The dispatcher Beth was really sweet and moved with a swiftness sending Jonathan out. Jonathon was kind, professional and very efficient. I really appreciated the great price at such a stressing time! Thanks for fixing my air leak! Definitely recommend!!

If ever in the the area and need work done to your truck especially if you need electrical work this is your spot! My truck been loosing voltage for weeks and I have lost money and business trying to get my truck fixed at the Excel dealership. But Mike got me right, dude was a life saver!!! I m a young dude just trying to make a way and it s hard to find good folks out here on the road that ain t trying to beat you. Great conversation and good business here!!! They are scammerThey overcharge me on parts by 20 percentThe fuel pump on the dealer was $2100 they charged me for it $2400 plus 4 percent credit card or debit card charge stay away from these people and their price for towing is way higher than the other towing companies in that area

I recommend anybody to go see Mike and the guys over at Skelly's. Besides saving me in a pinch. They were quick, professional, and great work. Had a big job done and was out of there fast they were on it. Thanks fellas great job.

These guys know their stuff!!! Had to have a tow and a rear end swap in my 7.3. They went above and beyond, even pushing back some of their priority work, to help me and get me back on the road. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend these guys over anyone in their surrounding counties!!!

Went in thinking we were going to be down for days. Phil was Great to work with very knowledgeable, knew exactly what we needed. Turns out it was a simple clutch adjustment that was too difficult for Peterbilt or TA. Go figure Thanks Phil you ROCK!

Can't say enough about these guys!!! When the dealership gave me an estimate of 6 months to get a part and repair my truck, these guys towed my semi in while loaded and told me that they could get us going a lot sooner. It took them a few days to locate the part and got me up and running better than ever and I did not have to forfeit my load!! The level of professionalism was above and beyond!! They were able to take my driver to a hotel and delivered the truck to him once it was repaired!! AWESOME SERVICE AND EXCELLENT PRICE!!! Next Level Trucking Company has definitely found a new shop to work with when needed in the area, and my trucks are through here multiple times a week! Worked with Mike yesterday on a tow from Knoxville, TN to St. Louis, MO. Very professional, and understanding of our industry and what needed to be done. Not only did he give me the best quote on price in the area. But his response time was second to none. Within an hr he had my driver, truck, and trailer picked up and on the road home. Wow! These guys were awesome! I called to have them tow our truck out to our new property and they were able to come out right away. Our tow truck driver was courteous, on time, professional, and prompt. He was able to maneuver up our steep and winding driveway without a problem. And there price to haul was very reasonable. I called looking for someone to replace a top radiator hose. I was told on the phone it was $150 Call out fee plus $150/per hour. My driver already had the hose off. I was charged for the hose, labor to put hose on and 8 gallons of antifreeze $683.11DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have something big going on that will take over 2 hours because they have a 2 hr. minimum that they NEVER disclosed of!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!!

From out of state and our car got a flat on the interstate at night. Our insurance and other companies were not able to get us a tow in a timely manner. This company and driver went above and beyond to get our car off the dangerous road. Afterwards, the driver made sure to drop us off at a safe location. The gentleman also made sure to place our car in the adjacent tire repair shop. Though I am not from the area, I strongly suggest this company given how well they treat their customers, even with a short notice.

All these reviews have to be fake this guy towed a 33 ft RV a 14 ft boat and a 16 ft trailer and charge $1,750 for it and it's only had it since yesterday this guy's a crook it's not like it was a hard tow he towed it out of a truck stop you back up and pick it up what a crook, he's getting reported

Can't say enough about Mike and his team. We were told by another shop that our travel trailer needed a new axle that would take 6-8 weeks to arrive and would cost $3K-$4K to install. Skelly's had us repaired and back on the road in less than 48 hours for 1/3 the price. Everyone was extremely professional and had great communication through every part of the process.

I can not be more happy with them! Not only they where on a very timely manner to tow our Rv from the side of the highway but they also perform an outstanding service to fix it on the same day within hours! Coming from a vacation, things happen, we where so stress! but they where so nice, caring, professional they went above and behind with their service, I can not thank them enough! Not only were they professional about there work, they were straight up about what need to be done and how much it would cost both good and bad, so you had an idea what was up. They are the best! I experienced a bad blow out on the highway while traveling through Knoxville. To make matters worst, my Camaro doesn t come with a spare tire. Which left me with no choice but to find a tire shop open on a Sunday evening. Before they arrived to me I let my tow driver know, I wasn t too familiar with the area being the fact I was from a different city. So he asked me for my tire size and he called around to every tire shop near, to see if they were open and had my tire size in stock. Once he found one that was open and had my tire , he let them know my situation. So once we arrived at the tire shop he let my car down from the tow truck right into the shop and they start working on it as soon as we arrived. My tow driver also came into the tire shop with me and helped me get a good deal on 4 brand new tires which I really needed. Also on top of that they gave me a GREAT deal on the tow. The whole experience was amazing, I m very thankful for my tow driver and everything he did for me because he really went out his way for me.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Local hauling, Tire change

Great service, as in the lenior area did have 5 other diesel truck service shops but NONE OF THEM did emergency road assistance. Thanks to Jonathan at Shelly's for the great , fastest service ever, while in a thunderstorm . Change our box trucks ac compressor and the cerpentine belt, in a matter that felt like minutes. Thank you guys.

I had bottomed out my 34 ft motorhome which created a leak in my antifreeze tank. Within minutes of contacting Mike Skelly, he was onsight assessing my problem. He was able to tow it to his business,and within hours I was back on the road. It required him to weld the crack in the tank. A month has gone by, and nothing has occurred since. Great work, and great service. He lives up to his 24/7 business!!!!!

My transmission broke at the scale west bound called them to tow my truck to Petro, they did a great job gave me a fair price and even the driver offered me helped if I needed anything. Nice, honest and fair prices. Being and owner operator is hard but people like them make it easier.

I have recommended all of the OTR driver to stop by to skelly's truck repair you won't be regret They know what they are doing at there. because My truck had a vibrations on it for a years no one can help me with it. But yesterday it I had been referred to them and they fixed my truck less then 45 minutes all of the vibrations go away on my drive lin.Thank you guys for your service.

I called for a truck check due to truck won t start less than 5 miles way and they told me $850 just to come here to check the truck ( not fixing anything) i never never in 7 years see anything like that . Please make sure to ask for price before they even touch the truck .
