Great family-owned business! They are honest reliable and reasonable! Hard to find any type of business like that nowadays. They've done quite a bit of work on my pickup truck in the past few years and always did an excellent job! Sometimes there is a wait to get the vehicle taken care of... but it's worth the wait. Very friendly and professional people. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this place. While traveling back to Texas we unfortunately broke down on Friday Dec. 29th. Called their shop, they could have easily said no and shut down for the long holiday weekend , instead they recommended a great towing company and took us in. This locally owned shop took excellent care of us, did excellent work, and had extremely fair repair costs.

From start to finish this is by far the best shop around. Great mom and pop shop with great family values. We were headed across the states from NC to AZ and broke down just a few miles from their shop. We've got an older diesel truck and Nate took the time to sit down with us and discuss the problem, then Terry (the owner) sat with us and told us he'd do everything he could to get us back on the road. Both delivered exactly what they said. Had the truck diagnosed and fixed up in one day. And a big thank you to Jason for keeping us updated and being so pleasant. We're back on the road and it's running like a champ. Everyone in the shop was wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend anyone in the area go see these guys. Passing thru the area and my truck needed an oil change. And, of course, it's Friday. I called the shop early, Terry told me to come on in before it got real busy. When I got there they got me right in and went to work on her! Even put on my new wiper blades for me! Nate shared his coffee with me and I had great convo with Jason while waiting! I was out within an hour and made a new friend! Thank you!

We were traveling through pulling our 5th wheel and had a 4wd service light come on. We were staying at Parkers Crossroad RV park and they suggested these guys. I drove over first thing in the morning when they opened and was greeted by a nice guy named Jason and told him what was going on. Nate immediately started to diagnose my problem. I am so thankful for these guys and can see why they get the great reviews they do. We are already are back in the road. Thanks Nate and Jason for the great service. Job well done.

Ended up with a catastrophic fuel system failure while traveling a long way from home. Called around and ended up in touch with Terry at Webb's. He got us towed to his shop and immediately started to find the problem which unfortunately ended up way worse than we had hoped. He went above and beyond to assist us in our situation from one of his guys offering to us to come to his house to eat, rental cars, hotels, truck haulers, etc. My truck couldn't of ended up at a better place. He took pride in the work needed which was extensive. If he weren't 14hrs away I'd take everything I have to him. Really good people. Be aware of the CP4 fuel pump if you have a diesel with one on it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Absolutely amazing service here. Nathan and Terry were incredible. I was Heading to Ohio from Texas and my car was hesitating not feeling normal. I stopped at Webb s and the guys diagnosed and repaired my vehicle within an hour. Once again, Absolutely Amazing. We broke down on i40 near Lexington and fortunately, the Tow truck driver recommended Webb's Auto Repair. It was after hours, but we left our vehicle at their location sand called first thing in the morning. Understanding our situation, the team at Webb's worked to get us back on the road within a few hours. As we were without a vehicle, they brought our truck to us at the nearby hotel we were staying at. I really appreciate their good work.

I was driving from Lexington Kentucky to Monroe Louisiana with my wife and kids and we had 2 lights on dash come on. Very concerned because one was ABS sensor. I pulled off to this shop, the gentle men there didn t make us wake they checked the car immediately and assured us it would be safe to drive. We completed our trip and made it home with no issues. They didn t charge me anything or lie and tell me I needed work done. Very thankful for these guys.

AC wasn t working when turned on for the summer and went to Christian Brothers Auto in Jackson for a diagnosis. After paying $140 for the diagnostic i was told that fixing the AC was going to cost $750. After calling a few other shops in Lexington terry was able to work with my previous diagnostic at almost half the price, saving me from a miserable summer or a hole in my pocket! Thank you so much Terry to you and your kind associates. On top of everything i was able to drop car off next day and pick up the car less than 4 hours later, when other shops were saying that they didn t have openings for weeks. Come here, YOU WON T BE DISAPPOINTED .Service: A/C installation & repair

My H3 would not start after filling it with gas off Interstate 40. I googled nearby auto repair options and Webb's Auto Repair was listed among others. Webb's was the only one with a review so I read it and the previous reviewer said good things about this shop. I called them and they arrived about 15 minutes later and eventually towed my vehicle to their family owned, and operated, shop. They were a great bunch of friendly guys, who took me to lunch with them since I was stranded. They're price for the work was competitive with any service work I have had done over the years. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing auto repairs.

Best repair shop I ve ever been to. All employees were very kind, understanding, and caring. Fastest job I ve ever had done on my Jeep. If you are in the Lexington area, this is the place to go. Terry is the man!

Horrible place! Owner is extremely rude and arrogant. When I complained about the price and the quality of the work he blew a gasket and tried to rip the wiring off my tow dolly. When he couldn't do that he just came out cut off the plug and handed me back my check. The wiring was inadequate they left old wiring on it which was cracked and exposed to the elements and they had the wrong plug on it. Horribly negative experience for me and I would never recommend this company to anyone

Terry leads a great team at Webb's Auto. They have done a great job efficently keeping our cars and trucks going! Reasonable prices, great service....and more importantly.....Trust! I highly recommend them!

We were from out of town (Texas) headed to Ohio and they took our car in right away and replaced our alternator and had us back on the road by a couple hours the latest. They were very friendly folks.

Went there to get my vehicle fixed and employees were very rude and told me that there not fixing my vehicle and to not come back! The employees there smoke dope and are very unprofessional!
