The last time I had an oil change at this place I scheduled an appointment, and when I arrived, the person behind the counter told me it would be 2 hours. I came back more than 2 hours later to find that they hadn t even pulled my car into the garage to start the oil change yet. The guy at the counter was very apologetic, and so I decided to give them another try.I scheduled another oil change appt an hour and a half before they closed and brought my car in, only to have them tell me it wouldn t be ready until the following day. The guy at the counter said he was sending all his techs home early for the day, despite me having an appointment, and despite them being open and for another hour and a half.Customer service has been going downhill here and I will no longer be giving this place my business.

Technicians were very friendly and helpful. They explained the issue I had and were very prompt in completing the service. I always enjoy dealing with the Firestone staff in Madison TN.

Would be 0 stars if I could. I paid for a lifetime alignment with many suspension issues. They aligned the vehicle. All these were repaired and I went in for second alignment. I was told I d have to repair more things which I did. Now I ve gone in for another alignment and again been refused to be aligned without another series of new repairs. They also tried to sell me replacement parts. When I already have new ones recently installed. I m normally cool. But this lifetime alignment has been useless. They were happy to take my money but come up with excuses instead of honoring the service I paid for.

I called the day before and talked to a fellow how said they would have my tires in-stock by the next morning. We made a 9am appointment. I left my vehicle and returned when they said it would be ready and It was. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Stopped at Firestone in Madison today 12-01-23 to get help with putting air in my tires . The young man who help was so nice and put air in my tires. I am sorry I couldn't remember his name he was running the front inside Excellent customer service and will be back to this location. I Stopped coming to this location 3yrs ago because of bad customer service .

Last time, I needed an oil change I went to the Valvoline Quick Change in Madison by the Kroger and they broke a part off my car and I had to wait a month and a half to have it fixed smh I kicked myself the whole time because I usually always go to Firestone for my tires and oil changes but I was just in a hurry NEVER AGAIN lolMY POINT Firestone has never failed me on service and I ve used all the locations in East Nashville. I m a woman and they are always respectful and they give me good advice on what I need to have done on my car but they never pressure me or make me feel bad if I don t get the extra done. I will continue to use them and I recommend them to everyone.

Firestone is always honest about what is wrong with your car. They have competitive.prices. The only problem is now they are so popular it is hard to get an appointment.

I took my car in at 11:15 for a nail in the tire. 5 hours later they just pulled my car into the building. This used to be a great place to go when a gentleman named Randy was the manager there for many years, and he always took care of you not so much anymore.Service: TiresService: Tires

Let's you make an appointment for an alignment on a Sunday. Drive 35 minutes there, they tell me they don't do alignments on Sundays.

They damaged my vehicle and they act like it happened by itself , there machine marked on the wheels , damaged it and they said we don`t know. I will sue them.

When Strand on the side of the road, Firestone at 234 Gallatin saved us! Our truck over heated, radiator blew out. Called them on Sunday at 3pm. Towed truck there at 9pm. They fixed it by 5pm Monday and we were back on the road! (Ford told us they could not check the truck for 5 days!!)Highly recommend this Firestone!!!! Amazing people!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience! We had to drive to Florida Saturday after Thanksgiving, and when we started to drive the car there was a terrible noise in the right front bumper that made the car impossible to drive. I called this shop, and they said they'd look at it, although it was only an hour or two before closing. Shortly thereafter they called and said it's fixed. There was some metal in the wheel wheel that was rubbing, so they ground it down or something, but it was fixed. When I asked how much, they said no charge. I was blown away. Thank you so much for saving our road trip and Thanksgiving!

Would be a 0 star if I could tried to buy tire and was told cash only. The guy in the office there said was a scam going on people buy tire then report to bank they didn't buy it. I later talked to 3 other tire places never heard of it. I couldn't have it mounted because I didn't have car due to flat tire. If this is true you can make copy of card and license no lying then. I don't carry $325 cash on me at all times and they don't want to make sell so be it when somewhere else saved $100 dollars. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I use them exclusively and have for 20 years. I have firestone tires on all vehicles. I use them for any mechanic work. They are courteous and will point out what you need and what can wait. I am on road a lot and get so many screws etc in tires (see pic). They patch from the inside of tires only. They always do good work and guaranteed nationwide. I drive used vehicles and firestone gives me confidence to not worry. Thanks

Bought a full set of tires and was told to come back if I ever needed any service. Needed air and was told their air pump was broken which was obviously a lie.

Traveling fron Michigan to Chattanooga, Tennessee on mother's day when our car stopped running properly. Ford was closed for the day but recommended this firestone. We were told they could check it out early in the morning and fix it sometime before closing. We dropped the car off promptly at 8am when they opened, and they hadn't even looked at it by noon. the customer service rep had such a bad attitude, very flippant telling us it may or may not be looked at that day, regardless of what we were told on the phone. If you're looking for a one day service in an emergency or friendly staff, this isn't the place.

Brought my brand new truck to get mud tires 4/19/23. Went to pick it up and they put the white letters on the inside. The guy tried to act like it was my fault. No, maybe it s your job to make sure you get all the details from the customer. So I had to come back 2 hours later. There are less than 500 miles on this brand new truck and I pick it up and they have dinged my drivers door down to the metal. Immediately acted like it wasn t their fault. This is after him also saying it was my fault that they didn t put the white letters facing out. I understand things happen but the initial reaction of a business should never be to blame the customer. I will not be back to this location even though it s close to my house. And honestly I will be going back to discount tire where they understand customer service when these wear out.Service: Tires

Traveling on a Sunday so we were limited on what's available. Had a tire that keeps going low. Stopped in,early even, waited patiently for 8am opening. Friendly worker but was zero help. Make excuse he had other cars waiting. I'm sure there were cars needing help, but clearly no one was waiting to collect them. He did however recommend a "mom and pop" tire shop around the corner.No customer service these days. Friendly help and common sense are a thing of the past,unless you do happen to find older folks who remember the idea of being helpful and going above a beyond.

Took my car to this firestone to get an popping noise looked at on my car,they diagnosed it as I need new struts,so I went to the dealership for the work because it was cheaper than firestone,by 700 dollars,for them to misdiagnosis what the issue is with my car,so now I'm out of 1500 dollars and still having an popping noise problem from my car because of their misdiagnosis,way to go guys

If you go here only do business with the older guys who work here.The older guys are pros but the younger kids are kind of slow and don't really care about well...anything. except when the mcdonalds arrived...they moved quick then.

Does not deserve 3 star. Will upsell on unneeded service. Old out dated building.Service manager? Rick seem to be ok. Tech's are understaffed and do not have long term experience.Do not recommend
