I was on an out of state trip in TN when I hit a rock on a back road and bent my tie rod. It was on a Friday afternoon and I needed to be home by Sunday noon. Knowing shops were closing soon and most weren t open Saturdays I quickly made a phone call. I talked with Rick and he said he would look at it. I brought it in right away and Rick and Todd fixed her up for me. They couldn t get a new part in time so they just put the work in and bent it back in place as close as they could. They even worked pass their closing time for me. You really don t notice anything wrong with the steering now. I m so thankful for these guys that they could fix me up so that I could comfortably get home in time! Very affordable as well, especially for the fact that it was a bit an emergency fix!I am impressed!God Bless!

Our sons vehicle broke down on us in our driveway and we weren t sure who to call or what to do. After doing some online research we found RCS which had fantastic reviews. Needless to say the reviews were spot on. I called them and they took care of everything from towing, diagnosis and repairing our vehicle. Rick called and gave me a price which was very reasonable and they quickly repaired our vehicle. Glad we found a local shop that s dependable and trustworthy. We will recommend them to all our friends and family and use them from now on.

I'm new to the Lewisburg, TN area, and this was my first time needing car repairs. I read all of the reviews, and RCS stood out from the rest. I had my car towed to RCS and they were pretty quick to diagnose the problem. My battery had died, and I had tried to jump it myself, but it was just done. The price of the battery and labor to replace it was reasonable. The owner didn't try to sell me on anything else, although he did explain to me that I may need a new alternator in the future, but it wasn't necessary to do that now. I appreciated that. So far so good, I'll definitely go back to RCS the next time my card needs servicing.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Recently I needed the transmission replaced in my Mazda. I was feeling very lost because I had no knowledge about this type of work. Things improved immediately when I found Rick @ RCS Automotive. Rick explained what had happened to my vehicle, what was needed and how we would get that accomplished. Yesterday, my son Joey and I picked up the vehicle and I am very happy with the repair and the customer service Rick and his shop offered. RCS will definitely be my choice for small and large concerns. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Called rick at automotive Wednesday around 930 am (after reading all his great reviews on here) to get my power steering hose replaced. He figured out the part I was needing replaced, called up to see if the part was in and got me up there at 1130! He was extremely kind by giving me and my child a ride home so we didn t have to wait for the 3 hours it would take to get the part replaced. The work ended up taking him longer than expected and he called to let me know, he even worked an hour past closing to make sure he had my vehicle set to go and drove it back home to me. I am not great with vehicles nor do I pretend to know anything about them, I m very happy I now have a great mechanic who is friendly, honest, and gets the job done! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! I ll be back very soon to get the rest of my car needs taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have a 5 month old daughter and my taillight/turn signal went out with an error on the dash. Rick and the team at RCS were extremely helpful in letting me bring my vehicle down the same day to check it out, order the part, and have it installed the next day for us. I first started bringing vehicles to Rick about a year ago after other mechanics never seemed to get the job done right. I have had nothing but a good experience since I started doing this. All of my vehicles have been fixed in a timely manner for a very reasonable price and Rick has always been very helpful in explaining exactly what the issues were with no hidden fees. I highly recommend him.

What a great experience we had today with rick and his guys. Our truck broke down this morning, I called rick and he came out with a truck and trailer and hauled our truck to his shop for a reasonable price had it fixed in a few hours and brought it back to us! Absolutely highly recommend them and I am extremely happy I had the pleasure of doing business with them! Way to go above and beyond guys!!!!

I would highly recommend that you take your vehicles to RCS Automotive if quick service, fair prices, a friendly and informative mechanic is what you are seeking. Rick picked my car up from Marshall Farmers Co-Op Tire Center, where it had been for 9 days without one single phone call or a diagnosis. He towed my car to his nice shop on Verona Caney Rd and called me in less that 12 hours explaining the problem thoroughly. 8 hours of that time was overnight. My transmission arrived late yesterday afternoon. He installed that transmission and delivered my car to me before 2:30 this afternoon!! Kudos to a great mechanic and really nice guy. Thanks so much Rick. I really appreciate all that did for me.

