Caliber has great customer service, very pleasant to work. Mark kept me informed about what they were doing their expectations when my car would be ready. Even though they were near closing Mark took me to drop the rental car and brought me back the staff even waited until we return for me to sign the necessary paperwork. Great customer service. I informed my insurance company what great service received. Caliber keep up the great work.

Overall excellent experience. Happy with the outcome of the repairs and the communication regarding the the repairs after my accident and the time frame it would take. I think the true sign of customer service is how things are handled when something is wrong not everything going perfectly! I had a small issue with how one part of the repair was applied and within 24 hours, Mark had not only contacted me to correct it but we had fully corrected the issue. I applaud the ACTUAL customer service and the thoroughness to ensure that I left a satisfied customer. I would 100% return to Caliber Collision for repair needs and would trust Mark to facilitate that in the future.

Strictly Enterprise repair only so I guess they had to change. No estimates for insurance or out of pocket.

We had a great experience with them after an accident. Kept us up to date almost daily. Returned my car not only fixed but vacuumed and washed! We didn't not choose to go with them (insurance) but would choose again!

I brought my car here to have repairs completed on my personal vehicle. I was able to speak with the manager about what happened at the time of accident. He was very professional with explaining the process and steps taken to fix my vehicle. During my time there, I also spoke with the service advisor, Tayza, who was reviewing the repairs for my vehicle. She was also very professional when explaining the Estimate of what is needing to be fixed and replaced, and also kept me up to date when they were moving it through the different phases of repairs. They were able to get my car in and out of the shop before the expected date for completion. The paint team did an amazing job in painting my new bumper and my current fender! They were also able to buff out the scratches in my headlight from the accident! I was also able to meet the technician who made my car look like it was never in an accident. Thank you Newt as well! I ve used caliber collision in the past in Colorado and have always had a great experience! It is one of the shops my insurance 100% covers and honestly have yet to have something negative to say. My truck was hit in a parking lot and looks brand new after they had it for less then a week!

Everyone was amazing. They finished my car in half the time my insurance company predicted. They even fixed a minor door ding since they had it in there. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Brittany with the glasses was especially easy to work with. They have a great texting service so you know when the repairs start and finush.

Fantastic customer service. I had text updates on the progress of my car repair about twice a week. Any questions I had were promptly answered. When I got my car back it was both on time and better than I expected. I can't recommend them enough!

Totally impressed and would use them again. Caliper was recommended to me by Geico when my 2007 Accord experienced a scrape-and-run incident on the passenger door. The employees and their professionalism is what makes this company great. Communication and service was excellent.Fast too. My vehicle was ready early in only 2 days! The paint matched perfectly was perfect. I was totally impressed!

I m hoping my experience is just centered around this facility. My son was rear ended on the Highway and the insurance company brought his vehicle here. There was moderate damage to the rear of his vehicle. It took them over four months to finally get it done after going over their own deadlines numerous times. The one thing that truly bothered me was the exhaust. It was noticeably damaged at first sight, yet they waited till even after paint to start on it, which caused even more delay. Let s not forget them telling my son to communicate with the rental car company to keep extending the rental.(that s not his job) The trunk still doesn t close correctly, he has to slam it to get it to stop saying door ajar . Whomever it was that I had the enjoyment of talking to was completely uneducated and rude. This facility has ruined the establishment all together. There is no way I would consider using any of the caliber collisions ever againService: Painting

Update: Prices did NOT fix my struts or my rim - took them a week to tell me that they did a tire rotation and balance and didn't think anything was wrong with the struts while admitting that they didn't even look. The dealership was clear that there was damage to my struts and an egg shaped rim from the pot hole I hit. I guess my previous experience there with the Franklin branch was exclusive to that branch and did not expand to this branch. I called them multiple times and only got a call back twice. I thought for a moment the dealership had been wrong about the damage they had seen - they were not. Prices was incompetent. Due to this incompetence, I am now out a great deal of money on a rental that I must now keep longer while the dealership fixes what Prices would not.I will never take my care there again.My car is there right now. There was a hiccup dropping it off, but it was the fault of my insurance company - Not the folks in the branch.The lady up front was very kind and got things moving quickly for me. She then called Enterprise to let them know that I was ready to be picked up. I went to the Price's in Franklin two years ago and could not have had a better experience - I had my car back far sooner than anticipated. I am hoping that this will be the same. I will keep you all posted upon pickup!

I thoroughly enjoyed this Caliber Collision, especially their professionalism. Brittnye Mancini was my service provider and she made me feel so pleasant during a trying time! Billy also assisted me with an issue with my car, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied!!! This is all we (customers) ever ask for when in a situation like this!!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone because you will not be disappointed :) Thumbs up all the way around

The Caliber Collision shop in Madison was very good to work with. They got my car fixed in less time than they said and it looks great. They worked with Enterprise to get my rental car so I wasn't inconvenienced and it was just a wonderful experience.

