They always have done a Great Job on My Car! They are very courtesy and helpful, which is rare compared to companies. If something comes up with my car while they are fixing it, they give Me a call before they fix it, they don't just do it and tack on that extra cost you weren't planning to have to pay.

I'd give these guys and gals 10 stars if it was an option. I didn't know anything about helms motor company. I was passing by and seen a truck I'd been looking for. I call and Mr Thomas answered. He was very patient and explained everything I wanted to know. He was more than happy to speak with my bank and give them any and everything they needed to know about the truck. I drove 2 hrs the next day to get my truck appraised. Mr. Steve helms came in the office and gave me an offer. Me personally. I thought it was a few thousand off. I gave my opinion and he did everything he could to accommodate me. We made a deal and he told me he could get me a better interest rate than my bank. And he did. These guys didn't hide anything from me. They worked with me and I had a great experience. Mr. John in finance took his time and explained everything to me. Again not hiding anything from me. By the way, all this was done after hours because of my work schedule. You can't and won't get a better place or people to by a vehicle. It was well worth the drive and my time to go buy a new truck here. I'd like to say thanks to the whole team for making a huge transaction enjoyable and easy. Special thanks to Mr Thomas, Mr Steve, and Mr John. I can't wait to buy my next truck from y'all. And I'd consider these fine gentlemen my friends.

We broke down on I-40 and we got towed to Helms Motor Company on a Friday afternoon. The folks at Helms did all they could for us. They arranged to have our Travel Trailer towed to Parkers Crossroads RV park and supplied us the use of a car while we waited for parts and repairs. Bad batteries and a failed alternator. We waited till Wednesday morning for parts and the service department had us all fixed and ready to go by mid afternoon.Thank you for fixing us up.Highly recommended

Helms is my go to for maintenance and repairs on my vehicles, since moving here 2 years ago. Appointments are easily and conveniently accommodated. Todd and the rest of the men and women that make Helms a reliable place to do business, are awesome! Advice on maintenance and repair recommendations have always been cost effective, with my wallet and driving habits in mind, making the right determinations the first time. Go to Helms.

Bought my Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Andy Wood am so glad I did..40 + miles per gallon with the a.c. running. Running Top Tier rated regular gas.

We'll be back.Just service this time."Jeep" (not Helms) still (it's a 2019) cannot seem to fix the nav system "black boxes" that cover the highway numbers!Seriously?..... It's a 2019!

Service department is a joke 3 times my elderly mother took her car in 1st fan then radiator then that was installed wrong and leaked they installed a new radiator after that now there is a thermostat issue. Steve is a rude person when she asked Dave a question on why it keeps being new things over and over Steve decided to talk very rudely to my mom about asking a question to his workers and stated if you have a problem talk to me not my worker. We won t be back don t go there don t let your family go there

1st new car in MANY years and after checking other dealers, came back here for the best deal around! Jamie is very friendly, professional, very informative and not a "pushy" sales lady/person at all. She went above & beyond to get the best deal and made sure I was happy. Mr. Steve Hems coming out to meet me & welcome me to the "Helms Motor Family" made the deal even better and more personal. I've had my new Jeep Cherokee 1.5 months and so far I'm loving it! Something tells me I'll be a repeat customer!

They are great, I just bought a Jeep Compass from another dealership and it needed some minor repairs they promised they would fix but when I took it back they wanted $1000.00 to them. I took it to Helms and they fixed some things and told me what else it needs later and charged me nothing!

Helms Motor is the place to go if you are interested in buying yourself or spouse a new or used vehicle. I came in from another state, because they had just what I was looking for. They are very people friendly and make you feel just like family. I like to give a special thanks to Steve, he was there by my side from start to finish. He made sure the vehicle I purchased matched my needs, and he did his thing with that . So a special thumbs up to Steve and Helms Motor Company.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Helms today. I bought a 2021 Jeep Sahara. This dealership is great. I can't imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else.. My Dad, Mom, and I ran our own technology company for 20 years. We always strived to provide the type of outstanding customer service that Helms Motor Company has achieved. They have a great service department and good vehicles to top it off.

Can't give a lower score than one but would if could! Service department is horrid! Bought new vehicle and can't schedule basic service because they don't have time... Never been to a dealer that can't do basic oil change and tire rotations on a daily basis. Called to schedule and was told they wouldn't have time for at least a week! Problem is I purchased a service contract at this dealer and now I'm stuck until they can find time to service my vehicle. Last time I make that mistake! - Received call from Kim who instructed me my service plan can be used at any dealership and reiterated that they couldn't service my truck until at least next week.

Bought a used Dodge vehicle elsewhere that only had 1 key. Purchased an after market key and Helms programmed it no problem. Everyone from the Service writer to the mechanic to the cashier were very friendly

Love Helms Motor Company in Lexington! The staff is so helpful! I worked with Andy Wood when buying my Jeep. It was my first "big girl purchase" and he could not have been more helpful! He walked me through EVERYTHING and was not pushy or pressured me into a certain vehicle. 10/10!

Dealt with Andy Wood, and he couldn't have been any better to deal with. My wife's family has done business with Helms for generations and there's a reason why... Great service, friendly and fair people, and a great selection.

Love this place have rented 2 times from them always caring and friendly and wonderful cars/ crossovers available when needed and I always turned up only giving them a day notice. Plan on buying one hopefully soon from them. THANK YOU BECKY SO MUCH!!!
