We have come to all know each other by name. No matter what I m looking for they will help me find it. They will go far beyond the normal to see that you and your ride are happy.Update 7/19/23 It s hard to back door and attempt to give an establishment another review that could top the last one. But hold a sec because I bet I can.Every time I go into my local O Reillys I m always greeted with a the good ol boy hellos and howdies, always feel welcome, Roger, Christy, Logan, Larry just to name a few. But this visit wasn t normal. I already knew I was in the place to grab what I needed, I had no idea I was get more that I bargained for. But not to many O Reillys like the one we have in Lewisburg. On this day as I was pulling in and my passenger rear tire caught a piece of bad asphalt from the parking lot and ripped my sidewalk. Omg! I was so bitter. Anyone with low profile tires knows that they ain t cheap. Never in my life would I have expected O Reillys to care a bit about my tire. Well I was wrong. This store has the most amazing and dedicated employees I ve ever seen. They came out and seen what happened and told me something I wouldn t believe had I witnessed it myself, boy I was mad. I couldn t afford this right now I knew this would set me back at least $300 plus the tow home and insurance would laugh at me if I turned in this claim. They said don t worry it s gunna be Ok Christy the manager just went work. She picked up her phone and before I could even start a plan to get my truck home and start the process of ordering another tire she had me taken care of. Christy said Just relax I got your back she had already called me a tow truck and told me that the store would pay for it, and she didn t stop there. She said we are gunna buy you a tire and even pay to mount and balance it. I was looking around for the hidden cameras and someone to jump out to tell me I was being punked. She was not joking. This store is hands down more than just a place for parts. These folks care about their customers. Mad respect for these folks. Thank you Christy for putting a little faith back in humanity.

Horrible place Nash is not helpful at all and blows situations out of proportion will not be going back. Take your business to autozone if you want a battery that will last more than a week.

I stopped in to the Lewisburg location on Saturday night about an hour before close. I was looking for a headlight and help getting it put in. The service was A++ from the second I walked in the door. The young man that rang up my items was so friendly and helpful, but I didn t catch his name. Then, a guy named Bobber was tasked with the install. Bobber is the real reason I decided I needed to write this review. He was the nicest, most helpful man I think I ve ever encountered in a retail store. Truly. I explained that the car belonged to my daughters boyfriend and I was trying to get a new headlight so they would be safe out on the road. After hearing this Bobber went above and beyond to help me. The headlight assembly is broken so Bobber got it all taped up in order to prevent the bulbs from being exposed to the elements. When I write it all out, it sounds like a such a simple interaction, but it truly felt like I was connecting with a friend. He had great customer service skills, and I felt that deserve to be recognized!

Bobber was such an amazing help went in for just a wiper and he actually took the time and temporarily taped up my headlight even have my son some toy cars from the back such amazing ppl still in this world

I will admit I use O'Reilly's alot. It's convenient because it is so close to me. About a 8 minute drive. But I have had problems quite a few times with parts ordered and being bad. I have personally been through 4 alternators on 2 vehicles within 6 months. The first two were bad straight out of the store. That what you get sometimes when you buy remanufactured. Even though it has a lifetime warranty, if it doesn't last 24 hours what's the point in buying??? They are good for quite a few things, but if your investing good money, go to a good parts store. Bottom line; oil, filters, plugs, wires, daily upkeep items, okay. Anything else... Go to Napa

I use O'Reilly's where I'm from so when I was in Lewisburg broke down I was pleased it was there that was the closest. As I was order a new alternator I didn't know if it was 2 bolts or 3. I mentioned I was from out of town and walked 30 minutes to get there asked if I could buy 1 and if it's the other I'll just walk back and get the other one. They said it's only a few minute drive and gave me a ride to the car. The guy actually got out looked and made sure I had the right one before leaving. Situation's like this at all O'REILLY'S that I've been to is why I continue to use them.Thank you so much to the people there for the extra assistance I truly felt like I was about to have a heat stroke.

Donnie elder is probably one of the best commercial parts guys in the industry super knowledgeable very experienced and even knows the slang terms we use in the automotive world he gets it done

Not quite the same as it used to be. I was told by one employee that the store was "having issues" and that they no longer price matched. I indicated I would take my business elsewhere. She said, "Okay." Also, why is this store advertising in spanish on their sign??. This is America. We speak English. I now use Advance auto parts.

You go there an get what you want an its right the first time I have bought a lot of parts from them in restoring my ole truck they are a bunch of real good guys willing to help you anyway they can an they are honest good people so give them a try an see what happens I really enjoy going down there they have help me when no one else could do keep up the good work guys

Very thankful for the employees working here. They delivered 4 new batteries to us when we were broke down & couldn't get our truck to crank. Then took the old 4 batteries back for us. I called auto zone & they said they couldn't deliver. I'd would rather use Oriellys any way. So thanks for helping us get back on the road again. Defently, will stop in next time we're in town.

Inventory said they had part in stock but they did not. Seems like inventory needs attention. When I look up a part on there website and it says they got it and I drive 20 miles and they don t have it. It s a problem.
