This specific location has the MOST unprofessional staff to work with. Just got a car from them, the radiator busted, and although it comes with a contract that Car-Mart will fix it, these individuals were very reluctant in holding up their end of the bargain for weeks; but managed to call to collect my payment.The white guy, Nick, talked about smoking marijuana that day I went in to inquire about a car, and also lied about my payments which were higher than what he discussed.The fat black girl that sits in the front is rude, talks over the customers, and says things to customers like "Go to a real car lot and get a real car." And that's exactly what I did. They got mad and wanted to deem my return as a repo. MIND YOU they still haven't called me back to fix the radiator DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE FOR A VEHICLE or for the least bit of customer careThey are ratchet, rude, and does not take accountability for anything. You WILL BE SORRY IF YOU GIVE THEM YOUR DOWN PAYMENT.DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!Piss Poor Business

The staff are very nice and helpful and I really do appreciate that , but my problem was when I left with the car I had problems with it and I am not a happy camper! The ac in the car is not working. I never bought a used car with the cold air not working. This is not going to cut it. I have asthma and I can t breathe without the ac. Also the mileage on the car is way different then what the paperwork says. So more than likely I am going to return the car. Not happy!!

This has honestly been one of the worst car buying experiences ever. I got a 2015 Buick Encore At The End May Of 2023. It spent the first 2 weeks being in and out of their mechanic shop. It s been nothing but problems since then! I haven t been able to drive it for a week straight without the check engine light on or something being wrong with it. It s spent most of the time I ve had in At their mechanic shop & after each time something worse was wrong. I just had the MOTOR replaced not even a full week ago, and yesterday there was smoking coming from under my hood! Looks like oil or something spilled everywhere!& turns out Id need ANOTHER MOTOR AND A CATALYTIC CONVERTER! It s been hard for me to get around and to transport my son! How am I supposed to make money if I have no vehicle. How am I to provide for myself and my child with no transportation! This is the second time smoke has run from under the hood, the first time it was an oil leak! Their mechanic left something loose and I had To get a family member to fix it! I was paying $560 every two weeks for a car I could Barely drive. This is ridiculous and definitely not a car lot I would recommend If you re needing a reliable car. This was the worst mistake I ever made! A true and deep regret.

I purchased two cars from Car Mart in Madison, Tn several years ago. It was a great experience. This year I referred two people to this very lot because of the experience I had. Unfortunately, they are having the worst luck. The cars that they purchased need major work. The cars have been in the shop more than with the new owners. The manager insisted that the use their mechanic and the cars still aren t drivable. I would love to hear from the General Manager. I truly believe that this is a reflection of the management at this location. Let s see.

Although Nick was very helpful and very outgoing, but I can't give a 5 stars. For one thing I wasn't given the opportunity to test drive the car. Nick took over and didn't give me the chance to drive and kept turning the music on so I wouldn't hear the car run. After every was done. I drove off the lot and the check engine light came on. I wasn't even given the opportunity to look at other cars theygave me the car that he drove. The car rides very rough. Not really happy. Now I have another check engine light on. Now it's the smog pump. Really.

I had already visited a few car lots & left without purchasing or being denied. But after going to car mart yesterday I definitely would recommend them to anyone. I honestly think it was the best choice me and my husband could ve made. They were outstanding! Super customer service! They were all about helping us get into the car we wanted. We are very satisfied. Thank you car mart

This is the worst company I bought a vehicle my engine malfunction and with in warranty they never gave me my car back or my money and disrespect me .I went to this company they are scammers and thieves.I have filed a complaint with an attorney.I needed my car my mother is going through cancer I told them that they said so...

I did not buy a car from here. The prices are outrageous. 18,000$ for a 2012?! Just to have the car break down in 3 days. Yeah I will pass. Terrible customer service. Plus they lie about towing and said a fuel treatment will fix the check engine light. Ha. Yeah okay . They can keep those cars. This is a "slum" lot. As horrible as they come. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.

I waited a good 9 months to be able to leave a more honest review. I am a independent contractor. My car is a big part of my job. I really would like to be able to have a good relationship with the company I have my car from but this company makes it impossible. They are not like other car companies I ve had to deal with in the past. Those experiences were so easy and smooth. However with this car company if you re even late a day the harassing phone calls and text messages start. As I ve mentioned before I m a independent contractor so when I m working I like to vibe and get through my deliveries and stops without distractions. And when I have customers it s really annoying to be bombarded with phone calls. This brings me to the reason I m leaving this review. I was 4 days late on my car payment, I communicated to them the day before that my tire busted and I was waiting to be able to get a tire and make my payment since I have to go into Kroger to do so and that it was my intention on paying it that day. I went to Kroger this morning cause I wasn t able to get to them the day prior and the Customer service area was closed. I went and got my tire and then went to work and figured I d check back after my runs. I received ONE phone call from them this morning but couldn t answer when they called because I was with a customer. I didn t really feel like calling back and having to explain that whole bit to them cause I never had to explain so much to someone in my adult life and they ask personal questions too when you re late as if their going to write you a check and cover your payment for you. A few hours later I m at a red light after getting gas and some random dude walks up to my car and damn near make me piss myself all to tell me to call the manager and hand me a card. Mind you I m moving from stop to stop, house to house, business to business which means I was being followed constantly. That s extremely dangerous and unsettling. One day it s gonna be the wrong person, you can t just walk up on people like that especially in these days and times. The cars are over priced and I ve put in so much money to get things fixed on this car and I haven t even had it a year. I don t use the mechanic there even though I have warranty with them because I can t afford for them to keep my car for days at a time. So basically I m giving them free money on top of money. The car was appraised by Nissan and they told me it s not even worth what I m paying which I already knew. All of my friends and family know to stay away from this place. Never have I ever experienced such harassment with a car company. I Recommended my bestfriend to Drive Time and she just got an amazing car half of what I pay and much newer. At least my experience can help my friends and family. I will not get another car from them. I came cause of their layaway plan as I m a single mom and couldn t afford a full down payment at that time but lesson definitely learned.

