We took our 2012 Toyota Camry in because the AC was not working. They found that a recent alternator replacement at a Toyota dealership had damaged the wiring to the AC. Quality had our car repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. So glad we found them! Needless to say we wish they had installed our alternator.

Brought my son car in a 2104 Camaro due to water coming out a/c vents. Larry and crew took care of the problem on the same day at a very reasonable price. I have always had great service at Quality Automotive. They have fixed my car several times now and I always get the same great service and great prices.

After getting my new tires from Benjamin Tires , I was referred to Quality Automotive. I couldn t have been more pleased with the service both to my car and the customer service. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The owner Larry is an Awesome person and business man. The level of integrity is outstanding! It is an hour drive for me, but I will gladly make that drive for the quality, the level of customer service and affordability! I have never been in and out so quickly. He also educates you on important things you need to know about your car! This is by far the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop! One of, if not, the best shop i ve been too. My trucks wheel bearing decided to go out on a drive back from Alabama. I drove all the way back to KY thinking it would be a couple days. They had it done the very next day. They also replaced an abs sensor that got broken off in the hole for it. Had to fix last post. So I too my 2007 savanna van to him on a referral of friend. Needed to have motor swapped. Took a new motor. He said when you get it back be like new car. When I got it back. I left his shop I did not even get home check engine light came on . Called him he said they were no issue I would just be wasting my money to fix them even after I said it not running right he tried to say check engine lights were on because of bad computer and it was not running right because I had him use old plugs. Every time I went to him said there was something wrong with it he maid another excuse with out even looking at it. I had to take it at another shop to get it finally get it fixed right. Bottom line after he got my money he did not want nothing to do with working on it and making everything right it. I did pay him to put on u joints and figer out and fix nock sensor. Well he never drove to make sure that was problem he just tried to tell me it's computer. Well took to a different shop just check engine light he told me what was actually wrong. Bad motor closer cad converter fir that all check engine lights went out and been out.

Took my 2005 Ford Escape to Quality Automotive to have my disk brakes repaired. The young lady that I spoke to so I could set a date and time was very professional. I had called another local repair shop to have the work done and they did not act like they wanted my business. So Quality got my business. I will say that they Quality work at a very fair price.My wife's Equinox had a sudden problem occur. It just quit running. Stalled out on her several times. We were able to get her car to Quality Automotive to get the problem fixed. And they did. GREAT Service. I must say, you can not find a finer group of people at Quaity Automotive. Larry is easy to work with and offers incredible service. Extremely satisfied with him and his crew. Jeep had been taken to several other places and technicians could never figure out what was wrong. Quality automotive does amazing work.

I was referred to them by a friend's husband and I couldn't be more impressed with Larry and his team. They were able to get me into the shop quickly and take care of the problem. I appreciate their hard work and everything they did to get me moving again. I will definitely be brining my car back here for future work! Thank you, Larry & Team!!

This shop is AMAZING! I had been looking for a mechanic for a while and I have officially found "MY MECHANIC". I had so many people try to get over on me , but Larry is fair , reasonable, honest, and a blessing. I am so glad that good people still exist. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. The customer service is awesome, the work is awesome.

Love them honestly, real reputable folks that don t try to beat you! We used to go here all the time when we lived in Madison and I still come here even even though I m in Spring Hill ( an hour away). My daughter was in Nashville on a visit from Louisville when her car had a battery issue. After having an unpleasant experience at Pepboys I contacted Quality Automotive and spoke to Larry. I explained what was going on and Larry was able to squeeze me in and get my daughters car up and running within hours. Being from out of town I was afraid of being raked over the coals but Quality Automotive really took care of us at a very fair price. I can't thank Larry and his team enough.

After taking my car to Hyundai, I called Quality Automotive to ask them some questions about my transmission and the cost to change out the fluid. Hyundai wanted to charge me $300 and Quality Automotive only charged me $100. When I told them about my experience with Hyundai, they had my back and told me I was being severely upcharged. I'm grateful that they're so quick, honest, and kind!Service: Transmission

Best auto shop in Madison. Larry is awesome and the guys are all very knowledgeable. Gave me a great price on extensive work. I'll only go back to this shop.