Recently my daughter had a bad experience with another auto service facility and her vehicle was not functional. Living 3 plus hours away, the only thing I could do is trust the reviews on the Internet to help my daughter. Thank goodness I found Rick! From the start he was honest and straightforward and treated my daughter like family. Rick is the real deal and I do not say this lightly as I am a certified service advisor for a major import dealership. I would recommend RCS to anyone!!!!

I highly recommend RCS. Rick has been taking care of our cars for 4 years now. He is thorough in his diagnostics, works quickly, takes the time to explain what is going on with the vehicle, and is always kind and friendly. More than once he has gone the extra mile to help our family. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars!

I moved too Lewisburg last summer and finding a new mechanic was very intimidating at first but I am so thankful I found Rick at RCS. Rick has done several repairs on my vehicle. Between my boyfriend and I we have 3 vehicles and all 3 are over 150,000 miles. So we have been a repeat customer . I found RCS last Novemeber, and we've done alot of business with RCS since. From CV joints, to oil changes, tune ups, replacing coil packs, and the minor work that is expected for a 2.4 L engine or any other vehicle with high mileage.Rick is dependable, he cares about your pocket, he does a great job, and he is just a good dude. He takes things in last minute and he gets your vehicle back to you super fast. He communicates with you and he doesn't just leave you waiting for days with your vehicle in his lot lot. He is the easiest shop and mechanic I have ever worked with. We trust his work and we trust his word.

Decided to replace the 4 cyl turbo engine in 2014 Buick Regal. Rick diagnosis was only 3 cyl operating reason car was running smoothly and with acceleration. I went to RCS a few time's with my 2004 Toyota sienna van, first was for a timing belt. His shop did it quickly, and over all a quality job. I had to bring my van back agian though because the battery metal holder hit the positive side which fried a sensor. Rick's mechanic ran the codes as soon as we got there, and figured out what it was within a few minutes, they got it fixed up for us the next day. We did have one problem when we picked up the van though.My wife drove it home, and said there was a slight rubbing sound on front left, and asked if I can drive it to listen to the sound. As I was going down the road I immediately heard a grounding noise from the front left. There was no grinding sound when we dropped it off to rick at RCS so I went back up to RCS to talk with rick. We had a talk, and he took care of the problem, he was very fair, and over all I think he took really good car of us.Over all I think rick, his mechanics are great ppl, that do there very best to make things right, treat ppl fair, and do an excellent job on car repairs. I will continue to use RCS for car repairs, I really like he is upfront about things to.They also fixed my brakes on this van to, it's a mail van, and the brakes was kinda nerve wracking to use. Rick, and his mechanic figured out how to get the right hand brake pedal to apply the right kinda pressure to the actual brake side on the left. Rick with RCS did a great job replacing my radiator which had cracked. He went above and beyond by sending a few pics as the repair was in progress. His fees checked out against competition and he didn't try to replace parts that were still in working order (he could have told me the thermostat was bad but it was working). My car break down occurred in Lewisburg, TN which is about 55 minutes from my home. I went with RCS because it had good Google reviews and was within the area that my roadside service (a good investment to add to your auto insurance) would take my car without an extra charge.

Many my not know of this business, but owner Rick was able to fit me into busy schedule.We discussed options prior to doing actual maintenance and repair. Nothing was done until I gave the go ahead. I will recommend this business to everyone and have now found my new go to mechanic. Very Friendly service also.

My car broke down in Lewisburg 40 minutes away from home. I was super anxious being so far away from home, and wasn't able to drive the car. Called RCS and they came and towed my car to the shop, diagnosed and fixed it all in the same day! I was super happy at how affordable they were, how quickly my car was fixed, and how understanding and kind they were! Definitely recommend, and will be going back for sure!

If I could give these guys more stars, I would. Rick and his team have gone out of their way to help me with all of my automotive needs. Rick is always very honest about costs for repairs and never does anything without getting an approval from me first. His staff is always very courteous and respectful, which is so important to me as a single woman. I know I can trust him and will never go to anyone else. I am a customer for life !!! Rick was very nice. I carried my sons car to rcs and he had it diagnosed and fixed in a day and a half. Very reasonable and very informative, tells u what he is doing before he does it. I would definitely do business again with these good folks!!!!

