We had some damage to a Ford Transit and were concerned about the time frame for getting the parts and repair. Ed, the proprietor of Impact Collision, dispelled those worries immediately. Within a matter of days Ed had all of our repairs completed to perfection. Our whole experience with Impact Collision was excellent from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Ed and his service to anyone in need to auto repair.

Ed and his team did an awesome job on my RX8. They replaced the bumper and fixed other damages that were done by me being hit from behind. They even washed and cleaned it all up. They are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They kept me updated and were absolutely wonderful! If you need any work done, I would definitely recommend going here. After searching most of Nashville for a repair center to fix my car after an accident I finally found Impact Collision Center. This place by far has the best customer service I have ever received at a repair shop. All members had such a great and positive attitude which created such a warm and welcoming environment. Ed is very understanding and thoughtful and created a great lasting impression from the moment I walked through the door. I'm happy some of the guys showed me their work and I'm excited to see what they will do for my car. I will definitely be back and recommend coming here for automotive needs.

This is the greatest place to get car parts repaired I needed a door handle and a side mirror and my rear light fixed I am very grateful to have found this place and it didn't take long for the job to be done yay very friendly people thanks Mr Ed

My car was broken into, breaking my driver side window. My neighbor, whose car was also broken into went to and recommended this shop. Everyone I dealt with was kind, and though they didn't have my window there at the time, everything was ordered and done very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs car help.

Hey hey hey, it was a kick in the ass, but so worth it. The 97' Mustang is pretty spectacular so far... They work damn hard if I do say so myself.

Ended up not having work done here because of insurance issues but the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and w asnt trying to beat me out of money
