Jeremiah was very patient trying to find a fuel pump relay for my '03 Ford Ranger and it was very difficult to find... Larry came to the rescue and it took him a while also ...but he got that rascal for me!! Thank you both gentlemen! November 6, 2023.This is my older review from a year ago: Staff is always friendly and is very helpful with any questions.The store is always clean and well organized plus there is a restroom if needed.

I was traveling for business and my car wouldn't start after I had came out a store close to AutoZone. I walked in and told the guys my problem. One gentleman had just clocked out but he still walked with me back to my car to check the battery. It was bad. Every single employee was so helpful. My hero of the night was George. He replaced my battery for me and was so kind. You don't get customer service like this in many places.

Austin did a phenomenal job! Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, and very good at what he does! The man deserves a raise! Not super impressed. The store was the usual Auto Zone but the employees were not great. The one person working the counter, answered the phone and proceeded to walk away from the 4 of us in line. He then went on with the person on the phone (who I assume was his boss) about how he didn't think he was on the schedule for tomorrow and how he wasn't planning on working.

They refused to transfer a 24.00 part unless I paid over the phone. Not giving a person my info over the phone.The manager is unprofessional and doesn't understand customer service.

They are very helpful. But if you don't want to make two trips when ordering a part over the phone then go to NAPA

Lexington AutoZone is wonderful. In the past 3 months, I've needed 3 different things for my car. The same person helped me all 3 times. He was knowledgeable and went that extra mile to get me going. I'd recommend this store to anyone. The staff goes above and beyond.

I usually get all my parts from here. But today pissed me off and thinking about going somewhere else. If you earn points should be able to use them or not. Just cuz I didn't have the card on me shouldn't matter..if I can add points when I don't have the card I should be able to use it. Which I have before but the guy wouldn't let me today

Team at autozone in Lexington does a nice job. The try to understand your problem and help find a solution.Just had a battery installed by Jim. He did a great job and had a great attitude.

I m absolutely beside myself at how bad the service was. I m standing there and they tell me they have the part to fix my issue. He walks away to help someone else. When he comes back all of a sudden they don t have it anymore. Now it s in Parsons and can have it tomorrow. You can t drive through Lexington without a ails light and not expect to get a ticket. There were so many other things wrong with this whole picture that I don t have enough space in the review to share. Cheap parts plus irritated employees is a bad mix.

We used to get most of our shops parts here, but they don't deliver to our area anymore, which makes it difficult to run our repair shop efficiently. We have since found a differrent vendor who takes care of us and the prices are even better than Autozone....bummer
