Highly recommend! I am very impressed with the customer service, price, and quality of repairs. Mohamed is great to work with. He provided a very reasonable estimate, maintained communications during the process, and was so easy to work with. The repairs were completed early and were exactly the estimate provided. Super fast, efficient, and professional. My car looks like new and I would not hesitate to recommend them. You will not be disappointed in their work!

Smashed in rear quarter panel on my 85 Mercedes diesel coupe. Most places in town won't work on cars older than 1990, but the guys at Hoffman said no problem. 10 days later the car looks amazing. 10/10 would use them again.

Hoffman Collision was a great experience. I took my car in and got a quote in minutes. The quote was very reasonable for the work I got done. The work was done quickly and I got my car back in less than a week. When I picked up my car up it had been cleaned inside and out. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Hoffman to anyone looking to have body work done on their vehicle!

Our truck was rear ended and needed a new tailgate and some other parts replaced. We sought advice from the community on where to take it and Hoffman was recommended by many people. Now we know why. Great staff. Expert work. You d never know the damage occurred from looking at it. Pricing was transparent and accurate. Fantastic customer service while we were dealing with the notoriously awful at-fault party s insurance company. They even cleaned the interior before we picked it up. Hopefully you ll never need a collision repair service, but if you do, trust Hoffman with your vehicle. A++++++

The best body shop in the state!3 weeks ago we had a hit and run. Unfortunately i had to try couple of body shop in the last 3 years, we never was a 100% satisfied until now! The Hoffman's is the best! No humbug, no fake diagnosis... Unbelievable professional! Correct price and super fast! They didn't do anything without any permission.Trust me, don't choose anyone else! Hoffmans Body Shop came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Brought my car in and they finished my car within a week, whereas other bodyshops wouldn't even bother giving me an estimate. Abdel and Imran were extremely friendly and handled everything in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend and will be only coming here from now on for all of my car needs and problems.

I was in a collision during the last snow and Hoffman's was so helpful. They fixed my car quickly and even cleaned the interior. They were so nice and their service is great. My car is all back to good now, and you'd never know the accident happened. Highly recommend them.

These guys are 100 percent worth it. Abdel helped me. At first I was turned down by multiple shops afraid to take liability for an accident the other persons insurance was paying for. Someone did a poor repair job before my accident so it made the other mechanics tell me they wouldn't help! Well Abdle told me they were going to help me get it fixed and work with the insurance and get everything covered. After all the issues I had with other mechanics I was worried they wouldn't be able to get it done right. But they did! They got it all taken care of. Fixed quickly. Worked with the insurance is I didn't have to argue them. They made sure they didn't leave me with poor work. And the car is beautifully fixed! I had two doors completely impaled.I will absolutely bring all my vehicles here from now on. This is the work we should expect from mechanics.

I can t speak highly enough of my experience. They were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me on the price. Someone hit and run my car so I was going to have to pay full price for whatever the repairs were. I got my car back good as new and they even took the liberty of cleaning the interior of my car which I did not expect or ask for. To say the least, this is the only body shop I ll be using in Nashville going forward. Highly recommend.

Our teenage driver backed into a mailbox with our 2004 minivan on Saturday night resulting in damage sufficient to shatter the rear window.After finding great reviews for Hoffman s online, I took the van on Monday for an estimate, thinking I would have to leave it. I did end up leaving it, but for the actual repair.Mohamed gave me an estimate in about 10-15 minutes, found and purchased a replacement lift gate, and completely finished the repair by Friday!It was a fast turnaround, but the work completed was high quality. No shortcuts. And not only did they vacuum out all the broken glass, they vacuumed and cleaned the whole interior! My steering wheel and console haven t been this clean in a while.Mohamed was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys! We couldn t have asked for a better experience and gladly recommend Hoffman s to anyone needing their services!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hoffman s was recommended to me by someone and they were right they do Ana amazing job. I was in a wreck after buying a new car and only having it a month. I got it back looking brand new. Hoffman Collision repaired my vehicle after it was broken into on Christmas morning. They started ordering parts for my vehicle immediately after receiving it. They communicated with my insurance and myself throughout the process. My vehicle was ready for me quicker than I d expected. Plus they were professional and friendly! I even met a battle buddy that works there! If I ever need any repairs done in the future I will definitely return.

