Miserable place. I ordered a part on eBay. They haven't shipped it after six business days, they don't respond to messages on eBay, and they don't answer the phone. I guess I'll have to open a dispute to get my money back. Avoid this place.

Place is a total scam. No customer service false advertising on eBay won t answer the phone send out wrong products be ready to be scammed when buying from this place on eBay.

All the employees here are wonderful. They are all so nice and extremely helpful. The owner is a great dude. They have a wide variety of power sport related parts and accessories at a decent price.

Product listing description @ Amazon is incorrect and a different product is referenced in the actual details. Attempted to call them direct to point this out/place order for item I want but after 5 calls with no one answering, gave up.

Horrible company, bought a part on ebay from them and posted fake shipping number, I call them no one picks up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM HORRIBLE. I'm asking for a refund now, after I paid extra for priority shipping. They emailed me said there was a slight delay in shipping and they would ship out many days later and I would get an email with tracking what a joke.

Poor Customer Service. Purchased an item from them online and received only part of the order even though clearly described online. Called and they refused to send missing part, blamed me for not checking the item number against the part catalog. After my phone call they corrected their online description but refused to make good on the purchase.Thanks to ebay trust and safety dept I received a refund, but only after lots of wasted time and phone calls. Below reviews are obviously employees, who writes reviews like that.

I ordered a bracket on Amazon, their listing was deceptive and didn t say that the bracket came in different sizes. So I needed to return the item, I have thrown the original packaging away and they said it was OK, just ship it back to them so I did it in a padded envelope. This is a powder coated small bracket that shipped in a padded envelope. When you arrive, they refused to refund my money because they said it was scratched up. They sent me pictures and it appears like somebody took a screwdriver or a key and made a couple of scratches on it so they wouldn t have to refund the $60.After doing a little bit of research I discovered that the bracket comes in three different sizes, deceptive listing on Amazon and the powder coat was magically scratched in the padded envelope I shipped it back to them in. Maybe somebody opened it, scratched it, sealed it back up and it continued on its way. Yeah right.

I visited Purdy powersports expecting the same level of an experience as their online store. They had a great selection of products.... from what I could see. The store is blocked off at the counter. Not due to covid which would make sense. My intention was to buy all new motorcycle gear to replace my gear. I live out of state now but grew up in Loudon and wanted to keep it local. They would not allow me to shop myselfand offered to bring each item to the counter. How am I supposed to know what you have for purchase if I can't loo? All in all very disappointed. They lost out on a big sale.
