My wife and I can't say enough about our entire experience with Nations RV. Tony and Julie are so friendly, open and helpful they make you feel like friends, not just customers. Their repair work was fast and top quality and they went way over the extra mile to make sure both my wife and I were satisfied. We will definitely be back to do business with them again.

We were very happy with the service we received from Nations RV. They were very attentive, stayed in touch with us, and made sure our LQ trailer looked brand new when we got it back. There were questions that we had after we picked up and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend them!

This company goes above a beyond. They treat you kindly and inform you through the process. They dot the I's and Cross the T's. That's the way I want to be treated. I Strongly recommend them. Fair pricing with great Value.

These are excellent people to work with. Very very accommodating. They have a beautiful shop and do very nice work. And when it came to working with the insurance company, they went to bat for me. So they have earned a lifelong customer. I highly recommend nations.

Nations RV were great to deal with. Tony and Julie were very responsive and assisted us with navigating thru our insurance claim. They exceeded our expectations with the quality of work they performed. I would highly recommend them for your RV needs.

I purchased my camper from Nations RV and couldn't be happier! Everyone was so nice from the moment I messaged Julie until the moment I purchased my camper and beyond.Julie made the buying process quick, easy, and painless.She and her husband and all of the guys at Nations RV, are very knowledgeable, are willing to answer any questions I have and to be honest they are amazing!They even stood by what they said when they said if I had an issue they would either walk me through it over the phone or if they couldn't help me with it they would come and make sure I was taken care of.Well, I had an issue and after we discussed it over the phone they agreed to come down and fix the issue for me within a day or two. Granted they're in Lyles, Tennessee and I'm in Gallatin, Tennessee so that's a good three and a half hour minimum drive for them to get here and back but, they were willing to do that just for me which says a lot about them as a company. Fortunately, I figured out that the issue wasn't with the camper but with the user so I was able to save them a long trip down here and back just to help me.It really means a lot to me that you folks were willing to come all this way just to help me, I'm definitely very impressed and so grateful that I decided to buy my camper from you! Thank you again, everyone at Nations RV!

I am very happy with the body and paint job this company did on my 2005 Roadtrek RV. The roof had serious clear coat peeling and, although the rest of the body and interior look great, it made my RV look bad. Tony and his skilled employees made my RV look brand new. Although I live within 20 miles of this RV repair shop, I've used several other services throughout the southeast in my travels. This shop is top of the line for both customer service and skilled workmanship.Service: Body & Trim

Just want to give a thumbs up to Nations for a job well done! We have a 2018 North Point 315RTLS and noticed water coming down inside back wall. Took pictures and talked to Julie at Nations and she said they could fix it. She even helped with filing it on insurance and got us a great estimate figure. Tony and his techs ended up removing inside wall and installing new studs, insulation and panels. Also installed new corner strips out side and fixed the leak on the roof where the water was coming from. Resealed all my roof edges and around a/cs and vents with self leveling sealant. Etched and cleaned roof. Removed and revealed all sealant around outside of camper. Serviced A/Cs, furnace, fridge, hot water heater and serviced and lubricated all 3 slides. Then they washed the camper! So very happy and will have no problem using Nations RV in the future!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

The owners are awesome folks.We went to look at a 2013 travel trailor that we saw on marketplace .Julie had just listed an hour or so before.We arrived and from the moment we met Tony and Julie you would think we had been friends for years.They were so personable.They went above and beyond to make us happy , even after we decided to buy it.Anything we were not 100% happy with he made sure he fixed to make us happy.We really appreciated the trust and hospitality. I Would recommend nations Rv and we will definitely be return customers.

We just bought our first camper from these folks. Tony and his Wife were excellent, as well as his service staff. Everyone helped us and showed us how everything worked. Tony and his wife even stopped and bought us the right size ball and hitch for our truck. Hooked us up with all the basics we needed to get started. Truly a great buying experience. Tony and Julie are the absolute best I've ever dealt with in many, many years of RV adventures. We bought a new to us pusher and they flawlessly put it back on the road with many repairs and upgrades. They also sold our travel trailer for us for a great price. We highly recommend! Great folks and now great friends.

I was to quick to give a positive review. Tony and Julie did not honor their 90 day warranty even with a slide motor issue that I told him about two days after we bought. Further they had bad battery s that burnt a slide motor and if they had load tested they absolutely should have replaced. Now they want me to pay to fix both issues plus won t fix anything else. Corrupt people based on my experience. Tony and Julie are sadly dishonest and do not honor their word.

People here were very nice and very helpful we had rented an rv from cruise America and the converter and battery went out in the rv they tried their best to fix the problem but there was more going on then the converter and since we are not from here and still need to travel to our destination we couldn t stay and wait to see what it was. I would definitely recommend this place to go to for your rv or trailer.

I took my rpod in to have it resealed and winterized. The electric jack was acting up so I had it replaced. Several other cosmetic things were done. Overall I am very pleased with the work that was completed. The customer service here is outstanding, both on the phone and in person. Tony and his crew are excellent at diagnosing and repairing or replacing what is needed. They replaced a refrigerator in our motor home with quality work with a short turn around time and we were on the road again quickly. Brenda T

Tony, Julie and their employees at Nations RV provided excellent service in repairing our 5th wheel. We had taken our unit to the dealership where we bought the RV new in 2021. We were not satisfied with dealership s repair recommendations and estimate. The Nations team properly identified the damages and repairs at a much better price than the well known national RV dealership. Thank you to Tony and Julie and the excellent service

Tony and Julie helped me save money on my repairs to my jayco jay flight trailer by helping prioritizing what was most essential and cutting costs wherever they could. They were also available outside of regular business hours to me when I had an urgent break down. Tony face timed with me and helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. Being new to trailer life they spent a lot of time educating me on things I needed to know about maintenance and towing. This couple goes out of their way to super serve their customers!

Yes, it is indeed possible to give an RV repair shop a legitimate 5-star rating! After being given the run-around from my dealer and other shops, I reached out to Nations RV, and they were the only place I called where I was able to reach someone on the phone that was helpful. They were professional and great to work with and did a fantastic job replacing the slide out in my rig.

Tony and Julie were so incredible to deal with. We had our unit at another name brand franchise and it was a nightmare. A friend had referred us to them after our unit had sat for 4 months untouched by another shop and Nations RV had it completed within a month. It was a big big job. We had been backed into at a campground by a fellow camper. When we brought it to nations, they were prompt in dealing with our insurance and getting the repair done. You cant even tell that the unit has ever even been damaged. Highly highly recommend these folks. We have used our camper now 3 times since getting it back and it has been perfect!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I honestly don t know what I would have done without Julie and Tonys help! Tony is patient in explaining everything and thorough in maintaining our RV. It s so nice to deal with a company who knows what they are doing! I m still learning and even drove our Sunseeker for the first time today. Thank you so much Tony!