I want to thank Mr. Cameron for helping us the hole staff is wonderful. When my Husband and I first walk in we was Praying hope we get a ca Mrs. Jennifer had greet us and let us know up front what was going on with everything she was busy but got the job done. Cameron made us feel like we was home and told us you will get a car and you know Cameron stand by his word and I want to thank Car-Mart for the respect and give us a chance to choose three cars most car place pick for you but not Car-Mart they us pick SUV or Car thank you from our family.

Buyer Beware! Been having problems with my current car, it was time to look for something new. Looked at a couple cars at this lot and test drove a few. The 2012 Dodge Caliber caught my attention. Chose that one, done up the paper work, rode it straight down Gallatin Rd to work and home. Not even 24 hours later as I m heading to work again, the car bogs down on the interstate from 70 to 50. Engine lights and trac light flashed on. Can t get it to go faster than 50 and is making some weird noises. Took it back to the dealership and did not get my $800 deposit back. If I didn t take it back when I did they probably wouldn t take it back as they did not record the correct mileage as I pulled off the lot they only recorded the mileage that was listed on the sticker not the actual mileage. Buyer beware.

It's unlikely that I'll ever buy a car from another lot. From management to sales, these guys check every box. Extremely hospitable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. And you can tell that they are like family there because it's like working with a well oiled machine from time you show up. I've already refered other people to meet Mrs. Tess and Mr. Cameron, and can't wait till the next time I'm buying! Thanks guy!

Had a great experience buying my car from here. I was committed to a kia optima but there were none available. The wonderful ladies on store got me into a chevy malibu that I absolutely LOVE

I went to Car-Mart looking to get a car. I only had $500 to put down and cam so meaning not to worry about anything that he was going to give me something nice. I was looking at the Gmc and tell him that was the car that I want it he told me let me work something out get something in for you and you'll be able to get that car and drive it off. Cam did just that and I was able to get the car that I want it. All the staff was very nice and very friendly they made you feel like you were at home and whatever you needed they were there to give it to you. I love Car Mart and I would definitely recommend anybody to go and I will be going back to get another car with them.

Yesterday I went here to get me a car and drove off with a SUV. The entire staff was very nice and they did not hesitate in getting me in a automobile. I like the fact that everyone was laid back and was not just trying to sale a car. Thank you Cameron and the closing was even better that's when I knew I had me a car. To the entire staff a BIG THANK YOU!!!

Don t get a vehicle from here! I considered it but after my sister got hers from here I refuse! Don t miss a single payment they will stalk you consistently and show up in the most random places. Call after call and they are extremely overpriced. Do not recommend

1.) the workers there are rude.. they are quick to get over on you.2.) yeah it s okay to put $500 down on a car but it ll cost you $1000 per month in car note.3.) the cars cost wayyyyyy to much for them to be used4.) AGAIN the workers are rude costumer service it terrible they really not there to help youWouldn t recommend coming

The salesman Cameron Armstreet was absolutely amazing. He made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase and payments. He explained everything so well and clearly. He was understanding, funny, and not pushy at all. Cameron is THE GREATEST SALESMAN EVER. I will def bring all my car shopping to Car-Mart.

Went to pick up a vehicle at this place and no one could find a key, the key, that went to the vehicle. The woman that wore the glasses, whom I was told, the manager, went to her office. Talked to the guy about a ride back home and he told me that they were short staffed. He sure has plenty of time to play on his cell phone. Needless to say, I would never buy a car from Carmart.

I highly recommend America s Car-Mart to anyone with credit challenges or that is self employed. They are very flexible and offer good solutions to those they serve with no judgment no matter your situation. Big shout out to Cameron the salesman who assisted us during our visit. He was very friendly and helped us through the entire process.

One of the worst car lots to go to literally gave my car back with the same issue. I have multiple people I have contacted who has the same experience most definitely I ll take them to court that you stay far away from his car, right?And watch what you sign Zara tricks and the contract I promise you yo they are coming in court just wait on it,

Very smooth process and excellent customer service from the employees. I had Cameron help me with getting my new car and he was very helpful and informative. Cameron made sure I everything was going in my favor. If you go to Car- Mart, I recommend seeing Cameron.

5 stars all the way. Ive been a customer for years and have bought 2 cars from them. Employees are great. They are always friendly.The manager David is awesome. Everybody should buy a car from here. Their customer service is outstanding. They will usually work with in any situation. They even grill out and feed their customers when the weather is nice. I highly recommend.

My experience was more than I could have thought. The sales team was very courteous and willing to listen. They dont force you into anything and they work hard to put you in the vehicle of your choice. I love this car lot. I would recommend them to everyone that needs a car. Car Mart is A1!

This has been the best car buying experience in my life, very great and friendly people Chris was the best sales person he helped me get into a car that not only worked for my budget but was very nice! He helped with my down payment and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend car-mart to anybody looking to finance a vehicle.

Wish it had negative stars they would get that. They are all rude unprofessional I told them three weeks ago to come get the car they never showed up so I moved the car back out of my way they decide to move another car to get that car and done damage to the car that doesn't belong to them all Jennifer said was sorry no ma'am. I have had that car for almost three years the harassing phone calls 3 to 5 times a day are ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they helped others fix their cars but wouldn't help me fix anything on mine. Worst experience ever . It's against the law to move another car to get your car all you had to do was call me instead of messing up a car you have no legal rights to .
