Ivan and Erik at the Lewisburg store were great. Checked my battery and helped me pick one out. They went out in the cold rain and got me fixed up. Great service.

Maui and the team assisted me when my battery died. They went well above my expectations to help with the replacement. I m now only shopping here for auto parts due to their customer service. Thank you.

So would not recommend shopping at this store because the new manager named Shannon is very rude and unprofessional.She will not take care of your returns and refuses to take a return. Then when you ask for Ivan she tells you she is over him he works for her and there is nothing he can do for you. Ivan has always taken care of things and alway kind and professional. I had to drive to Columbia auto zone to get great service from that store manager his name is Brian.I have already called and talked to district manager.

Ivan and Alexis were more than accommodating. BEST customer service I have EVER experienced at any store, not just an auto parts store. Kind, caring, considerate and knowledgeable. Alexis impressed us with her knowledge of vehicles. Our late night road trip alternator disaster was diverted thanks to both employees! Thank you AutoZone, Ivan and Alexis! We will remember your kindness!P.s. the loaner tools on hand at this store helped us get back on the road!

No greeting when I entered the store . 2 guys entered the store right after I did and they were greeted with a hey bud what can we do for ? I guess cause I'm not part of the good ole boy club. Advance auto is a lot nicer

It being nearly 24hrs since I purchased this RV battery. The experience has been Great. The Store Staff were Wonderful with Knowledge and Assistance. They had my Battery (DC29) in stock and the Price was Good.Thank You

I went into AutoZone I believe it was Wednesday October 5th. I learned the hard way of finding the battery to one of my patients car (back if floorboard), so I could jump it off for her. Her car started right up, and had her follow me to AutoZone. I went in told Cody I believe was his name what was going on. Explaining I ve jumped the car off, that she needed a new battery. But her check engine light came on, and I was thinking it came on due to battery being dead. He also said that could be it as well. He not only took good care of myself and my patient, but replaced the battery. Sure enough the check engine light went off. Cody was very nice, accommodating, understanding, more importantly professional. Thank you, Cody for helping with the issue and taking a ton of bricks off my patients chest.

Ordered part they said it would be there at noon then it turned into 2:30 still didn't show up, then he says 3:30 Nope still no show so we went to Napa.

I just went in and they had one other customer and and a red headed young man was helping him amd I stood waiting on at least 2 other employees to help me and no one said anything so I walked out and I'm caring my business elsewhere. I do alot of machanic work for a side job and I don't have time to sit around and twittle my fingers and see if someone can help me.

As advertised, they came out and tested my battery to see if it was the battery or the alternater. It was the battery, and, as advertised, they switched it out for free. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The store hours on your website so that you close at 9 p.m. on Saturday but on the front the building it says you close at 8 p.m. and when we got there at 8:06 the doors were locked. So you need to change the hours on the website!!!

The staff here is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find anything you need. If they don't have it in the store they will even take the time to see if they can order it for you.

Always helpful and knowledgeable even if you own a vehicle that has a different engine than stock. Knowledgeable enough to figure out what motor you have even if your not completely sure, without them even looking at the engine.

Auto zone in lewisburg is my go to and will not change and that's mostly due to Me Ivan which is an outstanding employee and a wonderful man and friend so thanks Ivan
