Wrecker service might be great but auto body work is lacking. Just trying to get it out the door without looking and at it turned into a nightmare. I might have not even posted this truthfully awful experience/review if they hadn't cashed the deductible. There's a 3 page detail on a Forum about how bad it was.

I sadly do not recommend them. We were lied to about our car leaking coolant. We were told (after almost $10,000 charged to my insurance co) our car wasn't leaking Any fluid - dry as a bone yet the next morning when we checked the car , all coolant (even in the reservoir) was gone - seems like there Was fluid leaking. Holders denied any fault so I was out of pocket $1500. The bald face like we were told makes me think he was liable but who knows. I can't recommend someone like this. Other than that, yes everyone is nice & pleasant here. My car looked great after the repair except for the coolant leak. They are easy to deal with. Office ladies are super nice. Laid back country folks - but he did lie to my face so idkService: Body & Trim

Great people, they were very nice to me and my family, my car got side swiped and my passenger door got a little dented and my mirror got a little messed up but they fixed it like nothing ever happened! The boys at holder s do great work. Good people. My truck got hit in a parking lot and rippled the metal in the body line on the rear passenger door. After body work and paint done at holder s you can t even tell it happened. Will be back for more work when the time comes.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They were on time and very nice. They had reasonable prices. We used them 2 times to take our pickup truck to be repaired to a different mechanical repair shop. Holder does auto body repairs so they have tow truck service.

Repaired my truck did a great job. Even did exhaust work for me. I'm very quality type guy and I can not find a flaw. Down to earth easy going team... Super friendly

These people did not fix my quarter panel on my Mom's car. Charged Allstate insurance company 2900.00 for repairs they never fixed. Just plastered her car back together. Well her car was hit again and Dan"s Collision Center in Columbia Tennessee called and said that the quarter panel was never replaced..Well insurance fraud and lawsuit ahead. Don't use these people for service unless you are friends they might.fix your car right.! Fraud!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Ross and Scotty at Holders body shop for Twenty years, he is honest, dependable, and empathetic. My girlfriend and my Mother has also been very pleased with the Professionalism at this location. Perry Schwartz

Took our car there to have hail damage repair done they were very helpful with the insurance claim and just the whole process in general. Were very frendly and will go back again if I ever need repair work done
