Took 3 hours to get the paperwork done, and I had approval in minutes because of my credit score, but they didn't get in a hurry. The truck I bought was already warm, both times I looked at it. After buying it, it had a hard start every morning, so I had to replace the fuel pump a few days after purchase.

I was really disappointed in the quality of vehicles and lack of welcome. We showed up and starting milling around a vehicle while this guy was knocked out inside.

I have been doing business with Dewayne, Destiny, Shawn since around January and I will say wow, great staff, easy to work with, easy financing options not to mention the nice quality of vehicles to choose between.

My sales experience was good, However, once I left the lot that day my new car was making a clicking noise when I made a sharp turn. I took it back for them to fix it but After they supposedly fixed it I was driving later that day and noticed it was still making a noise. I called and asked to speak with a manager but the manger never returned my call. since they failed to fix the car I took it to my trusted mechanic and he told me that the car needed back brakes, a motor mount and a axle was broke. So they sold me a car with a broken axle and bad breaks im very disappointed ive only have the car a week however, I bought a warranty so Hopefully they will cover it but I shouldn t have to go through this, this is something that should ve been fixed prior to selling. Also they forgot to to pay my jeep off that i traded in I had to call them because I kept getting notifications that a payment was due. I Finally spoke to Someone and she stated she would get right on it. Had I never called it would have never been paid . Buyers be aware !!! Update jeep was paid off however the motor was knocking when i traded it in and they had it on the lot the next day for sale they did nothing to it at all didn t even properly clean it.

Whatever you do, do not waste your time here. Sean is not professional and he has fake reviews for this company related to his other business. There are several fake positive reviews. Read the negative ones to make your decision. I wouldn't shop here even if my life depended on it. Sean has poor communication skills and should be let go. If the business owner had a lick of sense he'd retrain the entire staff and get rid of Sean.

I would highly recommend going to any other dealership. You can see the fake reviews linked to the business throughout the bad reviews. Please do not waste your time here.

Do not buy from this place. We drove over an hour to look at a car because we needed one asap. The car was a great price and looked to be in good condition. Get in it to test drive it and the inside driver door handle did not work so you had to roll the so down to open it from the outside, the guy told us the part was on order already and they would fix it at no charge, we would just have to bring it back on a Monday. 4 hours later we got to walk out the door. This guy did not know how to do the paperwork We took it to the car wash because it needed to be cleaned and the dang windshield started LEAKING. Monday morning rolls around and the door handle got fixed we went to pick it back up and the guy BROKE the key fob and wouldn t fix it, and they said the checked the windshield and it was fine. Again took it through the car wash and the windshield is still leaking he tells the warranty wouldn t cover it. Then with all the rain we recently got the windshield started leaking even worse in a different place so we are having to replace the windshield now. This guy messed up the paperwork so bad that he tried to cover it up and forge our signature, of course we caught it and he never would admit to it. Then we get a call from them saying our tag was in.. When it should have been mailed to us because we live so far away. Again we got the run around and they still have not sent us the tag so I went to my local clerks office and had to pay for another one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are horrible to deal with and to this day still haven t sent the tag. I don t get how they can run a business. Not to mention all the plaques on the wall stated they have no complaints is complete bull.

Truly awesome dealership. Whether you are dealing with Sean who is warm and honest to Brandon who is genuine and funny, you will be very well taken care of. We bought a 2014 Range Rover here and the process could not have been easier. Great car, great quality but most importantly great people.

Prices little high, but that seems to run true, with most car dealers, I wish the no haggle fairly priced dealerships would catch on, but the dealers want to get every last dollar..Went there on a Saturday for a specific car, a Chevy SSR, the salesman was very helpful , and let me take the car for a test run, he was not pushy in any way, all in all a pleasant experience.

Went to look at a truck I was interested in. Arrived 20 minutes after 9 when they were supposed to be open and assumed the guy walking around was an employee. Nope a customer who was equally as confused about nobody being on site on time as we were. Found the truck I wanted to look at though and it had bald tires as did about a dozen cars around it. The employees finally strolled in at about 9:30 right as we had decided to leave after discovering the door still locked. They all had coffee and food and didn't even bother to greet us. They lost a customer for their lack of professionalism and honesty. I do not recommend anyone go here.

