I had been buying parts from Universal Equipment for my John Deer mower. Then, 3 years ago, I bought a new zero turn Simplicity. I love my mower so much. It is 3 times faster and much more fun. I just love the friendly people who work there. I love their dog too . And that little boy is a hoot. He loves dinosaurs as much as I did at his age. I take all of my equipment to them and couldn't be happier.

Bought my mower elsewhere, when I had a problem with it the seller informed me the wait for service was 2-3 months, not what I needed to hear in the middle of mowing season. I gave Universal a call, they had my mower unloaded before I could get out of the truck and were already looking it over to see what I needed repaired. Universal got the mower repaired and serviced within 24hrs of my dropping it off, fair price too. They also took the time to show me exactly what the problem was in case I have trouble again one day. Universal was great, they had to deal with a mower manufacture that was refusing to honor their written warranty. They were finally able to make the repairs after going back and forth with the manufacturer. They even patched a tire that had I leak that I wasn t aware of. I highly recommend Universal and will always be my go to company for all of my mower repairs.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Brought my mower in for an oil leak and check up. Left with an oil leak and a carburetor that didn t need to be put on. If they wouldn t have left it sit in the weather for 3 months they would have found that when it gets wet it needs to dry out. Now it runs worse than when I brought it in with an oil leak.

Work not done on mowers and had them for two months and now in worst condition then before and then left our equipment out side thier gate for anyone to come and take not professional at all.cant run a business like that they were good but now they are terrible. God knows the truth

These guys did me better than anyone ever has. I had a bearing go out on my f350, and it was seized on the spindle. They sent a guy out and he had it off in 90 seconds, offered to finish the job but I was so happy with the cost that I did it myself. I had a big truck company do the exact same job a while back and it was over $400. Very fair people and I thank them.

I've used them for a couple of years to service my yard equipment. They're very fair on pricing, quick and trustworthy. I've recommended them to my friends and would recommend them to you also.

I don't consider a success rate of 1 out of 3 a good experience. They should not act as if they know how to service the equipment they don't know how to service. 2 of the 3 items i took to them to service are now in worse condition after service. I suggest you consider another place to have your service done.

Very dishonest and rude, tried to say the belts they replaced on my club cadet mower was new but they were not and the didn t fix the oil leak problem and charged 500.00 for repairs that weren t fixedService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
