Today must have been my lucky day. I was sent here because of another business was backed up with a 2 to 3 hour wait. I called them up and they said come in down we can fix your problem fast. I waa shovked they haf my inside rears tore off & bent the mud flap bar back & new tire & mud flap put on in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this shop 100 % price was fait & I was under a critcal load. Thanks so much you folls are outstanding!!!!

Had a blowout on a trailer, was gave a price for road service which was high (as expected). Was told the tech was on a call and that it was an after hours charge. I asked about taking it off and bringing it and the lady said that would work that they could change it if I brought it. Once I got there (40 min before closing) was told there was only one tech and it would be 2 1/2 hours and I would still be charged the same outrageous charge. Would not recommend.

I was in desperate need of 2 steer tires. Every truck stop that has a tire shop in the area had a 4-5 hr wait. Just when I was running out of hope and time, Goodyear popped up in the search. I gave them a call and was able to serviced with no waiting!!!! The staff was very friendly and professional! I was miles from the Goodyear I often go to, but I felt the same level of comfort!!!I really appreciate it!

Awesome folks here. I found a flat on my trailer during pre trip and was able to get here. 1 truck ahead of me and a camper. I was told it would probably be an hour before they could get to me which I had figured on. Before the hour was up I had a new tire and was back up and rolling.

Stop wasting time and getting ripped off at the truckstop. This business is right down the road. They will have you on your way again in no time. And most likely will save you some money . they did all they could to help me save money on trailer tires. They couldn't have been better. So come on over here where a customer is still appreciated. And quality work is done in a timely manner. Thanks again.

These guys were great! We had a blow out and luckily they had 4 tires that would fit my rig. A little slow, but did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

These people where just awesome 25 min in and out new tire can say how much I appreciate them spent better then 12 hours and 3 states to find someone to fix it if you ever have tire issues in or around Knoxville Tennessee I whole heartily recommend them

Don't waste your time completely unprofessional not only is the tire equipment they use to mount and balance your brand new tires, outdated but the technicians and that's a stretch the guys in Goodyear shirts have no business touching anyone's car they don't cover seats or wear gloves but by the looks of their own and service cars they kept mine super clean air pressure was different on all 4 tires stickers still left on and tires were dirty ...Owner or manager knew there was a problem and it was minor would hate to have a more serious problem with these guys can only imagine how fast they run ans hide ..anyway waited until I payed and signed to tell me some bad news absolute cowards bought 2 sets and needed 2 more and because of something that could have been worked out easily was even willing to pay them extra but never even got that far not exactly sure how a place like this stays in business even on my way out the office manager whom I had dealt with was very nice but knew I still needed tires and was not going to get any help yells at me on the way out the door maybe you can look online it's cheaper lol ..if they were the cheapest in town I would understand but you pay a little more for quality when you think Goodyear not 2 guys and a time machine that call in the undertaker to tell me they don't have my tires any longer which I sorta expected it was my fault it a way but the facta still remain I paid 1100 for a set I didn't get buy still bought another and wanted to buy more however how these characters handled everything worked out because their overall experience quality and knowledge is very sub par won't ever be back

Fast reasonable service! Cheaper than big chain truck stops. Drivers can easily get there rigs into parking lot! Thanks

This is a top-notch Goodyear location! They do really good work and with minimal waiting. Definitely recommend as an owner operator

Went in and told them of my plight on a Friday a old john Deere backhoe with two flat tires. They research and found the old style tires and ordered them in for Monday delivery. The came in and came out to the backhoe and changed them right there. IN THE POURING RAIN. These guys really know customer service.
