This place was great! I needed to have my car towed there the day before my appointment (for personal reasons) not only were they ok with that, Zach went ahead & looked at it when it arrived, got me an estimate & had it repaired the next day! He explained everything that was wrong with my car & what he did to repair it.They also guarantee their work, if there is an issue with it he said just to bring it back & they'll take care of it. They were all very nice, down to earth people. I would definitely recommend this place for car repairs.

I m reviewing for a friend who doesn t review. She saw the excellent reputation of the shop as a one-stop for the various services she needed.She needed an oil change, tires, and two other things. Her husband noticed the SUV was leaking oil 3 days later. The car stopped working so she had it towed back, where she was told that they had forgotten to do something during her first visit. They fixed it.A couple months later it started overheating and sputtering. She took it to a different mechanic who told her that the engine was dry and either needed a head gasket or a total replacement.Sure, Absolute can argue that something happened in the interim beyond its control but there is a direct link between an oil change and an engine without any oil, which causes bigger issues.

Opey, Dustin & Ashley have always take. Such good care of me and my husband! I will never use another auto shop! They ve treated us like family since the first time we walked in the shop years ago! They have taken care of every car we ve ever had from my BMW Z3 to the Murano, the land river and our multiple Jeeps! Trust me... you won t be disappointed with the service and they never gauge you on prices like most shops. I ve sent tons of clients and friends to them over the years and will continue to do so. A mechanic you can trust with a family atmosphere!

Great shop and friend customer service. They did a front-end alignment on my 1971 Torino after I replaced the suspension, and I couldn't be happier. They met my performance specs, and the car drives straight down the road.

I took my truck in to them for an alignment and put brand new tires on it. The alignment was way out and ruined $500 worth of tires. I would NOT recommend them for any service, they do not stand behind their workService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

When it comes to auto mechanics, it's hard to know who you can trust. Absolute Auto came highly recommend by a close friend and I have never been happier with the overall experience! All of their staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent when communicating with you. My 2012 F150 was acting up and they took care of every problem, without trying to "oversell" the issues at hand. None of the typical "We found this issue (that is truly non existent) to pad their pockets. They were very thorough with the diagnosis and explain the problems and made a plan of action to get my baby back on the road without pressuring me into something that was not needed. Furthermore, their garage is EXTREMELY CLEAN and organized. When I went inside, I knew that I was in a true PROFESSIONAL shop. Opie, my main point of contact, is a genuinely sincere man who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, as well as all of the other staff members. No matter how many times I called to ask questions, he was enthusiastic and very happy to answer all of them in detail. Bottom line, Absolute Auto will be the only shop to ever work on any of my vehicles from this day forward! I cannot express how happy I am with the work performed, and the overall professionalism from the entire staff. Thank you all so much for all of your hard work, and due diligence too yet my truck back on the road! This was the best experience I've ever had with any auto shop, and I left smiling form ear to ear! 100% satisfaction and by far the best shop in town!

Fixed a problem on my son's chrysler crossfire. Nobody would touch it. Were very helpful to my wife and son while I was deployed. Will be bringing my 02 mustang GT to them also. Fantastic company and owner.

It is a great comfort to know that I can take my vehicle in and be able to have complete confidence in the diagnosis of any and all problems, get an accurate estimate of the cost of repairs , and to know that the work will be done right every time. I would recommend Absolute Auto to anyone. These guys are great!

This is hands down the best car service I have ever taken my vehicle to. They are completely honest and do the best work at the best price. They were able to pinpoint my problem and I saved $1000 dollars on repairs after getting a second opinion from Opie. I'm beyond grateful to have found this place. Thanks again!!!!

I really wanted and tried multiple times to like this place as everyone front of office is very nice. However, after poor repairs and incorrect repair work where I had to come back and back with nothing fixed correctly so I moved on. Took it to another shop down the street and they quickly identified the incorrect work, fixed it right away. Too bad I didn t catch it earlier as Absolute Autos poor repair cost me a set of tires. Will not be bringing any vehicle back here.

Absolute auto was ABSOLUTELY Great!!! They were honest, could've charged me $400 for a fuel pump and I wouldn't have known the difference but it was instead the electric wire to the pump...... ended up paying only $85. They will be my mechanics from now on

I dropped my car off with two issues that, while I could fix them myself, I simply didn't have time for in the near future. One of the problems, I was unsure of the cause, but I had a fairly decent idea what it was. The mechanic did successfully diagnose and repair that issue(a damaged pcv hose, which on a Ford Focus, is approximately 4-6 hours of work) and for a fair price. However, the second issue, which I explicitly noted(a battery issue, likely from a loose connection or damaged wire) and asked to be checked and repaired, wasn't completed. Since the repair would have been a simple fix while the engine was mostly dismantled for the first one, I'll have to spend time or money for it again. It will not be here.

The best auto repair business I have ever been to. I took a 1996 Honda Accord that was wrecked bad---to ask for an estimate (thinking he will never fix my car at a good price) and I talked to Dustin- he fixed my car for way less than I ever expected and it runs PERFECT!!! I would recommend Absolute auto to anyone and I will!!!!Teresa.

Had an alignment done 9n a lifted Jeep. They do great work with great communication at a fair price. Do not hesitate to use this honest Service.
