This is the only AutoZone I go to in Nashville. The one right by Pep Boys! D helps me every time! He is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely intelligent. His customer service is outstanding! As long as he is there, I will be spending ALL MY MONEY FOR MY CAR WITH THEM! He never made me feel dumb about anything! Thank you D for outstanding service!

The team here at Autozone are top notch! They went above & beyond to take care of me & my battery that I had to have replaced! They took the time to explain why & what they were doing & didn t try to force anything on me. And being a woman, you appreciate not being taken advantage of! Thank you Richard, Ricardo & the other guy who all helped in this process! 5 stars from me!

I visited today to return a muffler that I ordered online. I was lucky to receive the assistance from Fred. Although, he had never returned a item that was originally purchased online. Fred took the time to learn the process and we successfully returned the item. I truly appreciate the gratitude Fred! Thanks alot Sir!

The store manager, Orlando, was nothing short of amazing. He helped someone who knew nothing about cars and didn't take advantage of that. Unbelievable nice guy. Thank you autozone and thank you Orlando.
