I love these guys. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I needed service done on my Shadow. Called me a few days later and told me what was up, simple fix. When i first bought the bike they did a full servicing and put on my new tires. Anytime I need anything done with my bike I bring it here. 10/10 recommend for anything bike related.

Eh. Service has always been so so there. I Was looking at buying from them most of their sales staff are rude and couldn t care less. Clay is who I would recommend if you are going in to look at something. He was very helpful when I went in to look at a bike.

After leaving my initial review below, I am updating my 1-star to 5-star. Castle Powersports quickly remedied this issue by providing a replacement windshield. They even took it a step above and offered to install the windshield for no charge. Thank you Castle Powersports, you have our continued business.-------------------------------------------We purchased an $800 windshield for our Honda Pioneer. We were planning on installing the windshield ourselves. They did not have the windshield in stock, so it had to be ordered and shipped to their location. The windshield took several weeks to arrive at their dealership. When we picked up the box at their location the windshield was placed in the back of our truck in a large box that was taped shut. Shame on us for not opening the box at their location, because once we got it home and opened the box the windshield was cracked. We called the dealership, and they told us to bring it back. We returned the cracked windshield. Didn't hear a response for several weeks assuming we were waiting on a new windshield. When we called to inquire, they told us they could not confirm if the windshield was broken or not upon delivery, so they were not going to replace it. They did offer to install it for no charge if we wanted to buy another $800 windshield.

Had some service done on my motorcycle. Staff was friendly and helpful, store was clean, price was on par with everywhere else. Service Tech, Spencer was great and had my bike up and running quickly. I will definitely be using them for future service.

Very quick service, friendly and informative staff. Super reasonable pricing!! Good to know there are still companies that are willing to treat you well and not overcharge! Would recommend this company for sales and service. We have always had a great customer experience!

I took my motorcycle to repair the engine then they dismantled my motorcycle they did whatever they wanted with my time months later they gave me my disassembled motorcycle charging me a lot of money for something they never did and to finish making it better my mechanic notifies me that my The suspension is damaged because they changed the good parts for bad ones, you will have to pay attention in that place, it is terrible, and the gentlemen are a little racist.

I took my 2020 Triumph Tiger 1200 Alpine Edition to Castle Powersports as they were the closest dealer to my residence. Not only did they take good care of me as a customer with questions I had about my Triumph, plus having the necessary accessories and safety appearal etc.......the service department in particular went far and above & stepped up for me and is a direct reason that I will continue to be a faithful customer at Castle Powersports. They do excellent work at a more than fair price and they try to help you save $ at the same time.I know right? You probably can't even imagine that actually happening in a real world but it did and does at Castle!I live on the south side of town and when I had to trailer my bike to Castle, the Nashville traffic was terrible and I ended up getting it to them after 5pm which was after closing time and the guys were nice enough to stay late and wait for me to get there and even helped me get my bike off the trailer and were not only a big help, but ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in the process of the repairs done to my bike. I give the service department a huge 5 + star rating and will say that you should absolutely % make these fellas a part of your personal powersport machine maintenance team! They are a rare find in thier industry as a whole and a refreshing overall experience awaits you if you give them a chance to help you with your machines!-Brandon Stengel

Bought a 2023 Triumph. Bike is awesome. Curtis was my salesman and dealt primarily through email as I was busy working at the same times the dealership is open. The bike was ready when I got there and Curtis was polite and got things moving very quickly. My only gripe was a small paint marker mark on the seat of my new bike at pickup. Likely done when service was getting the bike ready to mark all predelivery inspection items, came off with mild cleaner. Overall good experience, will be returning for the first service after I hit 600 miles! Thanks

If your looking for a power sports dealer (I was looking for a Yamaha water sport dealer) stop in and talk to the folks here. You can browse and look without the feeling you have if to buy something now and when ready to buy they will help the best & fastest they can. I recommend this dealer and will be back.

