After waiting an hour and a half for tires and an oil change, they never put tires on the order.While in the store, I bought chicken and other groceries that needed to be refrigerated. I knew that I would be waiting longer so I asked if there was somewhere I could put my chicken. I was told that they are doing inventory. There s no where to put them at this time. If they see them in the cooler, they ll throw them away. I will NEVER get anything done here again.

Service is quick, but you get what you pay for here. Just took my car to dealership to find out my coolant was bone dry, after just getting an oil change there not long ago at all. No leaks or anything, definitely won t be coming back here for any auto services.

Absolutely horrible service. After waiting for over an hour I get receipt and see that they didn't even check fluids. I go to complain and they get an attitude like I'm the problem. Never coming back here.

Had an awesome experience! Tires rotated and balanced. I was notified by staff that I had a bad tire that was very dangerous and could cause a blowout. Got tire replaced at a great price and was back on the road in no time! Car drives great now!

I asked if they can change headlight bulbs and am told yes. Do they change them? NO...too much work. They never reset my car so that it isnt saying "oil maintenance required". Makes me wonder if they do the other steps

I have never been so pleased with a tire buying experience. The guys working there are so nice. They never once talked condescending to me (I mention this because other tire places HAVE done this, and do this often to us girls.). I purchased my tires at a GREAT price, and they were done with my car in less than an hour! One last thing I'd like to mention, because of OTHER tire shops, there were no hidden fees that I needed to watch closely and ask to be taken off. They asked me at the beginning if I wanted certain warranties, and didn't pressure me any further. I knew my price before I ever handed my keys over to them. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you!

Purchased new tires, had mounted and balanced by them. They crossthreaded my lug nuts, deny doing it. Even raise an attitude when explaining what the issue is.Guess thats what work you can expect from thier "walmart mechanics". Went to get a standard oil change & although it took about an hour I couldn't of asked for better customer service !! My truck's front end was smashed in from a wreck & I was only able to pop the hood. I couldn't get it to latch back down so the hood wouldn't go flying up while I was driving. Mike came out to my truck & fix it so it would actually latch. They didn't have to help me & could have said go buy some rope & tie it down yourself but instead he came out & fixed it. They went above what they were paid to do & for that Mike & the others get 5 stars from me

Was a drop-in visit on a Sunday afternoon. Got all 4 tires replaced and done in about 1.5 hours. Nice and efficient staff!

I tried to repair the tire today. But the staff was very arrogant and very bad attitude. That s really lame

Hit and miss. Last time I went it was marked that all fluids were checked. But they clearly were not.

In and out with an oil change in the time it took to pick up my lawn and garden items. I recommend their automotive service at this location.

Complicated applyed for a credit card online used a temporary voucher the automotive area did not work using the temporary code given online to charge my card had to get management involved they finally figured out the computer's in customer service had the options automotive did not was a slightly frustrating/ embarrassing process that they did not know this ahead of time thought i was going to have to get the tires removed thankfully they thought of the customer service area so atleast that weight was lifted

I have heard bad comments about using Wal-marts auto centers. Howeve, this is the only place I go to get my oil changed. Been going there over 5 years and have never had an issue

Reasonable prices on oil change and they checked all the things at other oil change places but had a long wait.

I always take my vehicle to be serviced at Walmart especially for tires and oil changes..James took the extra time to tell me what he thought was wrong because my car was shaking and he found a broken belt on one of the back tires save me a trip to the dealership because I had no idea why the car was vibrating but James found it and pointed it out to me thanks for the great job James

Absolutely awful. Over an hour to get my tires rotated and simple oil change. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had in auto service. Never again. TERRIBLE.

Always great service when it comes to replacing tires and they always have my tire size in stock which saves time.

2 hours for oil change and 4 tires is completely unacceptable. There were no other vehicles in front of me when I got here