Car had problems from day one. Looked passed it because they fixed it twice. Here we are a year later getting towed because the transmission is shot, electrical problems and whole the roof leaks when it rains. Still owe on the car that is no longer drivable. Highly recommend do NOT overlook red flags just because they are nice. I ve learned my lesson.

DisappointedBought a used car from them. They agreed to replace the front brakes and rotors, which they did. 30 days later I m replacing the front rotors again! Auto Locators did such a poor job, used poor materials and over lubricated the brake mechanism to the point grease got on the rotors and warped them (new rotors) forcing me have to pay to have them replaced. Not impressed. Won t refer them. Won t use them again.

Best staff I have ever worked with. If you want professional help finding an automobile these are your guys. Found what I wanted was in and out in less than an hour. They made it so easy by offering a variety of financing and warranty options. Go see them....best decision you will make when buying your next car.

I would not even give this dealership one star. They take NO responsibility for what their salesman do. I went in to buy a car was dealing with a Salesman was allowed to drive the car off the lot and home. They sold my car the same day I brought it in. Been over a month later I get a call saying that Jeremy didn't get me approved ( didn't do his job right) after they ran my credit 22 times and to this day I still get letters which should not be happening saying that auto locators ran my credit on dates after I returned the car. I get a call from Don he's very rude and aggressive telling me that I needed to bring the car back because I falsified my information, I didn't falsify it, Jeremy did. Then I returned their car they cannot find the check I wrote them for the hold. They get my car back from the girl they sold it to a rough condition, the tires were completely bald with wires showing through there were other things wrong with it they took no responsibility whatsoever. I never got both sets of keys back to my original car. Overall I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this car lot. I will say however that Rick the new finance guy was great. Dewayne the owner ... I'm not so sure about and Todd was a jerk. My opinion and I'm 100% entitled to it. Now the car is in the lot for sale again. I would not recommend buying it out any other car.... Who knows what problems they are not telling you about. Because I know a few.

Found a great price on a car and sent an inquiry. Got a quick response .was Told the car was great with a clean Carfax. went to look at the car and was told by a different sales representative that the car was not worth selling but he wanted to sell me something more expensive??? I was not even allowed to start or even sit in the car?? Or make my own decision?? i emailed the person who responded to me and got the same email word for word again ??? But no response to my questions.

The car we traveled from Atlanta to purchase was misrepresented. Waited a week to write this review in hopes they would update their listing. The salesman was super nice but was trying to sell a vehicle that wasn't sitting on his lot. Vehicle had almost 5,000 more miles on it than advertised. Was told on the phone it was being driven, but would have 500-1,000 more miles than listed. Vehicle had damage to the front end that was cheaply covered. Was told car was in excellent condition only minor wear and tear that was not the case. DO NOT TRAVEL to this dealership..Waste of time.

bought a 2010 grand sport asked salesman if anything jumped out at him about car I'm gonna drive 5 hours to get car he said the storage compartment in trunk had broke door it was ordered and will be there tomorrow that was Tuesday showed up to buy car on Saturday door was not there and the rear bumper cover paint didn't match I asked if car was in accident he said no clean carfax , car also has service vehicle soon light on my salesman Ryan Ferguson said they come on a lot of time at 36000 miles so dealer can let you know of any service that is due he said if there's a problem let them no and they would address it. He said they would mail the door to me so I agreed and they gave me a ''customer due bill'' stating this. Upon getting car home the trunk was missing various hardware to trunk and hold carpet in place and the piece the door goes to was broke also total parts 591.64 waited for door about 2 months no show I ordered part and had dealer check on service light the car had 17 trouble codes and 3 recalls after sorting everything out car had steering assist control actuator not working 1500 dollar repair I called Ryan and he said he would get with owner and tell him after a week goes by I called Ryan Ferguson back asked if they figured out what they was gonna do he said he had not spoke to owner yet .I asked what usually happens in a situation like this he then say's ''YOU SOUND LIKE A LAWYER'' nothing happens that's the answer to the question. So does the owner read his reviews or does he not care about his customers if your gonna buy a nice used car buy from a certified dealer not this junk yard pay here lot there not any cheaper on price and his low mile nice cars are wrecked or had a issue that is not reported to car fax so corvette people walk on buy its not worth it.as i prepared to leave that day Ryan Ferguson say's look at this blue Z06 ever see one there fast and proceeds to start it up and rev the engine to the moon We get in the truck start to pull away and my wife says'' what an idiot he wouldn't have a job long working for me''. I hope this review helps future buyers if you had trouble with this car lot share on google reviews the other review sites can be manipulated this will get the truth out

