Super helpful crew at Land O' Lakes Fl! We were traveling in the area and had a bearing go bad on our box car trailer. We arrived there late in the day and their mechanic helped get the bad bearing removed. They had in stock a new drum/bearing kit that I bought and installed the next day to get us on the way. Thank you so much for the help and I'm glad they had parts in stock. Definitely recommend!

I went to this store to purchase a new 16 foot dovetail utility trailer . I looked at the trailers and they had what I needed however, when I went to purchase the trailer at the front desk the manager decided that they could not take my business check even though I am local . I was told that I would have to pay in cash or certified check from the bank . I realize that I probably did not look like a business man because I had my painting clothes on and had paint all over me. Then they wanted a copy of my drivers license before I even purchased the trailer as I would have had to go to the bank around 25 miles away and then come back at another time. I left and went directly to the Trailer Store in Columbia. They had what I needed and did not question my business check at all. They took it without hesitation. They did not even ask for my drivers license. I paid for the trailer and drove away thankful that there are some trusting people left in the world. I recommend The Trailer Store any time and I would never go back to Trailer Country again. The response that was given to this post is absolutely false. I did not say I was going to the bank to speed up the process . It is amazing that I went down the road a few miles and purchased a trailer with my check and they took it without any questions at all . I do believe you judged me because of the paint clothes I was wearing . That is just fine because I bought a very nice trailer from a very good company and they have gained a customer that will continue to do business with them. I am about to purchase another trailer and can you guess who I purchase it from ? I will use my check again . It was a business account check by the way and not personal .

The sales person I worked with was Joey. Excellent experience. Joey was friendly and patient. The factory had the trailer ready in one week. Everything worked out good.

I tried to get a trailer ordered BUT never could get the salesman to reply with my upgrade requests and price of the trailer after waiting a full week. I asked for them to call and gave my phone number. I don't know about you but if I ran a biz like this I would go broke. I ordered from someone else.

Purchased an Iron Bull Trailer from Trailer Country, the entire staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable, they helped me make the best decision for my unique needs and gave me some of the best customer service I've ever had, which is rare these days. The trailer (Iron Bull Dump) is a beast, probably one of the best built trailers I looked at. I was helped from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, they helped hook up the trailer and adjust for my truck, gave me a very thorough overview of all the features of the trailer. Kurt, if you're reading this, that wireless remote was one of the best things ever, thank you so much for helping me make that decision, I highly recommend it to anyone looking at a new dump trailer, it's worth every penny!

This is the place to go if you want the best trailers around. The staff is so knowledgeable and they make you feel so comfortable. They are not pushy and really do what s right for you! The lot and storefront is clean and organized. Joey helped me and he was incredible! He was such a friendly guy! Give them a call and ask about anything they will find the answer!

Honest folks, locally owned and operated and they re willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. When it came to looking for a toy hauler, it really helped that the owner is a car enthusiast and knows what to look for and what to avoid.

Just brought home our new gooseneck from Trailer Country! These guys are very customer service oriented and go above and beyond to help out....Super easy transaction and not too far from the highway...I'll definitely be back when the time comes for our next purchase! Absolutely FANTASTIC experience! I purchased a 16-foot utility trailer, and I couldn't be happier. Jim, the salesperson explained all of the differences between trailers (since I am a novice), and made a recommendation for a lesser priced trailer, instead of pressuring me into something I didn't need. Every person I encountered at their store said hello and asked if they could help. James, the owner was incredibly knowledgeable about the different applications for each type of trailer and took the time to explain limitations and types of construction, without making me feel like I was an imposition. The quality of the trailer is FAR SUPERIOR to others in this price range. You may find something a few hundred dollars cheaper, but NOTHING close to the quality of this trailer. There is no reason to shop anywhere else- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
