Bought a Dodge Challenger 2023. Had a great buying experience. They got me the color&spec I wanted in two days. Mr. Marthin is the sales person, kept me informed at the time. Mr. Brian is the manager, got me best %APR finance and trade-in price. Their prices are true as they post, no hidden clause etc. Mr. Abdol gave all information of warranty, time lines, options for extra coverages. Best thing in their dealership is they never convince you to buy any package, car or model.LENIOR CITY CDJR is dealership to visit around Knoxville area.

The car was in spectaculer condition. The process didn't feel rushed to buy, but was not too long either. I spoke with many indiviuals, but Dillon Tallent made this a pleasent experience. Everyone else involved did their best to make it convient for me. Thanks everybody, I look forward to doing business with you all again someday.

We were looking for a vehicle for our son. We met with Salesman, Christopher Houghton, and gave him our budget, perimeters, and some of the things we were looking for in a vehicle. He worked hard for us and found the perfect vehicle! He is very knowledgeable about different vehicles and did a great job guiding us through the process! He was excellent in communication and had outstanding customer service!!! Sales manager, JC Denney, was great to work with as well! We are very appreciative of these two and I would HIGHLY recommend Christopher Houghton as your next salesman!!

Chris Houghton was our salesman. He s knows his product, is young, and not pushy. Went into dealer, took truck home for a ride and went back and bought it. Fast, no hidden fees. The manager was also great! Go see Chris Houghton for a fast, smooth deal!

Lenior City CDJR is phenomenal all the way around! From looking at vehicles feeling no pressure, purchasing my vehicle ( which they made sure was perfect) and everyone that I had I spoke to was very professional and down to earth. My salesman was Randall Dodson and he absolutely amazing! He communicated things very well and went above and beyond to make sure that we drove off in EXACTLY what we were looking for! Their prices are great and fair!!

2nd purchase at this location. Went in to look at a used Gladiator they had at a very reasonable price without an appointment late on a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived a couple was test driving the used Gladiator off the lot and I watched them come back and buy it . I asked if they had another low mileage pre-owned which they didn't. Randall said they had new ones and he understood if I didn't want to buy a new Gladiator but he could show us one and they had some rebates on them that was really good. It was late and I didn't feel like hitting other dealers that day so I said OK. He pulled up in a new 2023 Gladiator Rubicon and I thought no way I was gonna buy that new of a Rubicon. We did the numbers and with the Rebates I was surprised it fit my budget and I drove off with my dream truck.

Had an amazing experience at Lenoir City Dodge this past Friday!! Traded in my 17 year old Ram Megacab, which we bought there as well, for a 24 Ram 1500 Bighorn!! Our salesman, Ken Pruitt was awesome! He was very helpful and never pushy. He and Chris, our finance guy, had us out of there with our new truck so quickly! It was overall an outstanding buying experience and we thank you Lenoir City Dodge!!!

Everyone was amazing to work with. Dillon and JC were patient and respectful of my needs and requests and offered several options and suggestions to assist in getting me into a new vehicle. The service department reached out as well welcoming me and providing their hours and contact information. Dillon has been great and has followed up multiple times to make sure everything is good with the vehicle. I am extremely appreciative of their time and care.

Janet was absolutely phenomenal! She was thorough, helpful, and offered great service. JC, the General Manager was beyond helpful for the entire Car buying process. Smooth from start to closing. They will definitely see me again. The deal they worked up was exactly what I d hoped for and I got literally the car of my dreams! By far the best and I mean best experience I ve had in buying a vehicle.I am by far a very picky person when it comes to where I spend my hard earned money and I m so happy and thankful that I chose Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep as the company to do that.Where do I start Brian. By far the best salesman I ve worked with. He was very responsive throughout the process rather it was by text or call.I drove 8 hours to get my Acura and only had to wait 30 mins to sign. During that time, Mr. Tony was there to show me my car and test drive it. Oh, and the sales manager Chris was so helpful, fast, thorough and knowledgeable about everything!If you are in the market for a new/used vehicle look no further. Rather you are in town or out of town, this company is great!!!I would definitely recommend checking them out for your next purchase and tell them I sent you. Also, Mr. Tony was so nice he wanted me to let him know that I made it back home safely since I was driving a long distance by myself.Again, thanks so much to everyone that was involved in my purchase.

Brought my 2014 60,000 miles Jeep Patriot to this location to be looked at as it was making noises going down steep hills. On my way to the appointment my car completely stalled out and we had to be towed. They replaced brakes, rotors, tires, and a bunch of rust for $5600. The very next day the car stopped driving in a local parking lot. I called a tow truck again, the same tow truck driver said that the Lenoir City Jeep technicians didn t put these bolts back on my jeep after replacing the brakes so it was completely locking up. He said it was so dangerous.Called Lenoir City and they claimed that they knew my bolts were a little rusty but put them back on anyway since they thought they were fine. And that one broke off and that s why my car wouldn t drive. Well what if it broke off when I was going 70 mph on the highway?! We could have gotten seriously hurt. So they replaced one bolt free of charge (since I previously paid $5600 to get a non-safe car back). I demanded all bolts be replaced free of charge since they already claimed to have looked at my bolts the first time and thought they were fine. After a lot of back and forth with managers they kept my vehicle for an additional 3 weeks just for me to get it back and have it still be making noises.Ultimately, I did not feel comfortable driving my jeep anymore and sold it for less money than I paid in repairs, so I was at a net loss. During the sale, a different dealer noted how the transmission was in bad shape and needed repairs. The money spent at Lenoir City Jeep, Dodge, Ram was probably a waste as it was undiagnosed (by them) transmission issue the entire time. I m very disappointed in my experience at Lenoir City Deep Dodge Ram and recommend going to any other dealership around.

Incredible folks, great selection and terrific experience. We came into look at a truck, no intentions of buying, but the deal was so good that it couldn't say no! Drove onto the lot, parked and walked around looking at cars for at least 30 minutes and nobody came out to help us. Drove out 321 to the Ford dealer, got great customer service and bought a vehicle there a couple hours later.

I am from Beech Mountain. It is almost a 3 hour drive. The drive was well worth it. I ended up with a Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. It is wonderful. Just what I needed. I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership and they are always fantastic to do business with. Bill Presley always goes out of his way to make sure everything is explained and several vehicle options provided. He is patient and knowledgeable on all the vehicles. I always enjoy doing business with him. The finance department is great they work on getting the best rate and terms. They explain everything in detail and make sure you understand. This dealership works in concert to make sure the customer is happy all the way from the General Manager JC Denny, and Brian, another Manager to Finance, Sales and Service.
