My husband has to work 7 days a week 12 hours or more. He can barely take off work and when he does he has to take his Vacation days. They are made to work mandatory even on the weekends. Pretty much modern day slavery. No family time at all. His overtime pay is not put on the apporpiate check. If you treated your employees right you might have better employment.

Im a current employee, have been with them for almost a year & although the place isnt perfect...& no job is...the reviews below are nowhere near factual. Seems to me to be disgruntled employees & EVERY place of employment has them. We work 8 hr days, no matter the shift. We are on an A/B wknd schedule meaning your wknd to work would be every other Saturday w/Sundays being voluntary. That being said, that is the schedule as of this post. However, it could change due to demand & lack of product due to people not wanting to work &/OR laying out but we still are not FORCED to work any HR over our 8 HR shift. Perhaps, maybe that reviewers person wanted some extra time away from their other half & told a story? Maybe...just maybe life is better at work than it is at home? We've all been there, haven't we?I dont write reviews but this set a fire under me. Ive job hopped for years. I know whats out there. Allison/walker tries extremely hard to keep up w/inflation & they pay better than any job out there, constantly trying to stay at a competitive wage & they super exceed...just look around.But overall...nowhere can compete with the work environment. We have fun but still get the job done.We're trying to recover from the covid downfall & need some intelligent, motivated, committed & responsible people to work at a great place making great money....its harder than you think! Absolutely crazy but true as the day is long.HR is absolutely great! They're on point & know the game is all...dont try to pull a fast one cuz they are ALWAYS 1, maybe 2, steps ahead of you. They're VERY involved. Their goal is to see this company succeed & they do an awesome job. They know very well whats going on out there on the floor. Why? Cuz they care!Easy work for absolutely great pay! Great environment. Great benefits. Great people.All you gotta do is your freaking job? Which is very simple? Im a trim lead there so i speak from experience. The worst thing about working there (in my position) is that people aren't held accountable for their actions...or lack there of.

Hr is a joke. They will let you go even with a dr note. They dont care about their employees. Your just a number there. Plus you have no life outside of the place you literally have 2 days a month off.
