Fantastic group of guys. I called on short notice on a Friday at that, and they squeezed me in the same day. They do great work. Definitely come here if you need some tint work done.

This is an honest, customer-focused, quality-conscious shop. The staff and manager were all surprisingly friendly and genuine. They took the time to discuss my needs without rushing me. They scheduled me for the following day. Work was performed while I waited. The results were quite pleasing. I was focused on a cooler car and improved security; I didn't think about how great it would make the car look.

These guys are very good, the owner wants to make it right no matter what. Give them a shot. They completed the door windows tint and front windshield ceramic and it s amazing.

Inconsistent on results of tinting. If you don t mind the way your tint will look, then Smoky Mountain is the best and one of the most expensive in the area. I had two brand new vehicles tinted and one of the cars came out fine, while the other was a headache to deal with Jackson. Their customer service is great and they promise to fix any errors, until you use their warranty and then they want to back out of it. The other vehicle was brought in to get retinted due to a large scratch that was all the way across the window due to installer error. Yes, they were able to retint the window, but were extremely careless and rushed when doing so. There was still a scratch in the tint after reinstalling it, and the weatherstripping was cut on the door, which they said they would fix. The shop they use is a friend that fixes mistakes, such as this one and they said, it happens and no one would ever notice but that fixing it wouldn t be as good as the factory if the friends body shop fixed it. They even said that they cut the weatherstripping on a tesla recently. The vehicle is brand new and we had to take it back to the dealer to get fixed correctly, since I did not trust this friend s body shop nor would he tell me the name of the shop. If you want your vehicle done right and someone whom is meticulous, pays attention to the details and takes pride in their work, go to Matt at The Tint Shop in Loudon.

Excellent, professional and fast service. We had driver and front passenger windows tinted to the same darkness as the rear windows and they look great. We also had the front windshield covered with the ceramic tinting and really like it. The clarity is excellent but the dash doesn't get hot and the night glare has decreased considerably.We really like the results so far.

Got my mazda 3 tinted recently. They did an amazing job. Service was fast quality was excellent. Overall, it is a very professional yet friendly environment. Would highly recommend.

The best tint place to go too! Cody and Troy were amazing! I had my little sister and my daughter with me and they definitely made it fun to watch them. I wish Cody knew how much he made my daughters day! She talked about how much fun it was and how she had the best day ever . Would definitely recommend

By far the BEST tinting bussiness I have run across in the 30 years I've been having vehicles tinted. They have tinted 4 vehicles for me. First 3 were absolutely perfect! The last 1 they tinted for me, we had a lil issue with the front driver window. Went back 3 after having them tinted, parking lot was full and they were busy. Told them about my issue they IMMEDIATELY had me pull in. In front of everyone there so they could fix the issue. ABSOLUTELY stellar customer service. A lot of business out there could learn a thing or 2 from this bussiness and how to treat there customers!!! A+++++ NO ONE WILL EVER TINT my vehicles other than SMOKEY MOUNTAIN WINDOW TINTING Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have to say that they impressed me. I drive a truck and work odd hours and just happened to be off early so went to have my oil changed. They are located beside the Valvoline oil change so pulled in to get a quote and much to my surprise he had just finished up a vehicle that had a appointment and was able to take mine right in! I really enjoyed talking with them and joking around while they worked on my car it really looks so much better and I know will be a bonus this summer when out in the sun. I have a small hatchback Honda but it has a lot of glass. 9 windows plus the strip across front. Not a problem! They have a computer program that cuts the film out for your vehicle then they install. I left well pleased with my visit and honestly felt like I had quality work done for a decent price. Yes I would recommend and felt like I was treated great!

Every vehicle I ever owned was tinted by smokey mountain window tinting even when they were in Knoxville ! They might not be the cheapest but I swear I saw these guys tint the entire front windshield on a 2016 super bee in a single piece of film. That's skill folks...and it lasted too,it didn't fade or bubble up not one bit. Trust me when I say to fork up the extra cash and trust your ride to these fellers cause nobody does it better !

We recently bought 2 new vehicles and took them here to get window tinted. The service was prompt, the customer service was fantastic and the workmanship is excellent. We were scheduled and completed with everything promptly and timely. Excellent experience. Took my 2020 Honda CR-V to get the front 2 windows done to match the back and it looks great. We were impressed by how good it looks and the professionalism so we made an appointment to get my husband's truck done the following week. Definitely happy with the work and price so I've already recommened them to friends and family.

We have had car windows tinted her for about 15 yrs. We have never seen poor quality from them. They respect your vehicle and are friendly. It does not take long for them tint your windows and the car comes back clean. Prices are acceptable considering the quality of work they do.

Great service at Lenoir City location, not so much at Middlebrook. Ladies try to argue with me over tint and and scratch film and left my truck a mess.
