Excellent customer service, and the mechanic I worked with was great. He knew about a manufacturers warranty that had been extended to 120,000 miles on my vehicle that I didn't know about. Turned out, Hyundai honored the warranty, and is replacing the engine free of charge because this mechanic pointed me in the right direction. If I knew his name I would say, but everyone there was very helpful and I'd 100% recommend. Thank you all for going the extra mile to help me out!

These guys are great! I do 99% of my own work, down to engine and transmission rebuilds. The only thing I don't/can't do is alignment and tire/wheel balancing. They have always taken care of that for me, at what to me seem fair and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

Had my tires rotated after changing the oil. One of the mechanics found a nail in one of the tires. Alerted and asked if I wanted him to plug it for me, first, instead of just doing so and throwing on the additional charge. I appreciate the customer service! They're always so polite!

Do NOT believe them when they say your brakes need done. I went in for an oil change and they told me my front brakes were at 20%. I asked to see them and they said the tires were already back on. I asked again to be shown the worn pads. They wouldn t show me. That s because I had just changed the pads and rotors myself. Make them show you what needs to be replaced! Never again.

My car had a coolant leak and Meineke was about to close when I drove in. Explained I was 150+ miles from home and needed help, and the technicians assisted by staying a little later than usual to help out. Although they weren t able to fix the problem, they recommended I call the local Hyundai dealer to see what they could do. Lucky for me, my car is a certified pre-owned 2022 and was still under warranty and didn t cost me a thing to fix. They topped me up with coolant and got me to Hyundai where they were able to help me out. Even though they weren t able to help me directly that day, lending a helping hand and pointed me in the right direction made my brief experience worth writing a review! Thanks again for helping me out in my time of need.

Price gouging. Don't waste your money. Charging $600 for brakes and rotors when parts only cost $120... Go to your local hometown mechanic. Personally recommend Truck and Auto in Harriman. Don't let these people take advantage of you.

If I could give a zero I would give that. Worst service anywhere. They don't do what they say and lie about it. Gave them two chances and that's it I'm done with them. Arrogant and rude. I don't recommend this place for auto repairs at all. Take your vehicle to another mechanic. Bob's Muffler in Loudon is a much better place and no I have no affiliation with Bob's.

The Lenoire City Meineke store was very helpful with an issue with my GMC Yukon as I was traveling to Florida.The store manager (with the Irish accent) was extremely accomodating. The mechanics addressed the issue and explained it to me thoroughly. Best of all, they charged me a very fair price to do the work. Thank you.

This Lenoir City location has helped me in multiple pinches and they once again helped me in a pinch trying to get a tire rotation after an appointment at another location dropped. I am grateful they took the time to do the job but also I can't really put a price on the nice and respectful treatment they give no matter if they can fix your problem or not.

Great experience. Feel like these pros are honest - wish there was more comfy seating for sitting and waiting while working on your laptop - the waiting area needs a big overhaul. However, 10/10 will be going back.

I've had 2 vehicles to Meineke in the past month, and been EXTREMELY impressed with the service, the customer interaction, the honesty (i.e., they saved me a BIG BILL by identifying an issue as being much more minor than I had thought), the promptness of the service, and the qualiity of the repairs. I truly do believe they do an outstanding job at a really, really fair price.

Had a flat tire, couldn't s�e or fix the leak. The team wouldn't give up. After 3 different investigations, they found it and fixed it..Great tenacity and persistence to do a good job. Grat team. Thanks

When I had a tire patched they did a great job and priced fair but when I needed a tire the tire was a hundred dollars more than two other places. Unaffordable.

I gave this one star since there isn t an option of zero. I scheduled rear brake replacement for my car and was told it would be $750. An adjuster had come loose and fell from the brake drum when the tech took the wheel off. After being told it would be $750, I asked them to pull my car back out, not knowing about the parts that had fallen out. The tech threw the parts from the brake drum into my cup holder. Thankfully, a brake repair shop a few minutes away was able to fix adjuster, I didn t even need new brakes or drums. I still had several thousand miles left. This was the Lenoir City location.

Not real happy, I went with the Synthetic blend oil change. I do not believe they put synthetic blend in it. Oil still looks dirty. Only looks about half full on dip stick. The guy that did oil change came in and I said did u find the key to unlock the wheels to do my rotation? He said no, I was just going to charge you for basic oil change... I told him where the key was.So synthetic oil change supposed to be $34.95 includes all fluids filled and rotation. They didn't fill ANY fluids my windshield fluid was empty. By the time taxes and fees was taked on I ended up paying $45. I understand taxes but then they put disposal fee on. He didn't tell me that there was extra fees at all.Then I goto get in my car and find oil all over my door and my seat and inside not adjusted correctly. They didn't use good housekeeping tools at all.Tech pretty much acted like I was just another car, another customer and who cares... I really should have ask for refund because I know I didn't get what I paid for. Won't be back!**This top post was back at the end of November. Today I had to get my rear brakes and rotors changed on my car. The mechanic asked me when I had them checked because nothing was left of them, I said in November at Meineke they told me they were in good shape. He said no, there's no way. They should have noticed especially when they rotated your tires that your brakes was done then.Picture added to post of my brakes and rotors that we took off.I'm very upset because we have went on several major road trips and had no idea until they just completely went out.

Got an inspection done for $58, they told me what was wrong and what needed to replace and quoted me over $400 for the repairs which took me about an hour to do.

The work on my truck was excellent. I experienced poor communication with the lady manager. There was a warranty issue, and I was not informed about it. I never got called about the issue, I had to initiate contact with the Meineke store, 3 hours after I left my truck there. I will take my truck back there for future service, but I try to work with a different manager.

The group has been excellent about doing the service work I needed quickly. When I brought a vehicle in the first time, I thought my problem was much more involved and expected to pay accordingly. I got a call back about 90 minutes later. They had run a diagnostic and found a couple of defective sensors. They fixed the vehicle quickly and at a fraction of cost I anticipated.I recently brought in a service van. In this case they found a few problems I was not aware of, were transparent about the cost, and took care of the issues.In short, a good company to work with that is upfront with what repairs you need and don t need.
