spacious, the employees were friendly and caring and made sure that my questions were answered, they back their work up with a 24 month 24k mile warranty, and they have a lot of experience working on vehicles so you know that they know what they re doing. Definitely will be coming back to Paul and his team when I need more work done on my car. Thanks Rivergate Muffler for taking care of my car!

I took my car to be looked at with my warranty. Mechanic Mike told me that I would need a new battery soon without charging me for anything. I replaced my battery that afternoon. The next day my car had the same issue of not starting again. I had them look it over and the starter was the problem. They called and let me know about the whole situation as well as fixed it the same day. I will continue to use the Rivergate muffler super honest nice and quick to fix your car or truck. I had a few bad experiences with a large corporate shop and knew I had to find someone better, and I did just that. I m grateful to have come across the folks at Rivergate Muffler and Auto - my experience was top notch! The waiting room is welcoming and I felt comfortable with each employee I spoke to. This is the only place I ll be bringing our vehicles to in the future!

Brought my 89 f150 to check the reason 2 trouble lights were on in dash. While there they broke my steering wheel key start and blow the fuses for my parking lights. I advised them that i was taking my old truck to another shop. They found the problem quickly and the lights in dash was low brake fluid. Before I departed the young man said he would call the other shop and never did. I will not go back to Rivergate Muffleragain!

The reviews are no lie they are awesome. Such nice people. I ran over and tire on the interstate and had a horrible rattle and they fixed it super fast. Very convenient location. They will be my go to for both my vehicles from this day forward.

I ve been to several automotive shops in Nashville over the past several months about my vehicle. By far this was the best experience I ve had. Friendly service with a smile. The head mechanic was communicative and let me know about where they were at diagnosing my issue. They called to approve work. All in all turn around was quick, and I am very pleased with the repairs. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone who asks. The experience here was much better than the other shops I ve visited.

I recently had problems with my truck and needed a mechanic i could trust, as todays maintenance shops have a stigma about being dishonest, rivergate muffler was Very honest and professional. They analyzed the problem , found the issue and called me before they did any work, they got me going in a timely manner, I highly recommend rivergate muffler to my friends and anyone needing auto repair!!!

My wife and I took our car to Rivergate Muffler & Auto Repair because when we bought tires for it,we were told we had a few thousand miles left before we needed pads! We were concerned that the rotors would be scored! To our surprise the mechanic came in and told us our pads were fine, We want to thank Rivergate Muffler and Auto Repair for hiring honest and great employees!!! Outstanding customer service. Samantha at the front desk is so warm and inviting and made me feel immediately comfortable. The mechanics were quick and gave me sound advice on a level I could understand and appreciate. The lobby was spacious with a vending machine, couches, and tv that made time fly by! Can t recommend this place enough!!!

Samantha was extremely friendly and helpful from the start. I took my car in on a Tuesday because it was leaking oil pretty badly and the check engine was on. I had it back by Thursday morning after getting a call from Mike. The 24,000 mile warranty for the repairs was comforting and the price was fair. Thanks guys!

The service was great! I didn t have to wait long. I took my car in for an oil change and to have the air pressure checked in my tires. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming! Some good guys up here! Mike upfront always takes care of me. My vehicle has put me down a few times and they've got me rolling back on the road every time and at a decent price! Rivergate Muffler is great with sending you coupons and emails about your points redeeming your points and all that good stuff. It's all and you all are greatly Appreciated