I recently purchased a used truck and found that it needed a tune up. After checking with the local dealerships, I found their services were expensive and their ratings for quality did not rate very well with customer surveys. So I went on the internet and after some research, found a gem in Lewisburg for car repair. RCS is a locally owned repair shop that is reasonably priced and managed by an honest proprietor. I am very pleased with the work performed at a price that is within my budget. I highly recommend Rick and his team to anyone that needs their car repaired.

I came in with a possible bad battery and bad alternator. Rick showed me the meters he was using and how they were reading the battery as "bad" which is definitely something regular mechanics don't bother to do. I want to see that the meter says a part is bad, not have some stranger tell me what it says. It was quite a relief to have someone who cares about his customers take care of my car today. After several years of difficulties with mechanics and a couple cars later, I've finally found one that can give me the treatment I feel I should get. After all was said and done, it turned out that my alternator was fine and was giving Rick a faulty read on his meter. He dropped the price immensely, only charging me for the battery and a bit of labor. I can't tell him enough how much I appreciate his honesty and integrity in the situation. He had the chance to swindle me out of money, make me purchase a part and labor that my car did not need, and instead assured me that he believes in karma (as I do) and that he would sleep more soundly at night knowing he helped someone than to have more money in his pocket. So thank you Rick for being the best and most honest mechanic I've had the chance to deal with. -Brittany

We had car trouble with our Honda van during a family trip, and called several shops near Lewisburg when all were closed on a holiday, just hoping to connect with someone. Rick at RCS was the only one that returned our call, and offered to check it out first thing the very next morning. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went out of his way to find parts from the quickest supplier possible so we could get back on the road. He even gave us a ride back and forth to the motel, which helped our family a lot. Great service and honest opinions and work, highly recommended!

Rick has done a lot of work for me and my family he has worked on our brakes replaced all the front end parts on my daughter's car and we have never had a complaint regarding his work or prices I recommend him to anyone that has a problem with their vehicles Rick will do you right every time!!! I took my car there based on the reviews. My car has lots of problems but I needed them repaired. I paid to have an evap leak fixed and my car still has an evap leak. They put in a new camshaft sensor. I am getting a code that the cam shift sensor is bad. I have called and left messages. No one will return my calls. If you can't or don't want to fix my car just say so. I should at least have some kind of warranty on the camshaft sensor. I can't understand why you treat a customer this way. Edit review/ I posted screenshots of my calls to you. To your credit you where only there for one incident. I only left one other bad review because he said bring in my car and he would fix it in 2 hours. My landlord checked on my car and it was in the same spot. I had diagnostic run on my car and it came back that I had an evap leak and the camshaft sensor was bad. I called to let you know and maybe we could get it fixed. My car was there for a week and a half not 2 months. I did not ever say that I had a budget. I actually said it was fix this car or get another car. I wanted to fix the car. I paid 59$ to have the first ecm installed. I can provide proof of this. The second ecm was installed at no charge. I appreciate that. You keep saying my budget, but I absolutely never said I had a certain amount to spend. I'm sure in today's time everyone has a budget. My work was getting money together to help me pay for transportation. From your reviews I just expected more than what I received. No one would let me know what I needed to do to get this fixed so I gave up. Like I said you where not there except one time. I hope that if I ever need repairs and come to you, I get more professional service than I received. If you have any questions you have my phone number. It would of been nice that you called me and see if something could be done to fix the experience I had.

After experiencing car trouble, I began looking for a mechanic locally that had excellent reviews and was dependable. After reading the reviews, I called RCS Automotive to handle my car needs. I found the service was both fairly priced and timely. I will continue to use RCS Automotive for future routine maintenance on my vehicle.

Did excellent work, they come to my house and got the car with the front wheels locked. He was true to his work and didn t charge to come pick the car up since he did the work. He waited till the part I ordered came in and had the job knocked out really fast. He started Wednesday morning and got done same day around 5:00 pm. He seems like he cares for his customers and wants best for them. After looking over my car the next days after picking it up from RCS I noticed body damage done to the vehicle that wasn t previously there. I took it back and asked what happened and was told that we didn t cause any damage. Other than the body damage the work performed seems good.

It's never easy having to find the time to get a repair done to your vehicle. Thankfully I had the pleasure of taking mine here. What I would think would be a considerable repair, was done very promptly. I also appreciated the walkthrough on what was needed, and done to my car, where it was very easy enough to understand (not knowing a lot about it). Consider me a repeat customer
