We highly recommend EB Powersports. He went out of his way on a holiday weekend to get us new tires and wheels while on our trip to Windrock. Great customer service.

I showed up there needing a battery replaced pronto in order to have my four wheeler available for a disabled-person hunting event later that day. Eric got a battery for me, charged it, and had it put on within a couple hours, which saved our hunt. These guys are can-do and I won t go anywhere else.Mark C.

Eric and his crew are top notch. Blew a front diff on my 21 XP turbo, called him Wednesday at 5pm and he had a complete RS1 swap at my shop in Ohio by Friday at 10am. Very honest and straight forward. Will be doing business with him from now on. Thanks again!

Eric is a super great guy! Our rzr was stolen and wrecked badly and we didn t have insurance so we are having to pay to fix it ourselves and we needed big stuff like a frame, roll cage, etc. Eric really worked with us and helped us out so much, we honestly couldn t thank him enough for how much money he saved us in this hard time! Highly recommend. Even cut us a great deal on harnesses just to keep us safe. The world needs more people like him!

Outstanding customer service! Plain and simple. The hospitality and professionalism Eric showed me while on my trip to TN was incredible. Great customer service and prices! Stand up guy with fast turnaround. He has saved my group many times with parts /knowledge to get out the woods . If you need any power-sport work done or even a spare part Eric is your go to guy ! He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers

I would highly recommend EB Powersports!! After a week of trying to Diagnose a major electrical problem by swapping several parts with friends side by sides. I contacted Eric for help. He told me "No problem, Rubin will figure it out. Bring it by." He was right. Within a few hours he Diagnosed a small break within the wire harness that we would have never found. Thanks for getting me back on the trail so quick! Great people and service.

Awesome guys out there!!! They know they re stuff. Needed a part he didn t have literally took them off his personal rzr to get me riding, pressed many bearings in for me while I ve waited, it s literally the easiest experience ever. always had what I broke the week before on hand when I call , awesome location , very affordable but reasonable prices. They re willingness to do whatever to get you going is Awesome, highly appreciated

Had a certain used part I had been wanting to buy for a decent amount of time, I finally sealed the deal and I m glad I did Eric s customer service was great helped me with every question I had and got the item shipped the same day and to my door days later! EB Powersports is the place to go for all ur off road needs! Eric and his technician was fantastic. Eric was able to get the machine in and out and within a speedy time frame. (Unlike other facilities). Very professional and reasonable with prices! Eric and Reuben will have our service from now on. Thank you EB Powersports!!!

EB Powersports is unlike no other. This is how businesses used to be and this is how they should be! Grade A+++ customer service! Day or night Eric Brown will do whatever it takes to take care of his customers. Everyone else was closed but he was still open. Nobody else had the parts. He did. He even waited an extra hour for me to get there so I could get back on the trails tonight. From now on if I m in Tennessee and I need parts or service, EB Powersports is my go to.

Eric is the man! If you need any work done to your ride then I would definitely go to Eric. Amazing guy and really cares about his customers and will get you back on the trail ASAP.
