The work is cheap and fast but they striped the lugnug covers on my tire when they changed it was a easy fix on my own just a inconvenience when I went to rotate my own tires

Got there soon as it open they kept letting people go in front of me even called one woman to ask her what she wanted to do on car that wasn't even there n let people in front of me never again this is my last time going wouldn't recommend

Sitting here for over 3 hours. Getting oil change. Only 2 cars ahead of me when I checked in. The took a car ahead of mine again that came in after me. Never coming to this auto care walmart again.

They were absolutely booked the day I got tires (which was a Sunday afternoon BTW) but they still got me in and took care of things ASAP. Everyone was really friendly, and the lady at the desk really knew her stuff, and it showed! I do recommend making an appointment, and dropping off your car rather than waiting on it.

The associates at the tire center were so kind to me. They got my vehicle in and out of their shop in a timely manner. Great experience here!

Great Services Misty,Marvin you have to appreciate good help. The young that came in that help Service my car so kind n polite, don't know his name. The lady with the gray hair n long skirt( she has problems). I don't like for her to check in or out.

We did end up leaving vehicle because they were packed. Which was fine. They close at 6 on Sundays. It was 5:30 and still no word! So I called and lady said it was done. I said someone was supposed to call us when finished!! Otherwise very friendly staff members.

Do yourself a favor and RUN to another oil change or tire center!! This place is a joke. I've been waiting 3 hours for my tires to be put on. I was told I did NOT need an appointment when I apparently did need one.While I was waiting, a family had their engine lock up due to the oil change not being finished. Another gentleman has been waiting 5 hours and he had made an appointment!! This was ALL in one day!

They replaced a tire i had belts break in it due to potholes. Minus one star for no call back when it was done, but 4 stars because unlike most walmart TLE centers I've been to they didn't damage my TPMS sensor!

Living in Lexington there is not much choice at least that is good. We went to another oil change place after standing in the lobby for 10 mins and no one to take care of me we went to Walmart. They were quick to take our car the line can be long since they are the most affordable in town. We were satisfied with the service it would be nice not to have to wait over an hour but I suppose that will not change.

They put the wrong tires (cheaper tires) on my vehicle after waiting 3 hours. I got home one hour away and had to drive back to get the correct ones. They acted like it was something that happens often and no apologies. Check your tires before you leave. People aren t honest anymore.

I would never go back here for anything car related. I had them change my oil. The extra oil they put in a jug and didnt tell me about it. That oil leaked all in my backseat floor board. If you dont want your carpet ruined dont come here

They don't have a care in the world. Definitely work on a I get paid by the hour mentality! No hurry what so ever! They definitely need more employees or some that value other people's time! Will be dropping my vehicle off if I ever come back again!

Arrived in parking lot at 6 AM with a flat tire, I sat and was waiting until 7 when the time says that they open. A guy pulls right up to the door and walks in at 6:57, they put him in front and tell me I will have a 45 min to 1 hr wait,after I explained the situation. Last time I checked businesses showed some type of value, I will never take another vehicle here.

Needed 4 tires and we arrived at 7 am when they opened. Maybe 2 people ahead of us. Its 10 am now and we are still waiting. Would not recommend this place at all. Dont waste your time.

They had alot of cars and got to mine quickly. The only problem was I paid for the package for an oil change and the tires being checked but only the oil was changed. Still love Wal-Mart though.

Waited 2 hours to get some tires while the guys in the shop spent 80% of their time standing around. Then they took a car back for tires that showed up after I did and proceeded to lie to me when I questioned it . Got my keys and left, won't return to Walmart for services again.

The worker there tried anyway he could to steer me in the other direction kept making up excuses and reasons it would be hours till i could get my oil changed with me telling him my new jeep didn't have any oil in it !!!! I've not been that upset with a worker in my life !!!

pretty good didn't take too long and I felt like it was worth the $32 for the oil change simply cause they checked so many things on my car

It was a long wait to get tires on my van I think everyone had the same idea to day but I did do some window shopping there while I waited for 3 1/2 hours to get started on my van. The prices was high but what isn't now days.

Disorganized everyone except one older woman in manager office the woman struggling with computer no real conversation left without finding out after twenty minutes

Extremely rude employees. Horrible customer service, wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. When I asked about an oil change the guy just looked at me mumbled something and walked away. Needless to say I went somewhere else!

Good service at a good price. They can even replase tire pressure sensors. But they are S L O W. Bestcto drop off vehicle and return a couple of hours later.

Lost my tires!! And the guy at the register was the rudest person I've ever met, he has absolutely no people skills. Will not ever order through them again.

Came in once had a locking lug nut ... couldnt find key had to leave and come back... waited 3 hours and still no service!! Had to get my keys and leave with a back tire low!

Had a flat in front of the store and these guys fixed it even though they were covered up with customers. Thanks to them for getting me home within a couple of hours.
