I asked around and was told Jeremiah was good to work with. I was there all day yesterday and I found him to be professional, straightforward, honest, and pleasant to work with. I will make Lyons my preferred dealer because of my great experience there. It s a great place to buy a car. They also are super convenient as they ll send a driver with a loaner vehicle if you need to take your in so you re never without a car.

I would give 10 stars if I could to rate the folks at Lyons Ford Service department. They have completely restored my faith in the Ford brand and possibly in humanity. They were incredibly kind, efficient and honest. I was told at another Ford Service department that the issue with my new Bronco was a result of something that I broke and would cost me $1000+ , Lyons Ford had my truck fixed at no charge before I could even get home. My only complaint is that I had to return the gorgeous brand new F150 loaner that they let me use while they fixed it. I can't say enough about these individuals and this service department. I drove 45 minutes to have my truck serviced there because I had heard that they were the best Ford service department in Middle Tennessee. The drive was worth it because they blew my expectations out of the water. I will be making that drive any time I have any problems with my vehicle. They are the best of the best!

Lyons Ford dealership, service department and staff is by far the best that I have EVER dealt with in my 72 years. Friendly and personable staff, my truck is being serviced at my appointment time or before with quick and reliable service. It is indeed a pleasure. It is about twice as far to get there from the local dealer here but I won't even consider going anywhere but Lyons Ford.

Took our 2019 FORD RANGER in because it was lacking in performance and not shifting correctly. The tech at Lyons Ford reprogrammed the transmission and problem solved vehicle runs and shifts better than when it was new. Service department and all the folks at Lyons Ford Lewisburg TN are a great bunch of people to work with too. Thanks again to the people at Lions Ford much appreciated.

Always a great experience! All the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have no matter what. They always get me in for an appointment quickly which is great! I never feel they push anything on me like other dealerships have in the past. They are honest about what you need ans will even show you the old parts that they need to replace. Overall a great place with some of the most friendly dealership staff I have ever met!

The service department has always been very helpful and friendly. They treat me with respect and courtesy when taking my vehicle for service and when returning it to me. The work is done quickly and very good. The staff at the dealership is usually very friendly as well.

Lyons Ford provides professional, dependable, timely assistance with both vehicle purchases and repairs. Recently purchased 2023 Hybrid Maverick through them. Kept me up to date through the 8 months of waiting, and totally honored the MSRP contract price (unlike some Ford dealerships I've read about). Professional , personal service from both Sales, Parts, Shop, and Admin personnel. My new Maverick developed an electrical/computer issue with the door locks, I took it in and 20 minutes later it was fully fixed and I was on the way. Thank you Lyons Ford. You are well worth the 30 minute drive from Columbia for your service.

I typically don't post on social media or forums but was asked if I could provide a review so I'm making an exception. I have used Lyon's Ford for quite some time. I do not live in Lewisburg but have found it worth my time to travel to Lyons for vehicle maintenance and other needs.From Jeremiah, Mark & Will in sales, to Trey and the technicians in service, all have gone out of their way to provide exceptional service and support. My experience has been that there aren't many dealerships left that provide the customer care/support that the folks at Lyon's provide. As a satisfied customer, my thanks to them all.

The Service Dept was very friendly and helpful. I was expecting major problems with my transmissions and within 2-hours they had it repaired and sent me on my way with a smile. I am very impressed and grateful for their service and keeping me informed throughout the process. 5-Star Service!

Sold me a 2014 Jeep GC for 2,500 over KBB value. Have had nothing but problems with it since the day I brought it home. Needed an alignment, part of the transmission replaced, ac/heater only lasted a couple months before going out, all new tires and 800 to replace the entire console which had also never seen a system update. The lady who sold me the car was nice and helpful. I just really wish they would have made me aware of the issues when I bought it. Before I was able to take it home, they said that they would look it over for me to make sure it was good to go. It definitely was not. Car was as is with no option of warranty. It was only 6 years old at the time of purchase. I've never taken it off road, only kept it on the highway and through town, never had an accident with it. Ended up paying for a Carfax report and it's had 3 accidents of which I wasn't made aware. I do like the car itself, it's what I've always wanted, but if I knew it was going to be all but falling apart like this, I never would have taken it home.

My overall experience was great. I dropped off my car after hours. Got a call the next morning and was pleased to find that they had already diagnosed the issue and quoted me a price right inline with what I was expecting. I was told it would probably take a couple of days to get the part and gave them the ok to proceed. To my delight I recieved a call later that afternoon that they got the part and my car was ready to be picked up. Awesome!

I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time but have never had as good of an experience as we had at Lyons! Kaitlynn was so easy to deal with, took time to get detailed photos of the vehicle, was knowledgeable about it (which is hard to find nowadays), and made us feel important. We had a minor issue shortly after purchase and they took care of it, no questions asked, and treated us like we were their best customers! I can't speak enough praises about Lyons and Kaitlynn, definitely should be your go-to dealership. Customer service is #1 and has not been lost here!

I am beyond happy with my experience at Lyons Ford. I found a great car on an app on my phone and emailed them for more information. Julia promptly returned my email and took great care of me. I drove 9 hours round trip to pick up my new Explorer and by far it was the BEST experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. Well worth the drive! Everything was exactly what we had discussed, no surprises, no high pressure sales pitches for upgrades...just exactly what I wanted and expected. Thanks again Julia and Lyons Ford!

I moved here in 2014 from Pennsylvania with my F-150. Went looking for that big blue sign in Marshall County and was happy to find the good folks that work here! The name was different, but the people have remained the same and that's important. As a single women I need to have a relationship with the people who take care of my truck. From day one I have felt welcome here. They are good, honest people and I am very happy to have found them. I have had my truck serviced here every 5000 miles for the last 4 years. I bought a new truck from them 2 years ago. I have experience with all areas-from sales, front desk, service and parts. They are 100% a 5 Star dealership. I plan to be one of their clients for a long time! You can not go wrong here!

Many thanks to Lyons Ford, and especially to Julia for her efficiency! This car buying experience was so smooth! Such friendly staff and no pressure at all. The concierge service was most appreciated and enabled me to return a rental car to the airport an hour away. Lyons had even offered to pick me up at the airport had I flown in. I'm from out of state and all of the paperwork was filled out and ready for my arrival. I LOVE the car and thoroughly enjoyed the drive home. Thanks again for being such a great dealership - what a terrific team! Ricki

Trey took excellent care of my car and I! I've never doubted the capabilities of the mechanics, because being from the parts industry, I had already heard about their good work. My experience was about as painless as it could have been! I took my precious Fusion in for a shudder upon acceleration thinking at worst that I had a bad sensor or something, but I ended up needing a torque converter which was covered under warranty. Trey had all of those details already sorted out before he even called us with the next steps! He was polite and vigilant and I am super appreciative!
