He came out and got our car the night it was hit by a drink driver. He got there quick, he was kind, and he was informative. When we came out to retrieve our belongings a few days after, he met us the same way. I can't say how much I appreciate that

Brown and Sons picked up our sons motorcycle after he wrecked in Chapel Hill.375 for tow and 40 per day storage.Less than 48 hrs after they possessed the bike they charged my son $875.They would NOT provide a detailed bill of charges and grew angry that we even asked.I was "TOLD" I got a deal.As a small business owner, I am FLOORED that these guys keep their state contracts to tow.STAY AWAY - if they are THIS dishonest on this side of business, I doubt they are honorable elsewhere.

Dropped my car off for help with anti theft issue where dash lights wouldn t go off and it would kill battery if not switched off at battery and speedometer sensor replaced . Waited almost 4 months with bad communication to just get told they couldn t fix it. Didn t fix sensor either . When I went to pick it up there was parts to another car inside , the fuse box cover from under the hood was gone and had to be put back on by a guy that filling in for them . The switch I had on the battery to make it easy to turn off and on was took off and laying in the seat. The battery was dead. The antiTheft problem it went in for was worse it s stuck in emergency flasher mode but the turning signals don t work now.They had worked when I dropped it off. They had switched computers that they said didn t fix it and I think they just left the used one in there and left the one I had in it out. I m not sure on that but can t explain the emergency thing and turning signals not working now. Even though they didn t charge nothing I think the problem might be way worse than it went in for. Be Warned and God Bless

This place is far from repaired. I had a power steering problem that I thought my cousin would repair because he told me he could. He's a bad Mason. My car was returned in worse condition. And I'm sure he lost his kids over this. Jeff Brown is a crook because he refused to refund me for poor service.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

My work van had quit on me twice that day. A friend recommended Brown and Son to me. Wow! I could not have been more pleased. Great service, extremely fair price, and the turn around was amazing!!! I have told several of my friends/family/and customers about them since getting back from vacation. They will be servicing my personal vehicles now as well. A pleasure doing business with good honest folks!!!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto glass repair, Oil change

These low-lives damaged my front bumper and completely broke my exhaust pipe in two on my Escalade. Charged me $190 for a tow that was literally 1/2 mile. Calling this father son duo a couple of crooks would be an insult to crooks.

Honest family-owned business. Bill and Jeff are very friendly. I had broken manifold studs that couldn't be fixed in the vehicle. The bill was lower than I expected based on the hours required to do the repair. Very impressed overall. Highly recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was in an accident Saturday night. My car was towed there not by choice. They weren't open Sunday, as normal. And all day Monday were not open. When I called, the guy would answer saying "hello?" I had to ask if it was the auto shop. They never opened until almost 5pm. Then charged me triple for the tow when they literally towed it 5 mins down the road. And charged me a storage fee when THEY were closed! They are extremely unprofessional and absolute crooks! I will tell everyone not to use them!

These guys are straight shooters. Gave me an awesome deal on an ac compressor repair. (How often have you read that?... no one feels good about paying for that repair. Lol)Jeff was fast and efficient. They also have a salvage yard and he will hook you up with a great deal on a used part.He is almost too fair on his labor charges, too. I feel like I haven t given him enough.Anyway. Bring your car here. They are one of the good few that won t cheat you.

Dishonest. Quoted me one price on the road then charged another on the invoice. Claimed a tow distance significantly farther than completed (6 miles but claimed 40+). When I took issue with this, they got loud, used a number of epithets directed at me, and threatened to call the police. The father and son are both dishonest, angry, thieving crooks.

They had my car for 6 Weeks and would not tell me what was wrongNever give me an estimate. Than without authorization took it to Roberts Toyota. Trying to charge me $3,600, plus charging extra to run a debit card. Sign it in as there car.

My son had a blow out on the highway. He was towed here and it was after hours and he was more than accommodating to replace the tire and got my son back on the road. Excellent customer service.

The service was good but I think charging $170 to move a car a couple of feet in the snow is ridiculous. I feel like as a local business they could have helped out their neighbors and charged $75 bucks since it was never loaded on the truck and still made a lot of money.

Great service, got me in quick and was honest. I was in a bind on getting my exhaust fixed on my truck. I was able to pull in, get it fixed and was very happy with the results. Highly recommend these gentlemen, very professional service.

Hilariously terrible. They were polite and friendly, but charged more than double the average for towing and storage. Absolute highway robbery.

Literally the worst place you could ever take your vehicle. Wayyyyyyy over priced. I ll work on my stuff myself next time before I call this place. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.fast towing but to doesn t compensate for how much they cost.

I asked for 2.5" exhaust and 5 days later it's still 2" exhaust...... that is not what I asked for that's called poor service..... but what do u expect out of Marshall co.
