Chavez took great care of my Nissan Rouge after it was severely damaged due to a hit & run crash. The owner & staff were very friendly and informative. My vehicle looked practically brand new when I came to pick it up!! I was highly impressed. I will definitely do business with this shop again for any future repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Brought a used car I was checking out here and they gave it a solid look over and a price recommendation on the car based on the estimated cost of the repairs for a very fair price. They were also very kind and gave me recommendations for elsewhere to look as well. Honest and kind people. Would recommend to a friend.

Chavez auto Repair is quite frankly the best in auto repair In Madison Tennessee or anywhere else they provide you with professionalism quality & reliable service at affordable prices I've had my vehicles serviced there for some time now I would highly recommend them 100% I wouldn't go anywhere else . Bought car with a bad engine . Chavez and his employee Jose had a new engine in the car in just a couple days. Not one other car place could come close to the price they gave me. Car runs like new .

My dad recommended this mechanic to me when i got my first car almost 10 years ago and i haven't had to look elsewhere since. I'd say pretty much half my car has been rebuilt by Mr. Ari and his crew by now lol

I called to get a quote for car repair phonewas answered by a woman who just said hello? I asked if it was Chavez auto they said yes what do you want? I hung up very unprofessional.
