Amazing service from the guys at the auto care center. They got my car in immediately for an oil change and replaced a tire for me. They were done by the time I finished shopping, and all 3 guys working were extremely helpful and friendly. Wish I remembered their names to thank them individually. Would recommend them anytime

Had my van parked here the day before my appointment, called a couple hours after my appointment time only to learn the person I had dropped the car off to didn't check it in properly and they hadn't done anything at all. I will say they resolved the issue quickly, but need to make sure the people running the desk know what they are doing.

I wish I could give zero stars. Just the last 2 weeks in a row I was turned away by the same auto shop employee for an oil change! After being turned away twice I made an appointment that the employee wanted. (the time, I tried to make what I wanted but he kept suggesting other times)20 minutes before my SCHEDULED appointment they called to tell me they rescheduled me already (without my knowing or permission) for 4:00. How can you just change an appointment without speaking to someone first? I immediately canceled and told them I would never be back. Don t go here unless you want terrible service. I went to vavoline down the street and they were wonderful. The manager there even told me that the STORE MANAGER at the Lenoir City Walmart goes to them and says to never come to the LC Walmart for any auto service. That is absolutely terrible and something should really be done.So that s 3 times I was turned away regardless of what I said. Pitiful!!!

Do not purchase lifetime rotation. Save the money and go somewhere that has the staff to rotate your tires in under 4 hours.Very inefficiently ran garage with a manager who spent most of his time on his cell phone. And on top of that they damaged one wheel during installation and told me sorry sometimes that happens.

Replaced all my tires at a great price but the balancing machine was off and it took twice as long to replace my tires. They do a great job and are super friendly but don't expect speedy service.

4 hours later I m still waiting on a tire rotation. I got here at 8. I love watching 1 guy work and everyone else s standing around.

I had my set of tires put on couple years ago and couple days ago hit a big spike and destroyed one tire. The staff were very helpful to get me a new one with no charge ( road hazard purchased ) in one day for special ordered tire and technicians were super nice and get me back on the road. Superior service and team !! Black TRD Tacoma guy !! Thank a lot !!

Was told I would have a 2 hr wait, then an additional 1 hr to mount and balance 4 tires I was going to buy from them. Left my car there, called back 3 1/2 hrs later. The car had not even been moved. No service or sale to say the least. Lost my business for good! Go somewhere else! I don't think they should even get one star! I think they need to clean house, clearly do not try to satisfy the customer. Will try to save everyone I know from having same bad experience. Don't waste your time with them!Service: Tires

Absolutely the worst service ever! Waited over 3 hrs to have a tire plugged. To then be told it would be another hour before it would be ready. There were several other cars that showed up after we did that were put in front of us. The only reason we chose to use them was because they were the only place open on Sunday. Truly lacks customer service and communication. Highly recommend using somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would.

Oil change was done fast , yet my oil life still read 0 percent because they didn't reset it . Then I had 4 tires I needed out on , it took them from 1:45pm til 6:20pm to install the tires. My tpms is still not working right. This was the most worst and horrible service I have ever dealt with in auto care . I took my 4 old tires with me yet they charged me the $8 still. I will be back in the morning to speak with the manager . The workers move slow . They don't care about customer service at all and it shows. Walmart auto has officially lost my business.Services: Tires, Oil change

Went around to 2:30 to get tires put on. No one was in line. They had one car in the lube area and one in the tire section. A guy took my info and I gave him my key. The guy in front of me has been there over three hours. I waited an hour and a half and the thought it was my turn and realized they still had to do an oil change for the guy ahead of me. 4:30 rolls around and they tell me they are closing early because someone didn t show up. I understand being short handed, but an hour and a half to do a tire change once the truck was in the garage? I m speaking of the other guy s, of course. Two guys can make short work of that. I ve seen it done. Go anywhere, but here. Save yourself half of your day waiting.Service: Tires

Will never come here again for tires or anything else. I asked multiple times how long it would take before I dropped the car off. I was told 90 minutes max. Now 3 hours later I am still waiting, and my car is on a lift with no tires on it so it's not like I can ask for my keys back and leave. Communication is terrible, and its disorganized chaos. I told them I had to go back to work before I dropped my car off so that it was important that if they couldn't do it in the time frame they said I couldn't do it. I have already missed 4 work calls because of this place, and currently have cold food thawed out and spoiling.

I had my oil and oil filter changed at this location. Lloyd Webb made this a very positive and pleasant experience. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I will be returning for my future oil changes and recommend this location to others.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Normally don t get service done here but just needed a quick oil change. Arrived 15-minutes before opening to get 1st in line to get in and out because I had other places to be. 30-minutes later the doors still are not open. I called and they are trying to find a manager to open the doors. Finally they come out and ask what service do I need. Just a quick oil change please. I ask about how long and he says 30-minutes at the most. I watch them for the next 30-minutes and they have literally not moved any vehicles into the service area yet. Another 15-minutes pass and they finally move my car in and lift the hood. After a total of an hour I think they are getting started on what should take 5-minutes.Terrible service. Lesson learned. Won t be back.

