They are liars wanted to get a car and said it wasn't going to impact my credit to check and it was a hard inquiry and put my credit lower because of the guy that lied to me. Never going to get a car here and all of the cars are trash anyway.

I have never had an experience this good with any dealership ever.My family wanted to buy a used Ford Transit for road trips, but we had been having a really hard time finding one. We had checked in on dozens of fresh listings only to find that the vans had been sold before we even hardly had a chance to check anything out.So, even though we live in Georgia, when this Transit became available in Tennessee in our price range and with everything we needed, we thought we should jump on it as soon as possible. We talked to Vince at TriStar Motorcars, and he was willing to hold the van for us while we drove up to check it out. He even fended off a person who stopped in to try to buy it while we were on our way. And he did this without us making a deposit. He did it simply because we said we were on our way, and he had told us that he would not sell it until we showed up.We get there, and this 15 passenger van was everything we could hope for. Only problem was that the previous owner had removed the back seats. Vince said he had a friend who took trips to Georgia occasionally and that he would drive the seats down for us so we could pick them up. We thought that was really cool, but we also didn't necessarily need the seats, so it wasn't a deal breaker. So we bought it and drove it home.Then when preparing for our road trip, we noticed there wasn't a spare tire under the van. We needed a spare tire for the trip, so we ended up having to purchase one. I contacted Vince about it. At this point, he already had our money and really didn't need to do anything else, but he offered to send us a check for what we spent on the spare tire.When we got home from our road trip (which was great), we had a check from TriStar for the amount for the spare tire, and Vince sent us info on where and how to get the seats, which he had sent to Georgia with his friend just as he promised.Vince and TriStar delivered on everything promised. How many used car salesmen is that ever true of? Absolutely unheard of honesty, generosity, and integrity if you ask me. I am extremely impressed with Vince and I would absolutely recommend TriStar to anyone who likes good deals and fair dealings.

I searched for a car for months. I saw the vehicle I was looking for on line and called them on a Saturday and said I would be in on Monday to look at it. They held it for me and when I got there I test drove it a bought it. They were so nice and quick to get the paperwork done. I've had no problems with the car even though it was an older model. I drove 1 1/2 to this place and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car.

It was a great purchasing experience here although, I ran into a couple issues along the way. They supplied me with not an actual key when I bought the car from them. No key hole, No Keychain, No Fob. It was like one of those emergency keys that breaks off an actual fob. I ve lost the key multiple times because of that reason. When I drove the car home immediately the check engine light came on. I later tried to get a key programmed for my car and find out that my OBD2 Port doesn t even have power. I checked all my fuses and they all work fine nothing blown. I called Tristar Motors about this and I talked to their service guy and he told me he d send me to someone to have the car serviced and he d give me a call back and also told me when the car was there the OBD2 port worked just fine on his reader. He never called me back. Not sure how this all goes wrong after me just owning the car from the first week to a month of me having it. It s just issue after issue. (Edit) Also forgot to add the oil leak I got.

We purchased an SUV for my daughter as her car while she's away at college. She currently had a car but we were looking for one that was newer and more dependable. We purchased one from Tri Star and I can honestly say that she could not possibly be any happier. They were great to deal with and I never felt that we were being sold to. We would absolutely recommend Tri Star if you are in the market for a used car that is five stars. As a matter of fact, we have already passed their name on to several friends. We live in Nashville and it was worth the short drive to do business with such a good group of guys.