I found a car I liked and based on the car fax and some visible issues with the car I felt it would still be worth going to look at. When I walked into the show room there were 2 upper middle aged men sitting at their desks watch football. They did not acknowledge my arrival. When they final did they said what did I want. When I told them they had no idea where the car would was. My first impression was they could care less that someone walked in and was potentially ready to purchase then and there. After they finally found the car I drove it and looked really closely at the car. It was like I thought. While it basically needed new tires and breaks as soon as it was driven off the lot amongst other things, I decided I would make an offer. I spoke with my sales rep pulled bank strapped cash out of my pocket and made an offer. He looked at the cash and asked how much I put down which I had told him: acted like he couldn t count. I presented a reasonable offer. He left then came back said he couldn t do it. Didn t make a counter offer and acted like he had no interest in selling the car. That s what made this such a bad experience and a poor review. I ve been looking for months for a car and every dealership large and small presented interest in making a sale and attempting to negotiate. It s the complete indifference and meh attitude that makes this dealership a poor choice to go to. If you want to waste your time, feel unwelcome, and watch grown men watch football or watching TV, only thing missing is a beer in their hands, then this is the dealer for you. Otherwise, if this isn t t what you want there is a TON of auto dealers on Alcoa Hwy that act like they want your business.

These guys do it right! Straight up to the point salesmanship, I didn't feel pressured and both Sean & Todd knew what they were talking about with all brands of trucks. Rick in finance wasn't pushy about anything I knew what each form was and there was no hidden dealer fees! Great job guys you have a customer for life! Oh and I love my Super Duty Ford!

Auto Locators has been my car dealer for the last 17 years. The staff and owner have always worked with me in listening to my car needs and wants, and helped fulfill them either with the available cars on the lot, or by finding what I wanted. As a result both my car needs and my children have always been satisfied with vehicles from Auto Locators. Thanks for being available for me for all these years. Appreciate it!

They Sold Us A Lemon. We bought a Chevy Suburban with relatively low mileage from them last year. It was not a cheap purchase, to say the least. However, less than two months after taking it home the engine started acting funny. All on the same day a loud clicking noise began, the check engine light came on, traction control feature said it needed serviced, oil pressure feature said it was low and it began vibrating. I immediately took it to be checked out by West Chevrolet. A few hours later I was told the engine was bad and the entire thing needed to be replaced. When I told them we had purchased the vehicle protection plan Auto Locators sells (through a company called ASC), West Chevrolet said they are the worst company they have to deal with. They told me ASC insists on using used parts for repairs and when all is said and done, you should always plan on paying for at least half the cost, if not more. In other words, it's a bogus protection plan. The engine replacement was about a $7500 expense. That just two months after purchasing a $20k vehicle from Auto Locators.Two. Months.Three months after that we smelled burning in the vehicle. We took it in and under the hood they found wires melting in multiple places. That was another $1,000 expense and despite having purchased the highest protection plan through ASC, nothing was covered and so we paid for it out of pocket.Fast forward several months to today and it's back in the shop. I just received a call and it turns out the brakes were not properly installed and treated whenever the rotors and pads were last switched out. That along with some other work needing done on the vehicle is going to be another $1,400. Of course, our protection plan won't cover any of that either. All said, we were sold a lemon from Auto Locators with a bogus protection plan. Perhaps our experience is a fluke, perhaps not. Proceed at your own risk.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. This place was the biggest headache I've ever had from buying a car. The day we drove the car off the lot it started having issues. We had to take it back where they(auto locators) held onto it for a month after our purchase while they gave us the run-around about a part they needed. The salesman we were dealing with was fired at some point in the process. We finally got the car back and its never run the same since the day we test drove it. I would recommend to anyone reading this to go find another car lot. There are plenty of them out there and you won't have to deal with these unprofessional idiots!!

Would have give 5, but the owner that was sitting in the waiting area knew we were buying a car and never came over and introduced himself or even said hello and thanks for shopping at his car lot. Great sale men and financing though. Maybe I'm old school, but I think an owner of a company should be more involved with the people who are supporting his business.

I had a pleasant experience here at Auto Locators. Had help when I was looking at the vehicles. The people their were polite and respectful. They didn't try to pressure me in getting a vehicle and I would highly recommend to anybody I know to get a vehicle here.
