This place can t be beat if you need any parts or assistance! Fred is especially so nice! I cannot recommend the loretto O Reilly enough. They re so helpful and truly seem like they care.

This has become my last call, not first if there s something I need. The regular daytime staff can t even lookup parts with the part number provided from Oreillys own website. Austin is the last of the good ones. I ve been commercially with Oreillys for over 10 years and this is store is a joke around town.

As a commercial account holder at the loretto branch have had so many issues with their new manager Fred constantly changing policies on prices and service , issues with price match only on in house items then to don't price match at all for commercial and makes matter worse he is the only store who follows that so called policy . It has gotten to the point that i no longer will buy parts from this location and given my whole business to autozone and advance and will only use oreilleys in lawrenceburg .I have contacted his boss to only be laughed at ,if you are in need of parts for your vehicle i would steer clear of loretto tn 38469 store or you will end up being lied to and treated poorly .Until they replace management their will no longer do business with them .

This store was always the first call that is no longer the case the new management have ruined it will drive another 20 minutes before I come back very poor customer service and very little knowledge

Great place for auto, boating, farm equipment parts and some small engine parts. Nice, clean store with friendly employees. If you have an odd or hard to find part, check with these guys. They can probably find it and get it for you.

I m not for sure what has happened lately but on 3 separate occasions they have gave us the wrong parts. It s very frustrating to go get the part then have to drive all the way back just to get the correct part.

They always have a large the same collection of items and parts but unfortunately most times the staff not very friendly or helpful