This was my 2nd experience with the Madison location. The first experience was not the best. A subcontractor was used for the work and communication and time to do the work could have been greatly improved. I decided to give them another chance since it was a subcontractor who did the last job.This time, quotes were prompt and I was called by Todd at least once a week with updates. My repair was finished by the estimated timeline despite a couple of additional parts replacements. I really appreciatedthe quick phone call updates. It made the difference!Danielle was polite and professional as she has been with each interaction I have had with her.The only issue I saw was with the paint. There was one spot at the bottom edge where the paint must have settled. The paint has chipped off. It is not noticeable enough to return to Price's. Touch-up paint will be sufficient.

Have to update my review and drop to 2 stars based on findings after the fact. I mentioned and demonstrated when I dropped the car off that the rear section squeaked and creaked very loudly upon the slightest movement. As mentioned to the insurance adjuster, this was not the case prior to the accident.During the repair process, Price's indicated that there was no damage to anything other than the bumper and exhaust, and that noise I was hearing was a worn out bushing. Upon getting the car back, I took it to my regular mechanic because the sound was driving me crazy.First words out of his mouth after looking at it... "Did you get rear-ended recently?" I explained that I had, and explained what Price's had mentioned about the worn out bushing. He indicated that wasn't the case, and explained I had a slight bend in the rear passenger control arm from being hit. It was rubbing something next to it, and that was what was causing all the noise. Because it was just a very slight bend, he was able to bend it back. Didn't even charge me for it! Problem was immediately solved and has been squeak free for the last 2 weeks.Very disappointed that Price's didn't notice that damage during their repair and inspection, especially after I made it very clear that noise did not exist prior to the accident, and their diagnosis was not the problem. They did do a great job on the paint matching, but I would be unlikely to return should I need future work.Original review:Had to have a bumper cover and muffler replaced after being rear ended a couple of weeks ago. Todd did a great job keeping me updated on where they were with insurance and the ETA. Car looks awesome. Perfect match on the paint. Would use again.

My wife had been in a wreck and they got our van fixed and looking great. Communication wasn't great I was the one calling to find out what was going on with our vehicle. One of the things they didn't do was a front end alignment from the wreck, and double check the work I'm going to have to take it back to have some body alignment. I didn't notice until a day later when we had it home.

I was near this shop a few weeks ago when my tire was going flat on my car. I had my baby with me and wasn't sure what to do, so I pulled in kind of panicked. It was near closing time for them but they had me pull in to see what was going on. They found something in my tire which they removed then patched it up for me and had it good as new. They didn't charge me a dime for this and I was able to get home safely! The two men that helped me were so unbelievably kind and made this anxious mama's day! Thank you for wonderful service! There are still caring people in the world.

You guys are the most Crooked company I have ever seen. the prices are way too high and the quality is poor so are your knowledge about cars And body work.For 2500 less I could have had a better job done to my truck . The length you guys willing to go to Convince me that s how it should look after you guys fixed it was the worst experience I have ever had .

Had body work done while car was in shop in their possession property was stolen from my vehicle while behind a locked gate Which tells me the employees are stealing I informed [email protected] as soon as I picked up my car didn t even pull of the lot before I noticed and notified her. Nothing was ever done I highly recommend not taking any vehicle there!Service: Body & Trim

I'll begin by saying I can't even write this place because there are no negative stars. I hit a deer and was recommended to go to prices. I had to take my car back to them three times. I ended up going to a different body shop to have the work done correctly. Not only did I have to go there multiple times but I had stuff stolen out of my car and my interior had rips in it. My car had over 100 miles more than when I took it there and my gas tank was empty. The manager mocked me and made fun of me when I took my car up there and explain what was wrong. He said that taking my car to them was like living in the Walmart parking lot whatever happens happens. I would not take my car back to them if they were the last place on earth.

Will never return or recommend to anyone. In fact I will actively speak out against them to anyone in need of a collision shop. Been back twice for problems they never fixed or caught. Now my car is having the same issue as before. But this time they said it must not be related to the accident even though it's the exact same issue as before! They are right it's not accident related, it's poor quality of work!!

Wow! I just picked up my 2010 Toyota Sienna Van. It looks brand new! Excellent job/well done! Shona and the Caliber Collision team made it look like I never had an accident. They also detailed my van inside and out! I was so suprised! It is so shiny and beautiful again! My van drives great - better than ever. Shona and the team were so courteous, helpful, supportive and kept me in the loop about the status of the repairs and when it would ready.I higly recommend Caliber Collision!
