We have always had a great experience at Lookout Mtn Service Station. They re honest and fairly priced. They provide a quick turnaround and we know we can trust them. We have gone in before requesting something be done and after inspecting it, they have told us that it wasn t necessary but that it s ultimately our call. That kind of service is why we come back! We feel valued and prioritized as customers. I can t say that about many businesses in that industry. Great service! Highly recommend!

My young college age Daughter took her car in with a problem and the Lady helping her was extremely kind and Gracious to her. Even gave her a discount because she was a college student. That s Hospitality. Thank you

Dropped my car off yesterday after hours after breaking down at Ruby Falls. Suspected it was an issue with the starter. They called me this afternoon with a great price and my car will be ready for me tomorrow! Awesome pricing, friendly, and fast service. It's scary to have car issues when you're visiting from out of town, but it all went smoothly. I definitely recommend this shop.

Our son is in College at Covenant. He called and reported his brakes were really bad. Being atop a mountain with bad brakes is not a good combo. Had no idea who to call. Googled and found this shop. Called and the rest is history. Super nice & professional! On time. Communicated great! Only did what they needed to (no upselling). Great value & work. My son reported back that the mechanics were super nice and talked with him about his truck. SO comforting knowing we have a garage we can trust to take care of his vehicle up on Lookout Mountain. Oh, just saying, they offer Covenant College student discounts too...how cool & kind is that?!Service: Brakes

asked them to do one thing on my car, they didn't do it. replaced something else instead, overcharged me, and did not even start to repair my car until 6pm even though I had made an appointment for 2pm. I was waiting across the street when they said they would be done and they hadn't even started. not an honest company and i will not take my car back.Service: Brakes

They figured out how to save me money l, brought all the details to me, pointed out other areas I might need future maintenance on, but then the next time I went they held my car all day, never got to it.The next day, they only replaced my rear brakes when I told them the front right had issues and then charged me an extra fee because they ran late.Don't go here, check out Gossets Garage instead, vastly superior .Service: Brakes

Amanda and Shane are some of the nicest people, they are very genuine in how they work with customers and Shane's knowledge of vehicles runs deep. Also, if you have a Toyota 4Runner that needs service or are looking for a classic, he's your man!

01-30-16Two weeks ago I began having problems with my Lexus RX300. I had taken it to another service center, while I was off the mountain. The mechanic pretty much told me it was a lost cause, to try to repair. I was not convinced. I wanted a second opinion.So, I dropped by Lookout Mountain Service Center and spoke to David. I explained to him the issue and he immediatly explained what he thought the problem was and what it would take to repair. Amanda scheduled me to come in the next day. She was very courtious and prompt. She called to let me know exaclty what was needed, options on and prices on parts and labor. David repaired the problem the same day and on schedule. A week later the brakes on my Volvo V70 needed to be replaced. I received the same prompt friendly service.It is nice to have a knowledgable mechanic to go to, for reliable and reasoable service.

Some of the nicest people I've met in a long time, really great service station. I haven't seen a place that pumps the gas for you in like 20 years! Highly recommend!
