My experience with J&J was the best I have ever had in my long lifetime. I am visiting and pulling into the driveway at my Airbnb unfortunately went into a calvert. When I got out of it there was a really loud grinding. Zack drove to me to be sure it was safe to drive to the shop. I drove there and he fixed it immediately. Ten minutes at most. Best experience ever. Extremely nice and thoughtful man. And honest as the day is long.

Zack is a super solid guy! I had taken my car into J&J with no recommendations but strictly because it was close in proximity. The problem was the car wouldn t take gas without spitting it out or shutting off. He took my car in, same day, and fixed what they thought was the issue (fuel sensor) unfortunately it didn t take care of the problem and my car was stalling. A month later I called him back because it was stalling a lot. He took the car in immediately again and fixed it, but acknowledged that the first time was unsuccessful so, used what I paid the first visit for this visit! Did the work and I didn t have to pay more! No one would do that most would use it as an opportunity. I will forever go to and refer to J&J Auto care. Thank you, Zack :)

Me & my bf come here often for auto care. Today I came alone with the kids & when I say the service was still fast exceptional!!!! Cozy waiting area as well! Will definitely continue here every time for auto care as we normally do.

I ve been here twice one for oil change and another had brakes and bearing fixed. Owner was very helpful and kind. Turnaround was super quick and am very happy with their service.

Car stoped on I65 AAA towed to JJ Sat. morning got call fuel pump replacement $75 plus labor, called back about an hour later replacement would be about $200 was a special pump, (flex fuel pump) whoever heard of a flex fuel for a 2007 Lincoln no more calls. I went to service center about 3 pm on Sat afternoon said would not be ready until Monday I said I needed to make a decision weather to get another car to come ( I live in Ky) he said give me a few minutes the mechanic had left for the day however he called him back it took about 30-45 minutes to finishe the job. Total bill $875.01 fuel pump $425.00 plus labor $300.00! Car ran good back to Ky Monday I went to my service center here they said there normal price would be $638.00 for the same job. I got ripped off, guess that happens when you get an out of state customer with no other options.. I will report this to AAA as soon as I m in Lexington. Very disappointed in the cost.Continue.... After I returned home on 8/18/19 my car failed to start 3-4 time after waiting several minutes it started, however on 9/9/19 it would not start ,AAA towed it to CCAuto in Harrodsburg Ky (they have serviced this car for about 5 years). They found the wires on the pump replaced in Tn had been cut and spliced back together they installed another new fuel pump. The total cast was $629.82 .The total cost to me for having a bad fuel pump I Tn was $1584.83. So I am very very upset this will be reported to both BBB and AAA.I will send pictures of the spliced waits and proof that the pump installed in Tn was not original equipment parts as show on invoice ( part numbers do not match). Will sent on Facebook. Your Facebook does not work.Please comment..

I had really great experience here. After trying 3 different gas stations for a working pump. Zack was very kind in helping me repair and put air in my tire. It was cheap and quick!

Took my vehicle on short notice and he was very thorough in explaining what attention was needed for my vehicle with price detail and no pressure. He could have told me that the transmission needed work, but was honest that it was just fluid. Did the work in less time than stated, was very courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. I will be taking my vehicle there from now on

I have used this business twice and will not be going anywhere else! Quick, efficient, and honest. The prices are great as well. The first time I had my van towed in and turns out nothing was wrong. They were honest about that while many other places likely wouldn t be! I recently needed work done to my only vehicle and they were fast and amazing as always! Honest,fair .two qualities that you can count on . I had several problems with my older car, was told scrap it. Got a second opinion from J&J auto . Man am I happy I did I've got several more years of safe driving in this car thanks to J&J and his team. Highly recommend.

Great Experience. Zack was extremely kind and worked me in on very short notice on a Saturday. Replaced my faulty windshield washer motor and had me in and out in less than hour!! I will be choosing them for any future auto repair needs. Very professional and at a fair price! After reading the reviews, I called in and gave J and J Auto a chance. They did not disappoint! They were able to fit me in the same day and I was in and out in less than an hour. This place is fantastic! I had an odd smell coming from my engine and really needed to make sure nothing was wrong. Two other places turned me down flat said they couldn t get to me until Monday. I called this gentleman and 10 minutes later my car was up on the rack and they found where a piece of plastic had blown up onto my muffler and was causing the odd smell. They scraped off the plastic and he didn t even want to charge me! I gave him some cash which he tried to refuse so I told him to give it to somebody else and we had a good laugh. It is so rare to meet such a fine gentleman . This will be my go to place from now onService: Auto engine diagnostic

I went to J &J after reading reviews of different shops in the area. They got me in quickly to diagnose my vehicle's problem. I believe they were thorough and professional. Also, I feel like their prices were very fair compared to experiences with other shops in the past. Two ladies stranded in Nashville! After talking to many other shops including the Lexus dealership none very helpful, We won the lottery when reading reviews we found J&J. Zack was so nice helping us save money and feel comfortable. He was quick to give us an accurate reasonable estimate and time it was going to take and came through as quickly as possible.
