I can't even leave a one star review but apparently that's the lowest I can give in order to leave a review. I bought a battery and it went bad not long after I got it. I was told when I purchased the battery there was a 6 month warranty. I went to return it and was told it can't be returned if it's been hooked up to your vehicle. WHAT A JOKE! How else are you going to use the battery if you can't hook it up. I highly do NOT recommend purchasing a battery from Deka. Very, very, very poor customer service!

After 2 mos. This batt was bone dry. Put water in after 20 mins shooting steam out a crack. Wouldnt warranty because I used tap water. Never mindi crack in battery. I'm kind of leery about a battery that you can unscrew the caps. I thought they were all seal these days. I think I got sold the old battery. In fact I know I did the battery

This is where I go for my battery needs and will always go here. Everything they do for their customers is good, from customer service to checking your old battery, installing a new battery & their prices are so good. They are the best all around. I recommend my family and friends to them and always will.

The gentleman working today 9-12 all alone I believe his name was craige was a pleasure to work with in finding a battery for my needs, from the phone call to pick up he was all customer oriented and got me a battery that retails for $200 to under $100 out the door, only time will tell in how long it lasts but the customer service was fantastic, I will be back for all my battery needs.

Deka is a better battery than any other out there. Great service and sales team. Awesome product and I love that they sell recycled batteries at a fraction of the cost of new, that saves our environment and will take all your cores off your hands that you have laying around.

I needed a battery for my 2015 kia. I went here and purchased a new battery they installed. I was there total of maybe 15 min. The price was at least $20 cheaper than dealer or auto parts store that included install. I recommend this place and will go again if needed. Very nice staff

I will never pay retail price for a car battery or boat battery ever again! Deka battery has always come through when I needed them. I saved over $150 by purchasing a truck battery there as opposed to any of the auto part stores. It's worth saving hundreds of dollars to go up there and purchase your car battery through them.

Called them twice and to make sure they do install battery for my Infinty M35h 2012 model car , I drove 45 mins , paid and then the technician is saying it would take 30 mins to do that job which he is not getting paid , and literally they say they can t do it. I paid 10$ extra for installation also, then I took my battery to the place they referred me to snider auto service and they are charging me 55$ only for installation. Waste of my time and money to deka batteries. Please make sure before you get there in person for their service. Very unprofessional.Update : Even the battery they gave was not original I had problem with the battery and had to replaced with the original from the Infiniti Dealer. Be aware of the duplicate battery.

This place is a joke! My husband bought a battery for his motorcycle, the battery was bad and burn up his charging system. He called them, they said bring it back. He took it back in the box with his receipt, they treated him like he stole the damn thing, wanted to know what he did to the battery???? This was a female customer service rep. Didn t want to refund his money. If this is how they treat their customers they won t have many for very long. Don t buy their motorcycle batteries! Bad product!

My family and I have been buying batteries from here since it was in old hickory TN. But, last Friday my motorcycle battery died and obviously I needed a new one well the lady working told me that she had a 2nd hand battery that would work and charged me $107 for it with only a year warranty. I'm sooo mad about this because auto zone has the duralast gold premium battery brand new with a 3 yr warranty for $104. Needless to say my family and I want be back again. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me post if I didn't.

Got a great deal on a car battery, beats going to Walmart or an auto parts store. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were talking about. Highly recommend this place!

What pay hundreds of dollars for a car battery when you can get one from here at a fraction of the cost? $55.55 out the door for a brand new battery for my Nissan Frontier at Deka, when a parts house wants $200.00! I will never buy another car battery anywhere other than Deka.