Took my car to Hoffman after having a tractor trailer get into the side of my car. My family had used Hoffman in the past and they always did great work. What I didn't realize is they had sold out and were under new ownership. When I went to pick up my car the first time the passenger side door still had an indention in it that shouldn't be there. The rear bumper that was supposed to be replaced still had cracks in the middle of it. There was overspray everywhere, on my windows, running behind the gas cap door etc. Pointed this out to them and they said they'd go over it with a fine-tooth comb and get everything straightened out. Came back and they had fixed the passenger door and bumper. There was still overspray on the windows and even on the interior of my car. The paint on the rear bumper didn't really completely match the rest of the car. You can also tell where they taped off on the rear bumper to repaint it in the pictures I attached. My driver door also made noise when closing it which they did fix before I took the car. I was not happy with the work at all and do not recommend using Hoffman Brothers if you're looking to have your car repaired to former condition.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hoffman's Collision offers honest, excellent service and repair. Highly skilled to bring damage back to new! After the Dec 9, 2023 tornado damaged my car so badly, I was amazed when I saw my car looking so perfect, totally impressed. Plus, the customer care and attention is the best. I highly recommend Hoffman's.

I had an horrible experience with this body shop. The lack of professionalism and disrespect to their customers is beyond words. It happened few weeks ago when I had to get an estimate for a minor accident. On getting there, the manager (Mohammed) which appears to be a small dude with an IQ of 10, told me in his drunken voice that I can see you ve been here before for an estimate but you didn t fix your car with us you just wasted our time of which I replied I do not have a say over where my insurance picks to fix my car but I m getting an independent estimate to get an idea of what the damage would cost. By the way, as part of their service, they offer free estimates for damaged vehicles which is why I went there. He hurriedly make a nonsensical estimate and rudely told me I can leave now but I didn t want to engage or entertain his rudeness so I left got home and shred it. I have never encountered a business owner that disrespectful and show so much ineptitude about something so simple. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

My car was hit and considered totaled because it is older than 10 years. No Collision center would even see me because of this. I found Hoffman's Collison, called them, made an appointment for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, I left my car that day and the car was ready in 4 days! The work has a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased to have found a good and honest repair shop. I would definitely recommend them. Great service!

Hoffmans took my car in with significant tornado damage on 1/11 and then had it ready on 1/12. Y all, I am not kidding. They replaced my drivers side window, both passenger and driver side mirrors (power folding/had to be painted to match), both rear passenger and driver side outside door handles, and the antenna (painted to match) - and they did it with oem Lexus parts from the dealership. In 24 hours. I knew I was in good company when he called within an hour of the car being delivered and said it was in the shop and being prepped. However, I am still at a loss for words for how they did it this quickly. The customer service and communication were well beyond my expectations. These guys are legit and wonderful to work with. HIGHLY recommend this body shop!!

Mohammad and his team at Hoffman Collision always goes ABOVE and BEYOND expectations.I tell all my friends and family to go there for any body work or repairs. I've now had two vehicles worked on by them and both came out 10/10's.I've worked in customer service for 20 years (including Nordstrom) and have a pretty high bar, and they always surpass it!

The door dings are all gone and the damaged bumper replaced and matched perfectly.You will never know we were hit. Update 4/21/23Paint is starting to bubble and flake off, right back to disappointed. I had also noticed a while after receiving the car back, there were noticeable spray passes in the finish also, almost like stripes. I could have moved on if not for the paint vacating the car. Although an attempt was made to make things right, the job seemingly wasn't done well from the start I'm afraid. Huge bummer.After an initial disappointing experience, Abdel and Hoffman's showed me why they're a highly rated shop. There were some issues when I received my car back but they went above and beyond, giving me a loaner car and fixing everything within a day. Abdel even ordered me a new wheel, which the insurance company did not cover. I'm much happier with the results now and I can safely recommend this shop.

Got some denting and scratches on my Mazda, and went to about 6 shops around Nashville looking for a good price. Hoffman's came back at a MUCH lower price, and was 1/2 the price of Service King for the same exact maintenance. Mohammed at Hoffman's was great and always made sure I was more than happy with the services. My daughter was in a two car collision that completely destroyed the rear end of her vehicle; at the present moment I was under the influence of totaling the vehicle out until my husband felt there was hope . We decided upon a risk that lead us to Hoffman s Collision. Upon entering we were greeted by the staff very knowledgeable led by Muhammad that confirmed my husband s instincts; not only was the car finished in a timely manner, but turned out to be a reflection of what it appeared the day we drove it off the lot at Kia in Rivergate. My teenager had a parking lot incident that left their car all messed up on the passenger side. I brought the car to Hoffmans, they were very professional and worked everything out with the insurance company. When it was time to drop the car off, they were courteous enough to drop me off at enterprise and pick me up when it was done. I can't say enough good things about this place. Treated me like family. Did an amazing job with the repairs.
