I have used Hi Tech Auto Body twice on my personal vehicle. 2006 Chrysler 300 had a crash from behind and they made sure all the safety bracing was replaced behind the bumper skin.They recently worked on my 2011 Suburban that a teen driver backed into the passenger front door. The door had to be replaced and paint matched. Perfect match. They took care of all the insurance claims for both cars. Hi Tech is the only place I will take my cars for body work. I really hope I don t see them any time soon!

This place did a great job on fixing my vehicle after I was in a car accident. Jerry Was very patient With my insurance company because they were going back and forth on what they wanted to fix. He communicated well with me on the updates of my vehicle because it took so long for progressive to approve the fixes that needed to be done. Jerry even called me a month later after picking up my vehicle to check in to make sure everything was good. Great customer service and I appreciate the check in.

What a Gem! I can't say enough positive things about Jerry (the owner) and his team at Hi Tech. He treats his customers with respect and does A+ body & paint work. This business has to be the best around for body work. We took our son s mustang to get a new front bumper (incident with a raccoon) and paint the hood because the paint was chipping (common with these cars). Not only did they charge a fair price, but they matched the paint color perfectly and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. It looks brand new again. We will only be using Hi Tech Auto Body from now on. Look no further for a trustworthy, excellent neighborhood body shop that does professional work at a fair and reasonable price.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jerry was very professional, our car was demolished in the front and side. I took my Subaru sti to Dallas and Jerry for a complete makeover last October. I had a vision of how I wanted my car and they were able to bring my vision to life. They worked with me and were very patient when it came to mixing my paint to make sure I got what I wanted. They do outstanding work and just great people. I went to this shop to scheduled an appointment to get my car worked on. I arrived 10 min early (as one should) for the appointment but there was no one in the office. I waited until my scheduled time still no one. I decided to knock on the shop door and a young man said that he could not take the car and the office guys were not there, but they would return in 5 min. 15 min later they arrived. When the gentleman came there was no apology for being late. There was no sense of urgency and it looked like it was a burden just to take the car. I understand that people are busy, that also includes the customer that took the time to find the body shop, make an appointment, and come to said appointment 10 min early. I said to the gentleman "if you are too busy I could go somewhere else". Without a word, he just handed me the keys back and shrugged. Either one of the two could have told me that they were too busy when I came in to make the appointment. I think that shows the poor character of any company and if that's the approach of their business model someone needs to review their intake process. I moved here a year ago after retiring 25 years of military service and this is the first time that I have had any problems with any business in this town. They do have a very nice shop on town and they may be good at cars but not a quality shop when it comes to dealing with people. I suggest hiring an office person that is experienced in problem-solving and customer service. Just to be clear. I am not a bot but a real person that lives in town.

Hi Tech did an amazing job restoring the side rear panel on my Town & Country minivan. It was badly scratched & had some rust. They got the job done quickly and restored it to original!! I would definitely recommend them!

Wanted to take a moment to leave a review for these folks. Their customer service has just been outstanding. They are quick to communicate and very upfront with the costs of their services. Very easy to get along with and I would highly recommend you contact them first, or at least go by and get a second opinion. It was a pleasure working with them and I can't say enough good things about this outfit.

My son was playing with the door on my car and somehow got it stuck in a locked position and the door wouldn't shut. Hi-tech fixed it that day in less than 5 minutes after other places wouldn't even see me till a week and a half later or even next month. Thanks for caring.
