I absolutely love this place. Terry and all the guys are very professional and nice. I take all 4 of the cars to be serviced by them. They are very quick and thorough. Being a woman they do not just try to sale you things you don't need. They will let you know what needs to be done and let you decide. I recommend them for all your service needs. Helped diagnose an issue with my vehicle, was able to get a hard to find part and had me back up and running the same day. Previously helped me with recommendations for my braking system. Would highly recommend.

Terry and all the guys at this shop are the best I ve seen. They re very professional and clean. They re fast and reliable. They always give a realistic timeframe and have never went over on our vehicles. I ve taken my truck and my wife s car there for well over a year for all maintenance and repairs. Had a 4 wheel alignment and was moderately priced. Terry was very friendly and helpful. The mechanic who worked on my truck was informative when my brakes may need service. I find them honest and helpful in saving you money if you don't need the service. The worst thing people do is neglect maintenance on their vehicle. You have to do preventative maintenance just like your body.

I highly recommend this repair shop! I got my car in and seen the same day I called and then had it fixed very quickly. Everyone I talked to there was so friendly and nice! Definitely my new favorite shop to take my vehicles to.

They recommended I redo my front my front brakes completely. So I had them do it. That cost just over 1000.00 dollars. Still think it was pricey. But 6 months later the brakes grind and shake. Long story short I will never go back. And I recommend Loudon auto. They did some repairs on my car that were much cheaper than quoted and performed properly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great workers with amazing work ethic. Prices are very fair and straightforward. Vehicle servicing and customer service are impeccable! Terry is very kind and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions. If you re looking for an honest shop that treats you like a priority, look no further. If your car or truck is here, it s in good hands.I drove in with two busted CV axles, bad tires, and just about no engine oil left. They got me in early in the morning and out just before closing time same day, also for less than money I expected. Extremely happy with the services, my car runs better than it did when I bought it now. I went to stop at a red light the other day and I had absolutely no brakes the pedal went to the floor. I googled repair shops near me and Creekwood tire and auto was first on the list. I saw that they had very good reviews and no bad ones. They treated me better than any repair shop I ve ever been to. The showed me what needed repaired and yes it cost me a little but that s because of what I needed done and it still cost me less than any other place near me. My truck is better than ever and I will definitely be back to get more work done and I will go to no one else. Emission sensors were replaced, sensor for tire monitoring repaired. The staff was great, fixed everything wrong. I would recommend Creekwood Tire and Auto Repair in Lenoir City, TN to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle. I could only give them 5 stars but I would give them 10+. Terry and Carl were the two we mainly talked to, they answered all our questions. These guys are very honest men. They took my vehicle in after a number of issues occured at a different repair shop in Knoxville. They were able to diagnose the issues and have them corrected. My car is a foreign auto (BMW) and they did a very good job diagnosing the issues, and were very honest and forthright with me regarding what was wrong and what steps needed to be taken in order to repair the vehicle.We ended up taking our Maserati here as well for the scheduled maintenance. These guys are able to handle any project.Highly recommend. Highly recommend this shop! Terry is a very nice person and easy to talk to. They replaced the starter on my husband's 2008 Tundra even sooner than expected and at a lower price than we were quoted by others in the surrounding area and used a quality part. They stuck to their word about communication and called me as soon as it was ready instead of waiting until the end of the day to call so I could make arrangements to get the vehicle. Also being open until 6 PM is very helpful for those of us who work a regular weekday schedule! 12 mo, 12k mile warranty on parts and labor and I have no doubt they would honor it if necessary. We took a chance on this new shop and were very glad we did! Will definitely use them again!

After tiring 2 other local shops that did not give me great service by not living up to the timelime and work they promised, I am happy I found Creekwood Auto repair. Their job is clean they have the new equipment to work on your vehicle. It s most important to me that they do good work and they do what they tell me they are going to do. Brought my 2019 Subaru Outback for a diagnostic check since I was experiencing issues with the vehicle starting. Manager Terry informed me that the battery, Diehard Silver, which was the 2nd one I had exchanged from Advance Auto Parts about a month earlier, was defective. The first one was also defective, so I replaced with another Diehard. Terry went the extra mile to get me credit for the battery and replaced with an AC Delco, which he assured me was a better choice. He also only charged me half for the diagnostic check! Since my husband and I are new to the area, I can say that we will continue to use Creekwood Tire & Auto for our future car repairs and maintenance. We live in Pensacola, Fl and have a condo across the street from Creekwood Auto and the A/C went out of our Nissan Quest while we were in Lenoir City. We had taken it to Firestone and left it to be repaired. After 5 days and they could not figure out what was wrong we took it to Terry at Creekwood. He had it diagnosed in an hour and ordered parts and replaced the A/C compressor and dryer the next day so we could make it back to Florida for urgent medical reasons.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place of business and it s dedicated staff. I rarely take the time to write reviews but these guys were so impressive I felt the need to share my experience. Prices are great, top notch customer service and they got me in and out quickly! They really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I cannot say enough good things about this shop! I'm new to this area and am so grateful to have found them! I'll be a customer for life!

I would highly recommend Creekwood Auto to anyone. My truck broke down on a long trip and they were able to get me in that day. Terry was able to get it running by the next morning, and drove me to and from the hotel where I stayed the night. Truck made it all the rest of the way and back with no issues whatsoever. My 2008 truck had developed an electrical problem that no other place had been able to find. They found and fixed what others couldn't. Very impressive. Charlie was able to quickly check an A/C problem while I was in town visiting family. Very professional, fast & honest. Charlie spoke to my hometown mechanic in detail about the findings. I recently serviced my BMW at Creekwood, and it drives the best it s ever driven. Charlie is a 30+ year master mechanic; he and his right hand man Terry are my absolute go to guys for anything automotive: parts, service, or even advice. Charlie is a genuine person, a trusted friend, and throughly knowledgeable in his craft. He s earned my business and made me a customer for life. Could not recommend enough.

Its hard to find an auto repair shop that actually cares not only about the current repair/service at hand, but keeping you as a future customer. They went above and beyond to make sure my car (Honda Civic Si) was working to my satisfaction. I had questions along the way and they were happy to answer them. Took my wife s Kia Sportage in for new tires, alignment and a battery. Terry and Charlie got the job done in great time. The price was significantly lower than other places we called throughout the county. Both took time explaining the issues with our vehicle in details and even showing us on paper the alignment specifications. They are professionals and operate at a high standard.
