THE BEST PLACE AROUND! The guys that are here are amazing, so friendly, very informative! I had issues with the dealership who was supposed to have done my alignment and balance after reinstalling my TPMS onto my wheels I got 2 days prior from here along with an oil change and other things that added up to $526 at the dealership.Dealership didn't do my alignment or balance, another place i took it to before contacting rimtyme since the dealership i went to originally closed, tried to tell me that my wheels were warped.Contacted RimTyme and got my car up to them that same evening and had them look. That's when Theron shown me my original wheel weights he put on was still on and none were lost, and that the machine was showing it that my wheels were out of balance.Theron rebalanced my wheels and made sure they were perfect before I left. Also MY WHEELS WERE NOT WARPED OR ANYTHING.I contacted the dealership the next business day, disclosed with them everything. They further investigated that the mechanic did in fact not do my balance, alignment, oil change or my VSA modulator replacement, only installed my sensors and did my replacement key.RimTyme-MADISON location will be the only place I ever do any business with regarding wheels and tires! These guys are amazing! Last Friday I worked with Sammy to pick out new wheels and tires for my Nissan Titan XD. Sammy was very knowledgeable and even though he didn't have 22 inch wheels and 37 inch tires in the store, he got on the phone and located what I wanted at a distributor in town. He then drove himself to pick them up and had them back within an hour. Their lead guy in the shop (Theron) was also so great to work with! Even though my truck's 6 inch lift was too high for his normal lift to handle, he used an old school floor jack and got the wheels and tires installed. With me not knowing a whole lot about wheels and tires, their patience and expertise made the entire process easy and an absolute joy. It's a rare thing these days to find people that know what they're doing, are eager to help, and treat their customers with so much care. This is second set of rims and tires that I have purchased from this store, and the only place that I will go in the future. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!

5 star service and workmanship from front to back in this place. They didn t have what I was looking for in store, so Sammy drives out to another store after finding something to fit my specs. Techs were amazing and did fantastic work QUICKLY! I ll be coming back here again.

These guys couldn't be any nicer. Not pushy at all and knowledgeable AF. Me and the wife went in told them what we were looking for. They threw out a few options and told us the positive and negatives. Mounted up some tires on multiple rims, rolled em out to the truck. Decided what I wanted. Mounted balanced on the truck and rolled out. No BS and no hassle. Wife loved it cuz a few other customers were just hanging out all day. Thank you to the entire crew.

Ever since new management took over this store has gone down. I have purchased wheels from them for 13 years for many vehicles and I never had a problem until this new owner/management appeared. This is the absolute last time and I will never do business with them ever again. They could not have the courtesy of knocking on the door to get the wheels instead of taking them. This was one payment that I was unable to make due to personal circumstances. They came out and could not advise that they were going to take them. I have never hid from them and I have personally returned wheels in the past and they kept my sensors demanding payment after I voluntarily returned them and they are doing it again. Not returning property that's not theirs seems to be a common thing for them. I do not recommend them STAY AWAY.

Clean showroom & Everyone working there are Nice, Polite & Helpful! Have a ton of Rims & Tires to choose from at reasonable prices compared to other stores of this type! Recommending this place to anyone looking to Upgrade Your Ride!!!

I spent $1700 on new tires and rims on my car 9/7/21 I was initially pleased with my purchase. Until last month, when I was trying to swap out the tires and rims to put on my other vehicles and realized that they over tightened every single lug nut on all four tires. Not just over tightened They were so tight the lug nut studs kept busting off! It s a complete nightmare!

I have done business with them twice now. This second time we ran into some hiccups when it came to a set of used wheels. But they went hand over foot to make things right. Sammy and the team were quick and professional. Sammy let me know of any and all sales they had on tires and rims. He also helped me decide which tires would be best for my driving habits and my truck. I would bring my truck back to Sammy and his team any time. I highly recommend this shop and Sammy and his team.

No better place for wheels and tires. Staff is knowledgeable and personable.You cant beat their pricing. They saved me hundreds on a wheel and tire combo over what the internet could do. Plus installed with free rotation and balance for life of the tire.

Great place. My first time there and I was very pleased with them. I needed 4 empty wheel boxes and they were really nice to me and I left with the exact size boxes needed. They also have a large selection of wheels. I believe they install them too. Seems like the place to go for custom wheels. Check it out.

My experience at Ryme Tyme today was sublime. From being greeted by Jonathan, who was very informative, respectful, and gave me great recommendations for wheels, then having a seamless professional job done on my vehicle, and then finally a great send off by the GM Samuel. Completely satisfied with the service provided and will be returning in the future.