Craig MercerCastle PowersportsSuper helpful and went up and beyond in Customer service, bought a Kawasaki elektrode from them, went and charged it, we where from out of town couldn t get product to operate, he went to the store after hours and checked out another unit to get us the info he needed to get ours up and going. A++++ in the customer service and all around awesome people, would spend my money here for sure again. Great business!!!!!! Will be back!!!! Thank you

Had Goldwing in for a routine inspection and new tires, they did a recall on the brakes too. Had to take the bike back three times. First time forgot to put on new tires they had for a week. Second time handbar was left loose. Third time fluid leaked out of brakes, no rear brakes they did recall on. Lame excuse each time, was all my fault. Last time had another dealer pickup from their lot and repair. So far so good. Sure none of my riding buddies will be going here, LOL.

Came in on a Saturday @ 11am with 2 sets of wheels and new tires to have changed out and the service department guaranteed to have everything done before closing time. Got to spend a nice afternoon with friends in Nashville and was able to pick up the new mounted and balance tires on the way home.These guys are clutch!

I want to thank the staff for their exceptional professionalism. I damaged my jet ski and they supported me during the insurance claim on numerous occasions. I am new to owning a jet ski and their professionalism was greatly appreciated, which may submitting my insurance claim very smooth. Thanks especially to Blaise (not sure I spelled it correctly) to his support. I will recommend Castle Powersports due to his professionalism. He is definitely an asset. So glad I chose Castle Powersports to buy my first bike from. Great selection and the best prices around Nashville. Jan Taylor was so helpful and kept great communication throughout the process, outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new motorcycle.

Have had my eye on a Triumph Rocket 3 for several years. Curtis and Wade treated me with respect and handled the sale efficiently and professionally. Extremely happy with my purchase. My only regret is I don't live closer to visit the store more often.

I ve been pretty impressed by Castle Powersports. This was my first purchase of a Triumph, and the dealership is an hour away from me, so I d never dealt with them before. I ve dealt with Bloodworth Motorcycles (worst customer service from a factory dealership I or my riding friends ever experienced) for my BMW and Cool Springs Powersports (the best) for my Ninja. These guys are competing with Cool Springs. I got an ADV that I wanted to take deep into the backcountry for off-road Moto camping and had a ton of gear added. Due to the supply chain constraints globally, it took months to get it sorted, but that wasn t their fault. I also gave them some challenges to solve, such as I needed a satellite GPS, iPhone, and 2 GoPro s to be powered from it and wired internally inside the frame, and they came up with a great solution and consulted me along the way. The sales guy Craig, looked after the whole thing and the Service Director (Steve maybe), really took good care of me and even helped pack the car with the originally parts so I could still fit my dog in the car on my family s way home while I rode it back. Couldn t really have asked for more

Talked to the same salesman twice. Once over the phone and I could tell he was annoyed by my simple questions about OTD pricing. He hung up on me.. went in person to I give the benefit of the doubt. It was no better. Went to American power sports and ended up buying there.

Visited the service department for the first time to get some bar end mirrors installed on my 22 890 Duke. Was in and out within an hr, great job guys!!

Had a part I didn't have time to do myself replaced.Edit - I'm not using my actual name cause I'm tired of companies trying to ruin people's real lives simply for stating facts on reviews.They had to empty oil/coolant to fix. Claimed they refilled both.Both were very low so either they lied or created leaks on both

I ve purchased 2 vehicles from Castle in the past 2 months, a motorcycle and go kart. I bought them both via their saleswoman Jan. She was incredibly easy to work with, wasn t pushy and made sure I got exactly what I wanted (since I had no idea!). I feel like I got a great deal on both.Their facility is nice, clean and well stocked. The folks in parts, finance and service are great as well.

Not the friendliest. Curtis was helping us figure out a loan since the bike we looked at was going to cost us $3100 instead of $1800 as advertised. My wife had left her license at home and when she walked away he commented well I ALWAYS have my license not realizing she doesn t carry a purse due to her back issues. Also, at 5:00 he let us know the loan was taking a while and banks were closed so we d have to try the next day. So we we were gathering our things, he came over and said not trying to rush you guys out, but people are waiting to go home .. (it was 5:02, we were literally throwing away our coffee cups and picking up after ourselves because we d been there for an hour trying to get the loan despite having great credit) and so he walked us out and he was in his car and outta there before we could even start our car. I d like to add that we got a loan effortlessly on our own the next morning and were able to get the same exact bike at a different shop for $2170.00 ??? Overall it wasn t a terrible experience, just enough to make us not feel very welcome. I felt we more or less just inconvenienced them.
