I tried calling a few months ago to explain I know it had been a while since they replaced my windshield but a piece was not installed back properly into my windshield and now it is warped and sticking out of my car completely. I called and the woman (who was also kind of rude, I repeatedly said I understand I might ve waited to long.) stated her boss was on vacation and would be calling me back. It s been over a month and I ve still yet to receive a call. I understand I waited too long but someone could ve at least called me because this was from my windshield installation done by you guys.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I can t say enough how much I enjoyed the contact with Auto Glass Fitters. It again with a call. The person was knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me a quote immediately and scheduled immediately. I was told some would call me on Monday morning with a more specific time frame and I was so impressed when it occurred! Just know that your thoughtfulness for scheduling and follow up means the most to us! If I could give your company a #20 on a scale of 1-10 we would! They took care of everything for us after our windshield got dinged by a rock going through a construction site. Our technician, Lee, was wonderful through the communication process, was able to find time that fit our schedule, & followed up to make sure everything was to our pleasing. If you need windshield work don t hesitate to call them & request Lee, you won t be disappointed.

Received a quote on June 20 for an at home windshield replacement on June 24. The tech called on the morning of June 24 and stated that he did not have the parts to complete the repair - it would have to be rescheduled. He stated he would call at the beginning of the following week for the reschedule. He called on June 30 and asked if I had shelter from the rain that he was ready to complete the replacement. I stated that I did not. He said we will do it Thursday (July 2). I called him on this day and he did not answer, but instead sent a text stating that "somehow your parts got returned. I have reordered everything will be first of the week...not sure what happened." - How did you have the parts on Tuesday and who returned them? Called customer service and the supervisor stated that she was canceling the appointment and to have a good day. I then asked to speak to manager and she stated "no- and don't call back."I called Auto Glass Now and have same day appointment for half the price.

These people are rude and liarsCalled rude lady on Friday was told that would order glass and would be Tuesday for install, well get a text no call and says that this would have to be done at a dealership call my insurance. Tried to call the number who text me no answer and person texting said don t text again!Go somewhere else don t use these rude unprofessional people!!!!!Service: Window installation

My windshield was not properly installed and a piece of my car (near the windshield) was broke. Not sure how they felt ok walking away from the job like they did it correctly. Completely unacceptable service.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

Mr. Sadler who provided the service to our vehicle was awesome and friendly. He did the work efficiently and in the time that he said he would! He was a great guy! As far as I know the windshield is holding up great!Thanks!

I went through my insurance to find this company. I was pleased with their communication on the day they were change out my windshield. The technician, Lee, was professional and kind.The day I ordered my new windshield, I asked the office if I could have one with the tint strip at the top to block the sun. He informed me that my new windshield would have one. Upon install, I noticed it didn t have the tint strip similar to mine (about 6-7 wide). Lee, the installer, informed me that they do not have windshields tinted, that I d have to go to a tint company to have it done. For that reason I m giving them 4 stars.

GOOD LUCK GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM!! Put in a request never heard from them, hour and a half later tried to call was on hold for 10 minutes then was hung up on. Safelite is on the way!

They rescheduled on me twice and then left glass shards in the door that would not allow the door handle to work. Not impressed.

Great communication and service from the Mobile Service Tech. Hopefully I never need to use them again but IF I do I would call this company again in a heartbeat!