Changed the tires fast for me and put my spare tire back in my trunk even though I had it full. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience... Thanks guys!

This particular Walmart Automotive has been consistently the rudest and least friendly Walmart staff I ve met in over 35 years dealing with Walmart. Today I arrived at 6:55am to have a oil change, rudely greeted and told it would be at least 30 to 45 minutes before they could get to me which was no problem as I needed some things from the store anyway and I got my car in line. 10 minutes later they noticed I was in line with only the one car in front of me and I was then told 45 minutes to 1 hour...ok no problem. 5 minutes later someone comes to check me in and I m told 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes before they could start. I asked was there a reason the time had changed twice so far and the person checking me in rudely told me that he didn t talk to me and he could go get the other person who gave me that time. At that point I said I d just pass today. He sarcastically responded you have a good day then then yelled across the shop in front of me to the other associate he s leaving he doesn t like your time . I was Amazon could figure out how to do oil changes too....

I was told I would have to wait 40 minutes for an oil change and to replace a headlight which was no big deal since I could shop for a couple things while I waited. There was one car in line in front of me. I come back, and they have not even started. Not only do they not have the right bulb, so I will need to go somewhere else to get the bulb, it took them over an HOUR AND A HALF to do ONLY the oil change. If I had known beforehand, it would not have been a problem to have my husband pick me up so I do not have to wait. I was quickly reminded why I had stopped coming to Walmart to get my car worked on in the past.

Don't go here told my wife they couldn't do an oil change on her 2016 VW bug because the engine was making too much noise and something might be wrong. Wasted money taking it to a mechanic for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with the car most engines make a little more noise the moment you start them. They apparently just didn't want to work. Second time in a week they had an excuse after we shopped. Last time didn't have the filter the computer said they had! Just pay more and go to a pro.

I'm giving a one star rating because I cannot leave a review with 0. My husband and I took our family can to see about a slow leak in our right front tire. We were met with a staff member that told us we had two (2) vehicles in front of us after checking us into the system. We spent an hour and forty five minutes waiting, during which time 3-4 of the automotive employees spent a large portion of their time discussing their work schedules and that they were extremely short staffed...while standing at the register. After getting frustrated over listening to who was off work that day and how managers just make schedules based off charts and graphs and not people, we asked about the status of our vehicle. Imagine our shock to discover that four (4) cars had instead been taken care of prior to us, with another before our van was to be seen as well. When my husband then asked for our keys back, as the wait was too much, one gentleman became condescending and proceeded to tell us it didn't matter what we had been told and that the attendant we spoke to outside didn't know what he was talking about. I only saw two workers in the shop attending to vehicles, so I'm unclear as to the other employees' functions. I'm not certain what needs to change to make the auto department run in a smooth, efficient, and customer service-centered manner, but the staff would be a place to start.

The wal mart here is fine, but the tire shop sucks. They actually made me drive 30 miles home on a donut because they did not have a tire in stock that precisely matched what the computer said I should use. They had many others that would work fine, but would not sell one to me even if I signed a waiver or mounted it myself. They were the only place still open and they knew that I had a long way to go. They are lucky my donut did not blow, or they would have had a lawsuit.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I did not have to. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day. We sat there waiting to be serviced and no one ever even spoke to us. Then once we decided to go ask we were rudely greeted, barely spoken to, and told it was going to be another two hours. How hard is it to be courteous and have respect for your customers to greet them and let them know before they sit that whole time. We will NEVER use Walmart auto.

Three hours to put on four tires. While I waited an employee with course brillo pad red hair and a face that looked like it had been sandblasted named Lisa insulted us at least three times. Customer service is not a high priority for these po dunk back woods inbred losers. I Would NEVER EVER EVER EVER go here again. EVER!!!

I paid to have my tire balanced and installed.I had to go back a couple weekslater because it was not balanced correctly and they charged me again. I suggest If you need TireService go to a more responsible and professional Tire CompanyService: TiresService: Tires

I went in for a tire warranty, had to wait a little while, but in the end I was cared for very well with the warranty being honored, and four new tires being put on for a reasonable cost. Kudos to this team for making things right!

Came with appointment for new tire today, still waiting. Came outside to see why it s taking sooo long to put on one Tire- all4 guys huddle up talking about their personal lives.Are they for real??? Never coming back here!!!

WORTHLESS if this place could be 0 stars it would be!Go in to get my tires put on that I ordered from them. "Oh won't be today maybe tomorrow we can do them. They only ever have 1 tech but 4 people standing. Why even have a Auto Care Center.

Damaged wheel. Don t have enough help. Expensive compared to others.
